The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the host was very responsive. The location is walking distance (about 15 minutes) from many shops and restaurants as well as a market making the location perfect as a home base for anyone visiting Vancouver.

The property is large with comfortable beds and furnishings. There are many thoughtful inclusions like a keurig with several pods and other small appliances. Everything was very clean and access to the property was really simple. It was a nice touch to be able to plug in our EV on the back driveway and there’s plenty of free and available parking right in front of the house.

This house was great for hosting a young family and some family friends. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bunk beds were a hit! We really enjoyed the view of the north shore mountains and the relaxing back patio.

We had an amazing stay at Sue’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and we’d definitely love to come back!

clean, very nice, and decently close to transit! also very very quiet at night, nice to walk around and feels safe. beautiful neighbourhood in little italy!

We are a family of six and it is a challenge to find a place that fits all of us. This was the perfect fit! It was clean, the location was very convenient and it was super affordable. Would absolutely return to this place. The only thing of note is that the stroller is on the older side and if your kid is a bit bigger it's not smooth to push but works in a pinch.

We loved Sue’s place and would definitely stay again. The layout was fantastic and comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen had everything we needed (even champagne flutes!) to cook our meals at home. The area was quiet and a short walk to stores and coffee shops. It was very clean and cozy. Would love to come back in warmer weather and take advantage of the outside space. Sue was very flexible and accommodating of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome property!

My sister and I stayed at this property for 3 days, 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were good communicators and accommodated the requests we had. The property was perfect for us since it was a close walking distance to Little Italy which had many restaurants and stores. I plan on recommending this property to other family and friends. Clean, good location, great hosts, and comfy bed (lots of pillows!)! Felt perfect for 2 people, 3 adults may feel tight but manageable depending on the group!

Great find!

Very clean and felt safe the entire time! Coffee machine was a little slow, but we managed to make it work. Sometimes we could hear the people upstairs but it wasn’t too bad. Very cute setup, with many useful items available. Easy to follow directions to the place, which made the trip more enjoyable and less stressful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Vancouver!
