Updated 1900's home in Old Town Arvada only a 6 minute walk to the Light Rail Arvada Station as well as bars and restaurants. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, wood floors throughout except the new tile in the kitchen and all new appliances, furnace and A/C.
Bedrooms are: queen downstairs, full and king upstairs. This is pet friendly so it's a fully fenced yard and a patio to sit and enjoy.
All linens and dishware are included. WiFi, cable and air conditioning too.

Perfect Location!

This cozy home was perfect for our family with three kids under 11! The weather was perfect so the backyard definitely came in handy with the playground and balcony. (The yard/house is absolutely ideal for a pet. I wish we would’ve brought our pup!) The property was fully equipped with more than what we needed. It’s well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a “walking” location, this is your spot; a minute walk to shops, eating, and entertainment! The only downside was the king bed was broken when we got there, so we weren’t able to sleep on it. It was so messed up that I’m sure they’ve replaced it by now. We will 100% be booking this same property when we go back to Colorado!

As always, the house was in perfect condition, location spot on. The owner is very attentive, and quick to reply to any concerns. Will definitely stay there when I’m next in Arvada.

Halloween

This is a very nice, clean house with a gorgeous fenced yard with a playground. Everything was as advertised and the host was very fast to respond to any issues. There really wasn't many issues. All worked fine. Old town Arvada is really neat and it takes 2 minutes to walk there from this VRBO.

Perfect location and so cute ☺️

We had an amazing stay in this home. It was cozy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will book again in Cassandra’s home. She is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Do. It pass up this house it’s in Old Town Arvada with great restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Tastefully restored house

We enjoyed the house. It was spacious and very clean. Plenty of amenities! Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks to Old town Arvada shopping and restaurants!

Great vintage house!

Our stay here was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and only a block from the adorable downtown Arvada. Would absolutely recommend!

Olde Town charm

We were in town for my daughter’s fast pitch tournament over the 4th of July. The house had everything we needed for our family of 4. Great location and walkable distance to the heart of Olde Town.

Beautiful house

We visited this house before several years ago. And it was just as beautiful today as it was then. The updates to the house are beautiful, it's a wonderful house with the big yard for our dog to run around in. The house is family friendly, pet friendly and close to the town. We walked everywhere and had an absolutely wonderful time making a lot of great new memories! Highly recommend!

Great location and yard

This is our second visit to this property. The host accommodated our special request. The property is spotless and close to everything yet is on a quiet street. We appreciated the yogurt in the refrigerator and our 2.5 year old granddaughter who lives nearby enjoyed the play equipment while we watched in the shaded yard.

Wonderful!

Wonderful home in the heart of old town Arvada…I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home! Very quiet and walkable…perfect for taking my dogs to the park or just hanging out in the beautiful backyard…it was also very convenient to Golden and Other parts of Colorado! The home is stocked with everything I needed to feel at home. I didn’t want to leave! I would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Arvada!

We had a great stay at this charming house which is located in walking distance to local restaurants. On this trip we were traveling to various cities within Denver during the day and this was a great spot to come home to each night. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

Cassandra’s house was the perfect mixture of vintage and new. Very cozy amazing location just blocks from Old Town Arvada. Our fur babies loved the yard! We would definitely stay there again

Perfect location, comfortable house

We stayed here for a month, and really enjoyed our stay. Location near old town was really great. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and the yard and outdoor space was wonderful. Host was easy to reach in case of problems, and any issues were minor and typical of an older home.

A Fun Time in The Olde town

Wow!! This is a great place to stay in Arvada! From the gorgeous yard to the lovely deck outside the upstairs area the house just invites you to relax and enjoy Olde Town Arvada. We attended a football game Saturday so checked out the train station which is just about three blocks from the house. We decided we could come back in the RTD and walk to the house. We also picked up a pizza and meatball sliders at Home Grown Dough to take back with us for dinner. The kitchen is super well stocked and even had two crockpots to choose from for making my beef stew for Sunday dinner! The availability of Live and streaming television programs was great as well. Our Son and sigother live in Westminster so it was close for them to be able to easily find us for Sunday dinner together! We enjoyed dinner at School House restaurant and loved the school decor of the place and the food was the best! At the house there was plenty of space to put our two dog crates in the downstairs bedroom, we used the large upstairs bedroom and if we had had grandkids along they would have loved the kids nook upstairs. The decor lends itself to a mix of old with new. Great uses of the older touches in the restrooms with newer touches especially the rain head shower upstairs just makes you enjoy the amenities more. The staircase is beautiful. Just an fyi for us over 65 folks, there is a step up into kitchen from laundary room,
