This is our second time staying here with our family (two young kids) and it's just as perfect as it was the first time around! You really can't ask for anything more -- exceptionally clean (we have very high standards), well-appointed, comfortable, easy check in, central location, ample parking, and a responsive host. It has everything you want and need. We will be back!

We felt right at home and really enjoyed the very clean and absolutely wonderfully equipped house. Thank you so much! The surroundings are beautiful, and a walk and a jog to the beach were highlights of a quiet day. It’s a quick trip into downtown, and we were able to soak up and get to know the lovely atmosphere here in the neighborhood. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful home and host! Great location and we LOVED the neighborhood and how easy it was to get around the area. The house is stocked with everything we needed and more... Niko is a wonderful host that made us feel so welcomed and provided such good information. Parking was super easy and the location was perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a lovely experience in Vancouver!

The cleanliness of the home was immaculate. The description and pictures accurately depicted the home. The location was close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and coffee houses. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Nikos for everything!

We had a lovely break at Pacific Villa. Nikos was a fabulous host. Good communication re check in and out and checking we had everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful house with all modern amenities. Spacious, comfortable accommodation. Good information as to what was going on locally and the places we tried recommended by Nikos were excellent. Would definitely stay again if visiting Vancouver.

Pacific Villa was superb! We came to Vancouver for a funeral, so it was an emotional time, to say the least. But what a welcome respite! The place is perfect for a family or a group. It's large, conveniently located and will appointed. Nikos went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He was very responsive, even checking in from time to time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything one would need. Large kitchen table, countertops, island. The coffee choices were wonderful. Street parking in front of the home and neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Lovely deck to enjoy your sunsets. The bedrooms were large and the three of us each had our own bathroom. Our host Nikos introduced himself and ensured everything was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything sparkled - there was even a a Christmas tree which made our away-from-home Christmas feel genuine. Parking and location exceeded expectations. The hosts were extra- thoughtful, and the kitchen was well- stocked.

“What a perfect stay—look no further! We’ve visited Vancouver many times with our young kids, and this has been the best place by far. The location is ideal, the space is spotless and perfectly appointed, and the host is fantastic and very responsive if needed. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was very clean and nicely setup - as clearly shown in the property listing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property is well located for access to many attractions in Vancouver. We enjoyed and made use of the easy access to two local grocery stores - and a local coffee shop and bakery that was 2 blocks away. Parking on the street (16th Ave) was fine - we always had a spot directly in front of the house.

The property and rooms are exactly as pictured, perhaps even more beautiful in person! The place was sparkling clean and very spacious. We used the VRBO as a place to get ready for our wedding weekend and it was so perfect. Lots of beautiful areas for getting ready photos and such a convenient location. We would recommend this space for any occasion! Thank you Nikos!!!

This was one of the best experiences my family and I have had with a VRBO rental! From booking to checkout, Nikos was accommodating, informative, and one of the most hospitable hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The home was top notch, clean, comfortable, and we felt not only safe but very comfortable. Also walking distance to one of the best Italian restaurants (recommended by our host) my family has experienced. I would highly recommend the stay at this property!

Business with pleasure

Part of the trip was for a conference while 2 of us stayed longer to tour the city. The space was larger than expected with a great balcony. Host was super friendly and very helpful. Warm and comfortable place that felt like home. Thank you Nikos and Anna!!.

We arrived at our beautiful three bedroom home and was welcomed with perfect amenities. Good instructions. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Each of the bedrooms and baths were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance were so charming.

Excellent

Stayed with my husband and our two adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living room were very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The house was equipped with everything you need and then some. We enjoyed some family meals at the property. There is a very nice balcony with room for all. Nikos was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend

The house and grounds were meticulous! Our family of varying ages truly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and ability to tour Vancouver or just sit comfortably in the living area and relax. The house had everything you could want. We used the outside dining area a lot, especially for the beautiful mornings with coffee. Nikos was the best host, available for questions as needed at a moment’s notice. He also left some really nice items in the kitchen for us which was super kind and over the top. We would highly recommend staying at this great place to anyone traveling to this neck of the woods. We hope yo return!
