Welcome to Clearwater 3D! Clearwater 3D is an ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the western corner on the 3rd floor in a low density building in Downtown Gulf Shores, AL. The condo is all tile and has a great view of the Gulf from the private balcony. The 2 bedrooms are on the north side of the condo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a set of Twin over Twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Located in downtown Gulf Shores, the condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and more!

Gulf beach condo on beach

Good set up, for a family stay. However it was very windy on first two days there, Terrible very loud noise coming from balcony. Maintence came and said it was a loose rail on the balcony. Also So windy door to unit blew open if we didn’t keep door dead bolted.

25th Anniversary

We stayed here for our vacation/25th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. It was very clean and located just where we love. We appreciated the quiet, and it was just steps away from the beach. We spent most of our vacation on the beach, but when weren't on the beach, we could be found on our balcony watching listening to the waves.

The room was nice and clean very organized .

Me and my whole family enjoyed everything my kids did not want to leave the beach they love it .buy it does needs a bigger sign with ligts its really hard to locate the building .even when you already install i had to tirn arround a couple times cause i miss the building

Nice and quaint condo right on the beach. Close to everything, even walking distance to Sea and Suds if you’re looking for great seafood.

Do not stay here

This was the worst experience ever with this rental! The booking process said pay deposit and other later but as soon as I booked after a month of trying to decide since this was first trip without my husband staying with me and wanted to feel comfortable with a familiar location it sent email and said full amount due that day! It was paid in full that day. Then travel day arrives and we travel 4 hours there and about an hour before we arrive I email to say we have not gotten the code to enter and within 5 min I get an email back saying the codes and rules and stuff. About 5 min after that the property manager calls to say the owner REFUSES TO VACATE THE PROPERTY!! We are 1 hour away with no where to stay that night!!! I cried the first 24 hours of our vacation! This property owner has had several weeks prior to prepare for us coming and took our payment in full and refused to let us stay! Said she would not leave till the next day! It was the last day of hangout fest so there was nothing around!! The property manager found ONE opening at a different location 2 miles on the opposite end of the beach! I literally cried because I was unfamiliar with that side of the beach and being that it was first stay without my husband I was terrified! This property owner RUINED OUR VACATION and didn’t care at all!! I would rather stay in a tent than rent from her! Do not rent from them unless you want to be out in my situation! Paid in full and and signed rental agreement and this is it.

Nice place, only one issue

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend with our ly one noticeable issue. When my foster child mentioned he was missing his stuffed monkey, I went back up, at 5 minutes til check out, and the code did not work. I understand stopping the code at check out, but before is ridiculous. Especially when you have paid for access until 10am.

Post Retirement Getaway

This is our second time renting in this complex and first time renting 3D. We were very happy and satisfied, especially with how well stocked the kitchen is. There was everything we needed for our two week stay! The beds were comfortable and nice that both beds were kings. Bonus that the closet had two beach umbrellas and some floaties that we used as we had hot weather everyday. Loved that the balcony had two lounge chairs and a table and chairs. No complaints from us, we would recommend this unit!!!

Great view!

We had a great time. There was construction at the building next door that you could hear when on the balcony, but it didn't bother us. The front door needs painting. Great price for a 2 bedroom 2 bath compared to other places.

Perfect Paradise

We love the Clearwater building and thoroughly enjoyed this gem! Perfect view! Very clean! Beach chairs and umbrellas included! We enjoy this property as it is smaller than some of the others therefore less crowded! No wait for the elevator either! The pool was clean and perfect! The condo was perfect and spacious for our group of 5! Thank you for a great, carefree stay!

Perfect for Social Distancing and Children!

We loved the location of this property. It is a small building so traffic at the pool and in the halls was minimal. It is located near the state park so the beach was not crowded at all. The beach was a very short walk and was appropriated with chair and umbrella rentals if desired. I loved the layout of the condo and it was perfect for our family of four. There is a long corridor as you enter the condor so it was a great place to dump chairs, sand toys, and our umbrella so no of it was in the way. One bedroom is located at the start of the corridor so we were able to have the snoring daddy in a room all by himself! The kids loved the bunk beds and they were out of the way. The two king beds were comfortable and the mattresses were not worn down or sagging in any way. Plenty of closet space and drawer space. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with tools and appliances. It included things like a waffle maker, blender, toaster oven among the normal staples. The knives were sharp and there was plenty of silverware and dishes. The washer and dryer worked well and without any issues. The internet would disconnect from time to time but the signal was strong and I was able to work with ease. The condo was within walking distance to parasailing and banana boat riding, which was great. Lots of restaurants within a mile or two. Also, there were beach toys and boogie boards in a closet even though the ad said to bring your own. Likely left by prior guests, but they were there when we were there. We have stayed at a few different condos on the Gulf but like this one enough that we will return. It is nice to have a really well stocked kitchen with a stove that is vented to the outside as well as comfortable living room furniture. Thanks for a great stay!

Beach was great!!

Overall the stay was good! The building is in need of some repairs. Pool was very dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Nice location and layout

The location and condo lay out was top notch. Kitchen stocked with items for cooking and accommodating. The only item that was a challenge was the balcony door is very hard to open and close. WiFi service was spotty but managed to keep up with the real world. We really enjoyed the stay at this location and this condo and it was everything we hoped for, at least until we had to pack and leave.

Great family space

This was a great space for our group of 6 (4 adults, two children). We were about 10min from the local Walmart and closer to the Gulf Shores state park. Most everything we needed was in the kitchen. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hall (which I thought might be too close to the living room, but the kids easily went to bed when we stayed up later). The decor was super cute. Everything was nice. There were chairs we could use and a few kids toys. My only complaint is that the dryer left black marks on some of our clothing. I couldn't figure out why, but it wasn't a big deal. We would certainly stay again!

Much enjoyed family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater! Not too crowded and beautiful views! Some things that could be improved: Lighting inside condo Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned Lack of parking at facility Overall, I would recommend this condo and/or come back again. We enjoyed our stay and made lots of memories!
