Please note: While the condo unit itself is in good condition and fully functional, some exterior repairs and common area restorations are still ongoing due to last year’s hurricane. You may notice occasional maintenance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes recovery efforts.

3 bedroom, 2 bath newer Condominium, direct Gulf-front views with only 9 units in the main building. There are a total of 17 units on the Sunset Paradise property. Elevator in the building. There is everything here for your vacation holiday. Our semi-private beach is steps away for relaxation in the sun, collecting shells, building sand castles, snorkeling, or to just float the day away in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our pool and hot tub are well-maintained. Also, located at the pool area is a full-size BBQ grill with BBQ utensils and (2) tables for dining for 6 guests. Perfect for dinner at the pool.

(3) Full size bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 twin beds) include closets for storage, dressers, fans, TVs with remote (in all 3 bedrooms) and night stands with lamps. Master bedroom has private master bath - granite counter tops and tub/shower combo. Guest bathroom is full size with granite counter tops and tub/shower combination. Housekeeping is paramount to us, so you will find all the bedrooms clean and well-kept.

Beautiful full-size kitchen Complete Remodeled with view of the Gulf works perfectly for all your cooking needs. Brand New granite counter tops, and well-stocked with most everything; Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Air Fryer and full size BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. The dining room overlooks the Gulf as well as the living room, so you won't have to waste a minute away from the amazing view. We have enhanced cleaning procedures using Micro Ban antimicrobial and 70% Isopropyl and are proud to uphold cleaning protocols reflecting CDC recommendations. All linens are removed after each stay to be professionally laundered(Sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) are brought in.

Great condo

The condo was as described on the beach. Located in a very walkable area. The host was very receptive to helping us with the early check-in.

Great place to stay with kids who love the beach

Easy beach access was amazing, kids loved playing on the beach, at the pool, and watching the sunset. The place itself is clean and a great setup for families to enjoy both the inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Well-Kept Condo

The condo as well as the building and pool area were well-kept, and clean. The furnishings were great. All new appliances, comfortable bedding! Enjoyed our stay there. It’s also in an excellent location! Just feet from the beach and very close to local restaurants and shops!

Great Stay among locals

Area is quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. Views are beautiful from balcony. Met a few locals at the pool and had great conversations. Unit clean with recent upgrades.

Family fun in the sun!

We stayed 2 weeks with our daughters enjoying the sun and sand. Condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Over all we would recommend this condo for a stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Clean with a Beautiful View

Very clean condo with plenty of room. Good supply of kitchen pans, skillets & utensils. Pool was well taken care of too. Loved the view of sunsets. Saw dolphins many times & a manatee.

Very relaxing

The property was very nice. Nice and clean. Plenty of room. The view of the beach was very relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was good to have a gas grill by the pool also. The owner Luz Libreros took great care of us! We would go back again!

Beautiful Relaxing and Clean

Enjoyed celebrating my mom‘s 90th birthday at this beautiful property. The location and condominium does not disappoint. The only thing needed is shower handles for elderly but we may do without. The unit is very clean and I highly recommend it

Awesome Vacation and amazing location!

The condo was just as described and more! We had a great time just steps from the beach and watched the sunset from the balcony every night. They were having some problems with the hot tub while we were there but the pool was great -not too busy and just the right size for the kids to enjoy. Included many toys and chairs for beach use and everything we needed for a great week. Diana was great to work with and checked to make sure everything was going well. We can't wait to go back!

Family vacation

The unit was nice and clean, beach items in closet were nice to have available. Besides issue of slow flushing toilets, which the immediately had a plumber come out, very thankful! The kitchen was not used much, as we ate out every night. If I were to cook more I think I would have liked more things in the kitchen. Overall the beach access and pool were nice, the hot tub was relaxing for other family members.

Amazing stay at Luz's property

This property is amazing. It is clean and very spacious. It faces the beach, and provides access to a pool and hot tub. It is on the second storey with access to a lift The kicthen has recently been installed. It also quiet, but close enough to the restaurants on Gulf Boulevard. The views of the sunset are amazing. Luz is a fantastic host. She communicated with me the day before I arrived and also during my stay. I could not find fault with the property and host. I recommend this property and I would definitely come here again!

Sunset Paradise

Property is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to the water. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Unit is stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. Nice to have a pool and hot tub with the rental. We have rented here in the past and always enjoyed it. However , the condo is starting to show need of attention. Kitchen cupboard doors loose and hang open. Kitchen was better stocked in the past. Dining furniture is cumbersome. Two old worn and dirty bucket chairs that need to go. Hard to access one bedroom closet due to ill- fitting furniture. Really loved this place in the past, so hope it gets the attention it deserves.

We enjoyed a full week at the condo to celebrate my son's HS graduation and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Very clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds.. Plenty of space for the whole family. Drank coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beach. Watched the sunsets each night while listening to a beachgoer playing TAPS in the distance as the sun set. It was nice to walk the beach in the morning to the French bakery just to north of condo... We also went to several of the nearby restaurants such as Keegans and Guppys as well as cooked out on the grill near the pool. The owner was wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions I had. She even had some graduation decorations up which made for a wonderful surprise. We are locals who have stayed at Sunset Paradise multiple times and I will say that this Is by far our favorite condo. Highly recommended!

Winter Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 6! Having 4 little kids, the short walk to the beach was ideal. Some items to note are that some of the cabinet doors do not close nicely. Every closet door doesn't close nice or were off the tracks. Seems to be also missing one beach towel as listed in the items they had. We were asked to move our car for a few days while repairs were being made on the parking garage. I understand that this is out of the homeowners control but it was very inconvenient with 4 small children. Other than the minimal things listed above, this condo was very clean and don't get me started on the nightly sunset view over the gulf. Dream condo.

Great location on beautiful beach

The condo is in a great location on a beautiful beach, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 to spread out in for 9 days, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.The pool area was great, too, with plenty of chaise lounges available for guests. While part of the pool fence was missing due to recent hurricanes, the property was otherwise in pretty good condition. Unfortunately, the pool heater and hot tub jets were out of order during our stay, so we didn’t really get to use either one, which was disappointing.The biggest issue for us was the constant noise from the unit above us. It sounded like a large family with children was staying there, and we could hear them walking/running around almost constantly from early morning to late at night. At times, it also sounded like they were moving furniture, as well as dropping heavy things on the floor, which made it difficult to relax.The condo itself was very clean, but some of the furnishings were quite well-worn; the toilet flapper in the master bathroom needs to be replaced; and there was only one remote control to share between the ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom. I would also suggest updating the information on VRBO, as we had to search around the unit to find the correct WiFi details.That said, the condo was very comfortable, the beach location was great, and there are lots of yummy restaurants in the area (we loved Guppy’s).

Owner helpful but cannot overcome the deficits

The 1st major issue with the unit is safety. Smoke detectors were missing in 2 locations. The kitchen stove is a disaster in waiting. Opening a drawer on either side of the stove turned on a burner. You won’t even know until you smell heat. The kitchen cabinet doors do not close because of mis-alignment. The bedroom furniture is shabby and worn. The shower grout looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Not the owner’s fault but if there are raucous guests in the pool, the noise permeates throughout the unit. The balcony furniture is worthless- old and very uncomfortable. Only the sunsets are worthwhile.

Pros of this condo: Location and Gulf Front! Sunsets are amazing and the view of it he Gulf at all times is wonderful! Owner is very responsive and answers almost immediately. The unit was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Location was in walking distance to several restaurants. Two covered parking spaces was also very nice.Cons: The furniture in the living room is not comfortable. The two side chairs need to be replaced. Wasn’t a huge deal for us and there were some folding “bag” chairs that we used instead. We also pulled those out to the balcony as seating there was not comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival the door code did not work, then we get in the unit and there is a water leak from upstairs and a huge bug, which we ended up with a few of those giant roaches and some other bug in the bed.We also had a broken sliding door that would not shut all the way because it was off the track, we fixed it. Then the broken worn out chairs outside that they charged us for because they claim they were in fine condition....we were only there 4 acutal days and you couldn't do that damage in 4 days even if you jumped on them. They wanted to come in and repair the drywall while we were staying there and I refused because we were not comfortable with strangers coming in while we were there or while we were gone. We were leaving Tues. morning so having it fixed on Monday did not make sense. We dealt with it all weekend already. I had to clean up the puddle of water, put something uder the ceiling for the leak and sweep up all the fallen drywall. Not a great start to a vacation.I loved the location and would maybe stay in a different unit, but dealing with these owners was too much.

Broken chair when we arrived, but being charged through insurance for it.

This was a beautiful condo. Very well maintained. Sunsets from the porch are gorgeous. Host is wonderful to work with. Condo is close to restaurants and shopping.

Amazing views!

Cozy condo with a lot of space for all my family to be comfortable. The owner was so warm and she communicated with me about anything If I needed information about where to go she didn't hesitate to reply promptly. I love the time we spend as we rebooked right away for next year. Thank you, Luz, for being an amazing host

Great Beachfront Condo for the Family

The condo was perfect for a family vacation with 4 adults and 2 teens. Awesome sunset views of the Gulf. Nice beach and calm waters to play in. The beach wasn’t crowded. Location to restaurants was great, could walk to a few. Loved staying here. This a great place, when looking for a relaxing beach week. Would definitely come back to this property. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Living room had plenty of space to sit and share memories. Communications were one of the best parts from the booking to while at the condo, Liz was available and responded quickly via text, phone call or messages.Felt like if something was needed she would have taken immediate care of us.

Black Mold, Stagnant Pool, Bugs

1. Black mold in the air vents.2. Pool that had been broken/stagnant for months.3. Bugs swarming out of the wall (20 flying bugs that I suspect were termites until I found something to cover the hole).My photos speak for themselves and represent this condo better than the ones in the listing. My family checked out early because of these issues (6/11/24) and were issued a full refund from VRBO due to this property being a serious health hazard. I do not know if VRBO will make the owner fix these issues before letting other people stay there. I would never rent from this owner (deflected/denied accountability for the problems) or stay at any property in this building again.
