Enjoyable Place to Stay

Clean property with many bikes, and an efficient 4 bedroom layout (two bedrooms on each side of the living space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware you could need. I would stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay in Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay with our daughter and her family. This rental fulfilled that need. We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our two families with bedrooms at both ends of the house. This provided a way to put the small children down for bed and allow separation for the grandparents to sleep without interruption. The area was very nice and we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride on the many bike paths. The location allowed easy access onto Hwy 97 for our many trips into Bend to be with other family.

Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean and in a great location.The management folks were friendly and helpful, especially when the fridge quit working.It is surprising the cook stove does not have a vent. Cooking really affects the living space.There IS a washer and dryer, those were not listed as being there.Enjoyable experience overall.

Stay review

Great place and clean. Not sure if I overlooked it but there was no AC so it got kind of hot. But we managed with the fans provided.

Mountain like setting; good for a group

Clean and functional. Well equipped kitchen. sleeping areas on either side of the community area. Family friendly large neighborhoods but suspect many are not owner occupied or an HOA is controlling any variety; everything looks the same with asphalt, pine trees, and round abouts. Got lost several times... take your gps...

Family fun

Everything was smooth and easy for checking in and out, the house had everything we needed. Bikes for adults and youth but bring your own youth helmets.

Comfy Family vacation home

We stayed for the week of Christmas. Comfortable space, well stocked kitchen for cooking big meals, and quiet location near the river. Nice to have contactless access to the house.

Cozy and clean.

I didnt have to communicate with the property manager at all, which is great during this pandemic. The place was clean and cozy.

Nice space for evertyone in our party.

Nice space for everyone in our party but we all felt the unit is in need of an update of furniture, newer toilets and carpet.

Unable to rate. Booking was Cancelled - relocated

I booked this property last fall and in January received a call from the rental company that the owner uses that the property would not be available. Sunset Lodging moved myself and family to another home. I was disappointed as we had relatives staying 3 houses away on the same street as this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I needed a getaway to unplug and relax. This house was perfect!! Clean, quiet, and perfectly appointed. The back porch was amazing, being able to watch the stars at night. The fireplace was most welcome, given the coolish evenings. Stove worked well, and it was heaven having the Keurig for our morning coffee!!

Great Value Property

It's a great value if you don't need extras like bikes and SHARQ passes. It's a little bit dated but that doesn't bother me and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice location

This unit does not have air conditioning. Beds were old and worn. One bathroom was dirty. Bedroom floor was dusty with cobwebs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms were not clean, there were gonna of dirt in the corners. Four beds were saggy and uncomfortable. The unit was not air conditioned and we had to search for fans. It was unpleasantly hot!
