Beautiful Ranch Style house close to the airport and Demuth Park. The park offers amenities such as tennis, golf, softball, picnic areas, and many more. The house is also approximately 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs from all the wonderful restaurants and shopping centers. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all memory foam beds! Additionally, salt water pool and hot tub ready for your use, which are great for adults and kids alike!

Nice house with a hot tub

The house was great for a family, as it has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our family likes to read instead of watching TV, so the lighting in the living room was not adequate. Nearby Prescott Preserve was a great place for walking.

Gas leak

But the second morning there was a very strong natural gas smell in the garage and the area in between the house and garage. I notified the host and he said he had a ha dyman fix a leak earlier and would come back sometime to check it out. We ended up having to call the gas company to turn the gas off since we were very concerned with our safety. We had no hot water or cooking capabilities for the rest of our stay. Love this house

Great House in a great location just a few minutes drive from DT Palm Springs. The property has a nice pool that we spent a lot of time in and the cost to heat it is far more reasonable that other properties. I would definitely like to see a better bed but this property still gets 5 stars

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

We try to stay here at least once a year. Our kids have dubbed this their summer vacation house. They live in the sparkling pool from sun up to sundown. The house is well-equipped and comfortable for short-term stays. It is close to shopping and has plenty of amenities and comforts for the whole family to enjoy. I always find pantry staples like cooking oil, pancake mix, and ketchup, so I pay that forward and add to it for the next guests. It also has pool toys and floaties, and there is even sunscreen. Trust me; you'll need it! If you book this house, please keep that tradition and leave it better than you find it and take care of our summer house :-) My only criticism is I couldn't find more blankets for snuggling on the couch. There are plenty of sheets, and we made that work, but it could use some nice throw blankets.

Excellent location

This was a nice clean house in a great Palm Springs location. The pool did have an equipment issue but it was quickly resolved by the property owner. It was a good value for the price we paid.

Family stay

Great host with quick communication. House was home base for family of 5, visit for friend's wedding. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and pool was great. More than enough space for 5, and nice kitchen plus living room for family time.

I love this house; it has everything we need for memorable family vacations. This is probably my 6th time renting here. The pool is beautiful and relaxing and the master bedroom is my favorite! LOVE the ensuite bathroom in there. But it is always stocked with everything you need. Boardgames, dishes, and cooking staples in the pantry. Just perfect

I love this property, it really has everything you need for a nice relaxing family staycation. Well appointed, including pantry staples and board games. Quiet Neighborhood

The home was as you see in the photos. Pool was delightful for cooling off. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. We didn’t cook at home much, so the limited cookware was not a problem.

Beautiful Stay in a Relaxing Town

Enjoyed a delightful week staying in Palm Springs at this lovely home. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but not far from downtown and all other shopping or dining needs, this felt like the perfect place to spend a week at the end of a whirlwhind tour of the West’s natural wonders. The heated pool and whirlpool more than kept this Midwestern family enthralled. The owner was responsive to questions and receptive to some suggestions I made having worked in facilities for a couple decades. I worked while the family relaxed, but the small desk and patio/pool area proved a relaxing place even while the e-mails flew. I would definitely stay year again.

Great Golf Getaway

Very nice house with some great recent upgrades. Perfect for 4 people. Very well maintained. If I could give "extra stars" it would be for communications with the owner, who was extremely helpful before and during the stay. For people traveling to Palm Springs for golf, this might be an ideal house, location-wise. It is located in the DeMuth Park area, and is literally walking distance from one municipal course, with another public course (Taquiz Canyon) fairly close by. If you are headed to one of the "destination" courses (i.e., Mission Hills, PGA West), the house is located close enough to the I-10 to cut down on a lot of the start and stop driving you would get staying in central Palm Spring.

Great house!

Appreciate the communication and all the detailed instructions provided by owner! Mike is wonderful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, house is great and the pool was perfect for our family of four, (2 kids-6 and 12 years old). We loved how close the house is to everything. The park is a short walk down the street. Great area to go for runs/jog. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to unwind

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was a great place for relaxing and unwinding. The house was well appointed and the owner thought of every detail. I loved the location too as it was five minutes from the main downtown area and also grocery stores. The owner delivered great instructions for the spa/pool and easy check in and check out.

Great property

Loved my stay at this property. It was super neat and clean. It was perfect for my kids. It’s had pool toys that they had a blast with. The rooms were super comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again. The property manager was super great at getting back to me and made the process super easy.

Amazing place!

Mike's place was perfect. It was beyond clean. Nicely decorated. All appliances were top notch. Instructions were clear. Mike was very responsive. This is my first rental where everything was flawless. Mike obviously has gone above and beyond in creating the perfect atmosphere for his guests. I will definitely return.

Thank you Mike!

Mike was professional, polite and was prompt whenever I had any questions or concerns. The house is just as advertised. The brand new appliances and having the house super stocked with consumables was a massive plus. Being able to use the garage, which is usually not the case with most rentals, was a huge bonus especially in the summer months. The pool is more like a wading pool. At 5'9", I can stand flat footed at the deepest point and the water is up to my neck. The neighborhood was quiet and there's a 5 minute walk to a park/playground if you have kids. Great rental, would definitely recommend!

Great place, great stay

This was our second time renting this house and it definitely didn't disappoint. It's a great little spot for my husband and I to relax. At 120 degrees we experienced some record breaking heat in Palm Springs and had some concern about the pool temperature. I'm happy to report while the pool was definitely a little warmer it still felt good and cooled us off, which has not been our experience at other properties. The house is clean and very well stocked, plenty of paper products and even water. Mike is also super responsive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Palm Springs getaway

Great getaway with private pool and quiet neighborhood. There is a Park and golf course nearby for morning walks. If you want to getaway just to relax this is the place for you. Mike was very detailed with the whole process and his place is very well stocked with all you need.

Well Equipped with a Great Pool

This house had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Pros: #1 Well stocked home. It included everything from dishes, pots, and pans, spices to cook with, complimentary bottled water, linen, towels, board games, etc. #2 Beautiful modern decor #3 Comfy master bed #4 Modern appliances #5 Smart home (RING doorbell & Nest thermostat), made check-in and out simple, easy, and contact-free. Cons: *Disclaimer I am a first-time Vrbo user so this may be standard, I was just unfamiliar with some of the rules & extra charges a homeowner might ask. I understand these rentals are people's homes so they expect you to take care of them but I have never thought to clean on a vacation. Being a mother, that is one of the main things to look forward to NOT having to do while on vacation. Cons: #1 House rules stated we must keep the house tidy, do the dishes and wash and dry towels we use in the washer and dryer. I didn't really like that given cleaning fees are extra, I expected cleaning like doing the dishes from the last day and laundry to be included with the cleaning service. #2 The communication from the Owner. I felt it was a little generic. Although he stated in the house rules that if we needed flexible check-in or out time that all we had to do was let him know so he could let the cleaning person know but when I asked for an hour and a half so that we would not have to do virtual school from the road he responded with the check out time a cut and paste from the house rules and reminded us to do the dishes and launder the towels. the cleaning rule was pointed out a minimum of 3 times, so it felt a bit pushy. Also, it costs extra if you want the hot tub to be heated. This may be standard practice but it should be included in the listing and not sprung on you 2 days before your arrival. #3 All but two of the pool noodles were old and crumbling, and the floating toys all had holes and were unusable. That needs an upgrade. #4 The pillows, and comforter in the master bedroom smelled heavily of perfume (not fabric softener or laundry additives) which suggests it is not washed between stays. And there were long blonde hairs in the blanket just below the comforter. So in the age of COVID, this kind of creeped me out. Especially with him asking me to clean as many times as he did you would expect the house to immaculate. Other than the minor cons, the house was great. I would stay here again now that I am fully aware of the cleaning expectations on my part.

Hello, thank you for checking out my house. My name is Mike and I live in LA County. I bought the house in Palm Springs to relax and wanted my guest to feel the same. I have lived in LA since mid 80s and enjoyed the sunny weather. The desert offers even better weather which can be great when I can play tennis! I play recreationally and enter into a couple of tournaments in Palm Springs.
