A great rental in a nice location.

This was our first time renting through Evolve. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Check-in/out was done at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and had the perfect amenities. The condominium is located in the old Palm Beach Hotel. Most rooms have been renovated into condominiums. The owner left instructions for the condominium and a few local restaurant suggestions. We really appreciated the beach chairs and extra towels. We weren’t able to locate the rain umbrella or bath robes they had listed. The mattress was comfortable and they had a variety bed pillows to choose from. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee pods and cleaning supplies. This condo is conveniently located and the beach is just a short walk. I suggest taking a car to the public beach at least once if you want to enjoy a wider beach. We had a rental car and utilized the valet parking system at the condo. Be sure to check out the nearby walking trail along the inner coastline.We didn’t have any direct communication with the owner as the rental was as expected.

Couples Retreat

We loved the condo and the complex. Check in and booking was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach and walking trail.

Lovely place, responsive owner

Very nice 1 br renovated condo in a building that was once a hotel but is now entirely condos. No oven, 2 electric burners, microwave (very good one), etc. Can walk to beach. Nice pool next to a covered lounge area. The owner left us a note and a bottle of nice wine because there was a window replacement project going on. We had trouble reaching the official liaison about a couple of small issues, so we called the owner (who had provided her number) and she dealt with the issues quickly. We would happily stay there again.

Loved My Stay

Loved the unit, location, nearby amenities & friendly staff. The unit was nicely updated & fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. It exceeded my expectations.
