Cowboy Cabin- September 2026- 6 days The stay was awesome, I inquired about the hot tub, and when we arrived, it was already on and ready to go, thank you, it was needed. The king beds are comfortable the rooms both have plenty of room. Make sure to bring things you need and use to cook or drink. They do provide pots and pans, cups and bowls, and there is a washer and dryer, you provide soap. There are some stores close by in case you need something. The night we arrived, I had a question, and I was answered within 10 minutes by Steve, even though it was late. The house is a bit off the main road, but it is not noisy. We were able to experience rain during the stay, there was no flooding here. We have really enjoyed being at this house, and hope to return soon. We came as a family, 3 of us. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable property.

Overall experience was great! Cabin had very comfortable beds and had plenty of room for two couples. Convenient to town and surrounding activities.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and was in the perfect location. We went to Ski Apache and Inn of the Mountain Gods while there. I wouldn’t recommend the pullout couch in the living room - I’d say this house is for 4 adults max. Other than that, everything was Fantastic.

Good

This property was in a very good location, very quiet neighborhood, clean and spacious. One thing that we were not very happy about was that the master bedroom door and its bathroom door won’t lock when we closed them but overall, great place to stay with family and friends

Son's Birthday

We came for our son's birthday and the horse races. We enjoyed the cabin, and it was very clean and just as it was described. Our only complaint was that upon arrival when opening the front door throughout our stay, we noticed the cabin smelled like cigarette smoke. We did notice the last night some beer cans and cigarette butts outside by the back of the cabin , so that may have been the cause for the odor from the previous guest?

Please people! Go to costco and get some $300 matresses! Beds were horrible! Otherwise very cute cabin.

Cowboy cabin

The cabin was really nice. It needed some maintenance. There were several light bulbs out or blinking like a strobe light. Also the towel bar in the master bedroom had fallen off the wall. Otherwise it was good.

Cute cabin

This cabin was super cute and clean. I was concerned with traffic noise since it’s a corner lot but that wasn’t a problem. My only complaint is that the beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Not only were they extremely firm but the box springs are worn out and squeek with every move. I didn’t sleep well either night.

Worst Beds Ever

Nice house, good location, WORST BED I HAVE EVER HAD! If you are going to rent to the general public, please replace your mattresses. They sink to the floor and the springs are sticking up. I don't complain as a habit,but this is ridiculous.

Cowboy Cabin

Brought our children to experience winter park before Christmas and Cowboy cabin was a great location. Just right down the road. We enjoyed ourselves and the cabin was satisfying. Thanks.

Fast perfekt, bitte in neue Matratzen investieren

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur leider war das Bett ein großer Schlafräuber. Es knarzt und knart bei jeder Bewegung. Bei dem Preis bitte austauschen.

House was great. Had problem with hot tub but got with jeff and we got it up and running again. Definitely staying here again

Cowboy Cabin

Seen this Cabin online and the pictures just look amazing. Booking was easy communication Was great and it was easy to a enjoyable weekend. We didn’t arrive till after hours but it was easy found the cabin easy everything went smoothly. As far as appearance the cabin is beautiful inside and out. I wasn’t expecting tho the location to be where it was looks different on the web. But it was great quiet hot tub was great showers were great loved that it has utensils some things to cook out with dish soap and hand soap and even detergent so you can do laundry that was quite awesome. Great place furniture was stunning and the floors were too I would say though the master bed could be upgraded and maybe the TVs be upgraded I wasn’t expecting those TVs to be so old and maybe more firewood would have been great. Also I would say it would have been nice to have the privacy fence on the deck all the way down on the one side where the table is to sit to block some of the wind while you sit and dry off before you go inside. I also bought a unopened container of detergent wash pods cause there was only two and I used them. We followed all instructions and left it clean swept threw all the trashes and put the towels in the laundry room. Thank you very much

Hot water

No hot water. We called they said they would send someone to check it. Never heard if they did or not two days no hot showers Four adults had to shower the first shower was warm by the last no hot water at all.
