Awesome place to stay! It was immaculate, steps from the beach, and our host was amazing!! There were so many shops right outside our door, and at night, it comes alive with street performers and music. Fresh food on every corner, and convenient to the cenotes. We will definetely stay again!

Gorgeous apartment, incredibly clean and amazing location a few steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Lovely pool in the complex and friendly concierge. Coco is a super host, lots of info and recommendations, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough!!

Coco is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with wonderful recommendations on things to do in Playa del Carmen. We loved the location of this property! 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 minutes to Avenida Quinta for tons of shops and great restaurants. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Coco’s place.

Lovely place to stay in Playa

Wonderful accommodation, lovely host and great location! Coco was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions or needs. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Playa Del Carmén again.

One of the most simplistically beautiful condos we have stayed in. The style and elegance are luxurious. The balcony overlooking the pool area was the perfect spot to set the tone for each glorious day. Coco gave us so many recommendations and every single one of them was a 10 out of 10! Our highlights for dinner were Nicoletta on 5th Ave. for a fancier high-end Italian experience and Sanchez' on 38th St. for a trendy, affordable taco spot. We also enjoyed delicious pastries and coffee at the cutest cafe, Chez Celine. All of these were within a 5-10 min walk! The condo is really in the perfect location...close to the beach and close to endless options of shops, cafes and restaurants. No need to rent a car, as there are taxi's and shuttles for excursions, but we did because we wanted more freedom to bop around. Our favorite experiences were visitng Xel-ha, a natural water park perfect for all ages (snorkeling, zip-lining, cave swimming, cliff jumping), Cenote Azul (go early to avoid crowds) and Chaak Tun (this one got the adrenaline going, swimming deep into dark caves with flash lights! If you are lucky you will even get to see some monkeys in the trees above you!). Mamitas beach (just 100 steps away) is very lively- lots of people (adults and children), music, food, drinks. There was a police presence for security though we never felt unsafe. If you would like a quieter beach experience, I highly recommend Paamul Beach (a 20 min drive south). It felt like paradise!

Perfect stay in Playa

Everything about Coco’s condo is great. It’s clean, comfortable and well located. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are great. Coco is a great host who will help with planning transportation and dining options. The pools at the property are excellent and everything is very well maintained. We had a great stay.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent. Beds were very comfortable and host was extremely responsive. The pools are a welcome relief from the heat and security strictly enforced the rules. We would stay again!

Fantastic stay

Central location, but in quiet side street next to beach Very well appointed modern apartment. Coco is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in playa del Carmen.

Great place, great host

The location could not possibly have been any better, just steps from the beach. The unit and the building was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was amazing!!! She could not have been more responsive! Thank you for the great stay!

Coco was great. Her spot is very nice, and close to anything you need. She was great, and assisted with everything she could. We enjoyed our time, and were able to stay busy with all the stuff there was nearby.

Great condo, perfect location !

From the time of booking, Coco was an excellent host, very responsive. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the pool was awesome. Being less than a block from the beach and Mamitas beach club was a huge plus. We could walk a few blocks to the grocery store and several great restaurants. Would stay again!

Beautiful Property-Amazing Host

Coco is an amazing host, the property is beautiful & location is perfect-we walked everywhere. From any property questions we had (very few) to recommendations for dining, grocery, excursions and even the transport company we used to get us from and to the airport, she nailed it!! Check in & out was super easy as well.

Beautiful and relaxing condo!

This condo is a modern and comfortable place to settle into. It was the perfect stomping ground for a week in Playa. An easy walk to the ferry dock, 5th avenue, grocery store, fishing charter and charter bus to XelHa. The host is very responsive and has great recommendations for transfers, restaurants and all the things Playa has to offer! We would definitely stay again!

Coco‘s place was fantastic, I highly recommend it. We wish we were able to close the blinds in the living room, but the previous guest broke the remote, so it was a bit like being in a fishbowl, no fault of the host. Besides that everything else was fantastic! Coco was very, very responsive and informative. We would stay here again

Great place, great location and nice host.

We had a great stay at this property. It is very new and modern and has great beds and furnishings. The property is very well maintained and the pool area is very private from the outside. Location is great with a short walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. Coco was a great host and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We had the most amazing time here in Playa! The beach, the pool and bar, hundreds of restaurants all within walking distance. Coco was very responsive and unbelievably helpful. Would love to stay at her unit next time. Truly a five star location.

Excellent Condo in lovely Playa Del Carmen

Very nice Condo in beautiful Playa Del Carmen, with awesome pool and balcony. The ability to have a free entrance to the Mamitas Beach Club was a very nice perk. The Beach was close by and the very nice waters were warm and inviting. Close to many shops restaurants and grocery store.

You wont be disappointed holidaying with your family in this Modern, Gorgeous Building in Playa del Carmen. You can walk barefoot from your apartment door to the sand and water in 100 steps. Having 3 daughters ourselves, building security is very important to us and we have 24 hour Security Guard and a Concierge and only guests who are registered and wear a wristband have access. This building has Immaculate common areas and landscaping. The Location of this property could not be better. One and half block to LA Quinta/ 5th Avenue which is the main street to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants, and also to 38th avenue which has unique and beautiful places to eat!
