Hi, I'm Sandro, I'm italian and y fell in love with Playa del Carmen, I've been here for the last twelve years and I love my easy life riding bicycle from home to work or to the beach, no need of a car, every morning I walk to the beach at 7 am, swim a little and then I go to work, 1 block from the beach, three blocks from home.
I'd like to share my experience and my house with people from everywhere, tu casa is 5 minutes walk to Mamita's Beach, Playa Mamitas.
I came here like everybody and stayed in an hotel, got back to work.
Once I came to Playa for 2 weeks and rented a place near here.
That was long time ago.
I'm still here, thanks Playa.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
After many changes as all new Playa del Carmen citizens, I finally established in Villas del Carmen area for the quiet, lots of trees and green area and the proximity to all point of interest. I never use my car as everything is at walking distance, so I prefere to bike or skate around and when I'm in a hurry I use my moped.
My neghbours are mostly foreigner who established here for the same reasons, we all know each other and form a real colorful community of people from all around the world.
