The house is in a great location and extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent for grandparents downstairs and parents/kids upstairs. The bikes and the Watercolor Shuttle were great!

What a great place to stay. Great location and very clean home. The host was very easy to work with and checked in through our week. I would recommend this property. The home and location was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to the watercolor resort and other amenities were close by. It worked great for our family and we would definitely be coming back to this area and staying in at this vacation home. Thank you for letting us make a memory in your vacation home.

This property is as lovely as advertised and Kym was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. The location and amenities can’t be beat.

Wonderful Experience

The house is impeccably kept and well appointed. The beds and linens are comfortable and high quality. Kym was available and extremely helpful above and beyond. Watercolor is a fantastic place to stay.

Lovely vacation home.

We had a wonderful vacation with friends. The home is beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, good location. We rode bikes everywhere. Loved having the pool close by and it was never crowded. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with 3 king beds. Kitchen furnished with all the pans and dishes you need. Quick walk to the Dragonfly pool, which was never crowded. 5 minute bike ride to the waterslide and 10 minute bike ride to Seaside.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful week and the homeowner went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The home was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The towels and linens were so nice and cozy. We loved the screened in porch with bed swing and had coffee out there every morning. We used the Blackstone grill for breakfast and dinner. It was simply the perfect week. Would absolutely stay here again!

– Perfect Stay in WaterColor!We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful WaterColor home on 30A. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with bathrooms for the whole family—such a huge plus. The front porch quickly became one of our favorite spots, especially for relaxing and listening to the rain.The location couldn’t have been better—the pool was directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to walk back and forth or grab lunch in between swims. We were also less than a 5-minute bike ride to the grocery store, the ice cream shop, and Seaside.Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

Absolute Perfection!

The Lighthouse is a beautiful home on a quiet street in WaterColor. As soon as we entered the home it smelled clean and looked amazing - much appreciated especially with COVID. The open floor plan kitchen/dining/living was great for cooking and watching March Madness at night. The screened porch was a favorite spot to relax and the water pressure in the showers will be missed. We enjoyed biking everywhere and the WaterColor amenities are the best on 30A - we spent several afternoons relaxing at the Beach Club. Kym was great and made sure we had everything we needed and left a thoughtful note and welcome gift. We can't wait to plan our next visit to The Lighthouse.

We had a great time! The house was big, clean, & everything we needed! It was very conveniently located near Publix and by the Dragonfly pool which was rarely crowded! Kym was so helpful and answered within minutes!

Wonderful!

Kym was wonderful and the house was everything we were looking for. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and everyone’s favorite place was definitely the front porch. We loved the Watercolor amenities and are looking forward to returning one day.

Perfect beach vacay

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home that was very comfortable and loved the neighborhood. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 2, 3, & 6) and had more than enough room. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic family vacation

Our family loves the Seaside/Watercolor area and have been vacationing there for almost 20 years. The location of this home is super convenient to everything you need. Neighbor pool right across the small street, Publix right beside the neighbor and the main Watercolor area directly across the main Hwy coming in. The home is very well kept and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the cozy front porch with the bed swing nightly. Home also came w bikes which was great but for the long hauls to the beach I would highly suggest renting a golf cart. Owner is quick to respond to and questions or needs. Would definitely love return someday soon!

Gorgeous Home and Location

Our family of 5 (kids aged 9, 11, and 13) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse! The home is decorated beautifully, was spotless, and offered plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The bikes were a huge hit, and we used them to explore Watercolor, go to the beach, and grab something to eat. Much easier to park than a car due to the Spring Break crowd! We enjoyed the pool across the street, the Watercolor beach club, and the close proximity to Publix. Kym was wonderful to work with and checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Fall Break

Wow - this is really nice!

Very clean, conveniently located to the lots of 30A attractions, and yet, secluded enough for a quality family time and to relax. The house is well taken care of - in very good condition, clean, furnished with comfort and necessary amenities. We loved the layout - the upstairs balcony is special in the mornings and evenings. The property owner was responsive and friendly. We just loved it!

We had a great week at Lighthouse. We had a couple of minor issues that Kym addressed immediately. The house was fantastic, the beds were 5 star luxury and we will look forward to coming back for a future visit! Thank you!

Beautiful home and great location

My husband, our toddler, and both sets of grandparents recently enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse. The house was exactly as pictured and a great location. It was easy to bike to the public beach, Seaside, Camp Watercolor, and Publix and a quick drive to anywhere else. We ended up preferring the public beach over the Watercolor beach club and the beach chairs that Kym provides with the rental were perfect for our use. The house is roomy with plenty of space for a family to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend making an evening cocktail and sitting out on the porch swing and listening to the frogs sing. So relaxing! We had a couple of minor issues when checking in and Kym was very responsive and helpful to ensure we had what we needed. I couldn't recommend this property enough and we hope to return again!

Summertime at Seaside

This house was exactly as shown in pictures. …it was a perfect place to relax and just a bike ride to anything you would want to do. Beautiful pool directly across from the house and a perfect commons area near by for us to play yard darts with the family. We had a fantastic vacation❤️

Wonderful, as always!

This was our third visit with Kym and it was wonderful, as always. Her home is beautiful, always very clean and comfortable, and ideally located near the grocery store, Dragonfly pool, and other amenities. She is immediately responsive if we ever have questions and is an excellent host. Our family this trip ranged from 2 years old to 78 years old and everyone was happy and very comfortable. At this point, we are so spoiled by staying with Kym that we can't imagine staying anywhere else! We are already looking forward to our next visit!
