Everything was fantastic! Well stocked kitchen with some spices, condiments, other basics already there, easy-to-use laundry, comfortable beds, beautiful views, easy access to the beach, no tourist crowds.

This property was great, we really enjoyed the location and the beautiful beach just up the road. We saw whales breaching almost every day! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Overall, a GREAT vacation!

Great home for a large family. The house was clean and exactly as described. Our host Chad was very responsive to questions and providing helpful information about the island. You won't regret staying here!

The house was amazing for our group of 8 adults. The location was perfect for exploring the south and west shores of the island. Close drive to several beaches and restaurants/shopping. The house had everything we needed-kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, second refrigerator in the garage was perfect for keeping our drinks cold, laundry was fully stocked and we utilized the beach towels, cooler and chairs (all 8 of them) everyday!

Amazing place to stay for our family, very nicely decorated, and has all the amenities you need. Even though it does sit on a fairly busy road, the beach is right across the street, and it is great location on the island close to so many fun things to do. Until next time Kauai...Mahalo!!

Best location for peace and quiet away from the crowds

Home was just as advertised, beautiful home very clean and management was very accommodating with any questions that I had! Would stay here again without question!

Perfect place for family fun.

We loved that easy access to the beach. We were especially grateful for all of the beach, toys, chairs, beach, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear and everything else we could want a good time at the beach. Thank you for providing these things as well as a great supply of laundry and dishwasher soap. Everything was so easy.

This house was perfect!

This house was beautiful and spacious! The house was clean and the grounds were beautiful! All the deck areas were my absolute favorite! Must stay here if traveling with family!

Very nice property

Very nice home. Across from the beach, however this is not a guarded beach. Salt Pond beach was the best beach within a few miles. Amenities were nice.

Nice House, easily fit 3 couples and an adult son

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The location was good because it was close to Waimea Canyon and town was near. It has plenty of bedrooms, large eating/kitchen, BBQ and lanais.Downside is the road that runs in front of the house, it is a busy, noisy road especially in the morning hours.

Beautiful property

This was an excellent house for our family. The host provided great instructions for everything. The beach across the highway was wonderful to walk on. All in all a great place!

Hawaiian Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this outstanding property. Incredible views and access to the beach. House was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Perfect place to get away from the typical tourist areas and enjoy the beauty of Kauai.

Family

It was my dream to bring my 3 daughters to Hawaii! After 3 days on Oahu they chose to stay on Kauai. We had a fantastic time. The accommodations were perfect for our family very impressed with the artwork, and cozy conversation spaces!

Family Fun in the Kauai Sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with all sorts of amenities. Our three adult children joined us, along with their significant others for some beach time, cool touring the N’apali coast, visits to Poipu Beach, and fun family meals followed by game time. Celebrated our eldest birthday with a disco night and some grilled steaks and potatoes. Loved enjoying my morning coffee on the 2nd level porch, watching the waves crash in. Great vacation and property!

Relaxation on the lanai

Beautiful home, well maintained, all the comforts of home with the benefit of upper and lower lani. Fresh breeze and pounding surf to sleep by and rolling waves and long sandy beach to catch some rays and r n r. It is quite a way from other activities, but it’s a small island if over crowded resorts are not your thing then this is it. Loved the stay, loved the house.

Kauai 2024

This is a beautiful home on the quiet, warm side of the island. Very close Waimea Canyon and Kekeha beach. Easily accommodated, 3 generations of our family.

Family trip

We stayed at the house for 5 nights. We made all of our meals heree. When the propane was low we had a new tank the next day before we needed it. For us it was perfect. We like a slower lifestyle away from tourists. There was a town close to pick up things and cute shops to go to. The beach wasn't swimable but we loaded of the provided beach supplies and found a great beach not to far away.

Great views, comfortable home

This was a perfect getaway home for a week with our family and close friends. Home was well stocked with plenty of amenities. Beautiful sunsets every night! (We just walked across the street and enjoyed sunset every night from the small beach). Chad was very helpful in giving us island recommendations.
