The unit was nicely decorated, however there was mold on the ceiling in the master bath which was a little concerning. My daughter said she saw mold in the living area but I didn’t look for it. It would have been nice to have had a dresser in the extra bedroom for storage, as well as more storage in the master bedroom. We had trouble with the elevator but thankfully Perdido Realty handled it well!

We wanted to stay somewhere with a view and close to the beach, this was IT!!! Couldn’t be happier with our stay, it was myself, my husband, and our son. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, very clean, etc. will definitely be staying here again!!

Best vacation spot

My husband and I stayed here for a nice get away. All the comforts of home and close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Location was the best. It sits on a stretch of beach designated for bird nesting so not crowded at all. Please keep in mind if you are flying and are unable to bring beach stuff with you this place does not supply any. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent from a third party which are set up directly in front of the building, which means if you do have your own stuff you do have to set up on either side of them, which wasn’t bad while we were there. When I checked in the pass code for the door didn’t work but they did give me another one that was fine. At the end I had to return a paper parking pass to the realtor and when I inquired about it no one replied to my text.

I am reluctant to post this as we want to keep this place to ourselves. Room was perfect, super quiet, excellent views from balcony and very convenient to beach and parking lot so was super easy to maneuver around. Pool was great with additional raised sunning area equipped with loungers. Pool area has super nice bathrooms for his and hers with A/C and convenient to beach. Path to beach has new designed mat surface directly on the sand so no stairs. This makes easy to walk on for all, rolling beach carts and even equipment for handicap individuals if needed. This is the first I have seen of these, very smart and accommodating for vacationers. Washout station is all new along with decking and railing. This place is perfect for families or those wanting a quieter more relaxing place to stay. Location in PK is very handy to many activities and restaurants. We definitely will be staying again at this location.

Everything was great! Would prefer going straight to the property and NOT having to stop and pick up keys, and then drop them off.................

The master bed is very squeaky and has 2 big craters in The middle of each side. The bathroom door in the master bedroom to the bathroom is also very squeaky. The place was lovely and clean which I appreciate.

We enjoyed the condo Ocean Breeze West 605 however we had a slight issue getting the door to lock. I reported it. The view was lovely, directly on the beach. Condo is furnished well but the master bedroom has a very soft mattress. Check in was very easy. The pool is small but we spent our time at the beach. Easy access to everything in the area. We do recommend this unit.

Stellar views!

Unit was great! I recommend the purchase of a Keurig. We enjoy our coffee and travel with our favorites. The old fashioned stuff put a damper on the early morning balcony enjoyment.

Absolutely the best!

The condo was clean and just as described. The building was great all around. Absolutely nothing to complain about. If I had to suggest one thing it would be nice to have had keyless entry into the room. But that is just being picky. Can’t wait to book again!

Great Location

Great location. Very relaxing property. Beach was great. Dont agree with the Umbrella and Chair vender taking the properties entire shoreline at the waterline and more or less blocking the water access...I just put my sunbrella and chairs I brought with me on the vacant part next door to avoid. Also enjoyed a Cigar on the beach which is also forbidden. Please dont tell. Overall great time, would rent again.

Long weekend spring break at the beach

Overall, this was a great place! It was very clean and appears it was recently updated. It’s easy to get to the beach and parking was wonderful. The deck is so nice and we enjoyed sitting in the evenings. A few things: the bed in the master bedroom is SO loud! It woke us up every time we barely moved during the night. The electrical socks were either controlled by the light switch or some didn’t work. That was annoying. There are no curtains in the 2nd bedroom and there is a light right outside the window in the breezeway. The blinds didn’t block it out so we had to hang a blanket at night over the window. Aside from these things, we loved it! We would stay here again!
