A bit of heaven in Princeville

The property was perfect. It was very well equipped .Lots of beach toys, umbrellas ,boogie boards and chairs. Short ride to Hanalei Bay and shopping. Got to see whales from our back porch. The master bath is unreal. We all loved our stay.

Peaceful stay in Princeville

The unit was truly stunning as the listing suggests. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized with everything you need for a great vacation in Princeville. The back lanai was so tranquil to enjoy the company of the local chickens and soak in the amazing view which was better than pictures suggest! I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation at its finest

The minute we entered the property, we felt the spirit of aloha. Accommodations are pristine, kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Great nights of sleep and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by and the binoculars provided were a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time at Suzie’s place. It is beautiful decorated and clean. You can’t beat the views. It was really quiet and more like a little cottage than a condo. We truly enjoyed it! We had a couple of issues but hosts were very responsive and tried their best to help out.

Great North Shore stay on Kauai

I would rather not say very much about this property for selfish reasons - don't want it to be booked. This property is perfect. The 'Devil is in the details and someone put a lot of time, effort in the details of this home. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Winter Escape

Loved the property. Included everything we needed for cooking, hanging out, sleeping, and exploring the island. Especially loved the outdoor patio. We watched whales off the coast everyday and found the nearby access to Turtle Cove where we were able to see a ton of turtles. Such a great spot to explore the north side of the island and easy access to Hanalei for fun restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Unit is very well appointed and decor is fabulous. Upon arrival we encountered the primary bed was not made (sheets were rewashed as we weren't sure they had been), towels in dryer, dirty bath mats and kitchen counter, and carpet in unit had not been vacuumed. We took it all in stride, found what we needed and cleaned it ourselves. All in all - the stay was fabulous.

Great place overalll

We had two couples staying at the condo. The master bedroom with the air conditioning was great. However the other bedroom does not have air conditioning. That was the only thing that didn’t work for us. It was hard to sleep even with fans on as it was humid and hot. The condo had everything else and is beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable there. The views right in back of the condo looks out to the ocean and was a great view to start and end our days.

Heavenly stay in Kauai Haven!

Of all the vacation rentals we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a large number over the years, this may just be our favorite! It's fabulously beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean, quiet and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The knives were the BEST we've ever used in a rental - sharp! The view is stunning - and from ever room. The back patio is well outfitted with comfortable furniture and we loved having coffee and meals outside. The location is great - close to all the fantastic things to do and see on the North Shore. There are beach towels, nice beach chairs and good snorkeling provided for borrowing. Great communication with Susie who was very quick to respond. I felt like we could've lived here! I wish we could've stayed longer. I'd definitely come back!

Stunning view and stay

This condo is the perfect place to stay for people who enjoy serenity and peace. If you like to watch the waves crashing on the cliffs, glorious sunrises and the Milky Way at nights I would highly recommend you to stay in Suzie’s condo. You will find everything you need for your relaxing stay in this nicely decorated in costal style cozy apartment. The view from the windows in all rooms is amazing. You can walk to Turtle Cave and to Sealoge Beach and snorkel there. I also recommend Anini Beach for snorkeling. We found out that the AC in the master bedroom was making noises. Suzie informed the maintenance people about this problem, but they didn’t show up during our stay. However, we were turning AC off at nights and opening the window in the master bd enjoying fresh breeze from the ocean. Again, Suzie, thank you very much for sharing your amazing condo with us!

Wonderful house

What an awesome house! Designed to perfection, with beautiful decor, high-quality furniture, gorgeous master bath with a view of the ocean, clean, very well equipped, with probably the best location at this complex. The best part - is your view!!!! From every single room in the house, you can see turquoise water and blue sky... we had to wake up every morning just to catch the sunrise on a huge private green lanai. with plenty of comfortable chairs, couches, coffee tables, etc, ... we also ended up having many dinners outside, instead of going out. Hidden Cove where you can see resting turtles is within walking distance from the house as well as Quinn Bath is around the corner - 0.5 miles. We had a great time, very happy with the house we chose. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Highly recommended!

Perfection in Princeville

The short review: stunning and perfect.... It is everything the photos show off and more. I can promise you that you have not stayed in a condo in Kaua'i like this before and if you have, I want the information. The design is like stepping into a high-end remodel on HGTV. No detail is missed. If you appreciate decor and interior design of where you stay like we do (it's what makes our breaks a condo for us outside of view, which you also win here), you cannot miss this rental. As my oldest daughter said, she felt like an old Hollywood movie star from the 40s. She nailed that review. Other surprises; the lighting is stunning. Dimmers everywhere to set the perfect tone to your trip. We keep finding with condos that people are mixing LED lighting everywhere and it ruins the interior of a living space. Plus, there is a full in-ceiling bluetooth speaker system throughout. If you want to set the most amazing vibe, connect your phone and play the best of Ella Fitzgerald and tell me this stunning condo hasn't transported you in both place and time. It's what we did and we are still talking about it. We will DEFINITELY be back to this stunning rental and this is coming from very picky renters when it comes to design and how a place makes you feel. If that is you and you are looking for a place on the North shore, stop and book this now. It is stunning!

Our week was wonderful. Views are spectacular; we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio; the kitchen is well-equipped; the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and just as they appear in the website photos. We definitely will come back here!

Pictures dont do it justice!

Immaculately decorated and maintained, this condo is cozy and comfortable! We loved the back patio views and rainfalls. We found the beds to be so comfortable! My husband and I spent three nights with our kids aged 10 and 2.5. We had all the beach things we could want for use, which made it even more enjoyable. Nothing is really a far drive away from here. Highly recommended and would easily stay here again!

Hard to Leave!

What an incredible place--it might be our new favorite on Kaua'i!! We stayed the last few days of trip in this gorgeous place and it exceeded our high expectations. The condo was clean and as pictured, the instructions/house rules clear, and the view breathtaking. We loved the one story building and the feel of privacy! This property is a stunner and we can't wait to go back.

Amazing views, relaxing, and comfortable.

Amazing place with amazing views. Pictures do not do justice. Its super clean, decorated perfectly, stocked with all essentials. You feel like your in your own private home. Relaxing and comfortable. You'll have constant visits from chickens, Nene's and abundance of birdlife and of course oceans views from every room. Plenty of parking, no stairs. Cannot say enough good things about this unit. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and she is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Dreamy

The “cottage” was amazing! Charming, beautiful comfortable and had all we needed. It was such a wonderful experience for our first time using a vacation rental! We said that if we make it back to Kauai, we would rent this again and would have no desire to even leave this beautiful property to go anywhere or do anything else on the island. When we arrived, the area had a power outage and once back on, we couldn’t get the tvs to work. We sent a text and Suzie and Andy reaponded within a few minutes. Andy resolved the situation virtually for us very quickly and in minutes they were up and running.The view is gorgeous, the lanai has ample furniture to relax on, and the view from both bedrooms and family/kitchen/dining area are stunning. Very nice place!!!!

We are 2 couples: an interior designer married to an electrical contractor, and an executive assistant married to an IT specialist. We love our kids (and their families). We live in Southern California and although many people believe it’s very similar – the trade winds render Kauai a tropical paradise. We enjoy the outdoors and there's no better place than Kauai – sometimes with the company of friends, other times as couples, and occasionally as an individual retreat.

We have enjoyed #3104 so much! While doing our renovations we thought the only other unit we'd really love would be #6101. Much to our surprise, it came available and we were blessed to be able to purchase this fabulous condo! We are blessed to have been able to create this special place we call Kauai Haven - our little slice of heaven and home away from home.
