Recently Updated Breckenridge Condo: Ski In Ski Out, Views & Access to Hot Tub
Winter or summer, our recently renovated Breckenridge ski-in ski-out condo will be perfect for your vacation. Located across from the Snowflake lift in Breckenridge, and an easy walk to town, you cannot beat our excellent location. Our comfy, cozy condo in Breckenridge can be your home away from home for an affordable rate.
The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury condo. We have a warm gas fireplace, not one but two decks with views of the mountains and town, and high speed wireless internet access. Also included is an outdoor community hot tub and a private heated one-car garage. A full kitchen and a dining room table make for fun stay-at-home meals. All kitchen equipment, linens, and towels are provided. Gorgeous wood trim and doors abound in the unit.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed (full bed on bottom and twin on top) and a private deck overlooking the town of Breckenridge. The guest bathroom has a glass stall shower. The comfy sofa becomes a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Free shuttle service is available around town and to the lifts although you'll hardly need it. We have log rocking chairs on the back deck which has views of Peak 7 and 8.

Nicely appointed Condo with updated Kitchen. Was very clean and well stocked. Conveniently located for ski in/out (other than the lack of snow this year). We had a wonderful stay.

Awesome spot, amazing location!
This was a perfect spot for our stay at Breckenridge - the place was cozy and had everything we need and the location was unbeatable. The hosts were very helpful as well and even let us check in early.

Very nice & comfy, close to lifts with easy access
Really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of little touches that make it way better than a hotel. Hosts are also very helpful.

Perfect location and accommodations
We had a great time, warm and cozy. Very clean, excellent host very responsive with questions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again sometime.

Perfect condo for our trip to Breckenridge
The condo was better than expected. Checkin process was easy and the host was great to work with through our entire stay.

Just to be clear this is not ski-in/ski-out property. A short walk to the shuttle bus that takes only a few minutes to Peak 9; very short ride. Walking to the shuttle can be tricky because of the icy driveway and icy road that was not treated and was not plowed. Radiant heat is too load so, earplugs are strongly recommended. comfortable bed in mb, great kitchen, big refrigerator, nice mountain view.

Regarding your comments on the location, our condo in the Los Pinos complex is indeed considered a ski-in/ski-out property via the Snowflake Lift. We provide detailed instructions in our welcome message and guest manual on how to access the trailhead directly across the street that leads right to the lift. We’re sorry if this was missed, as we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any trouble locating it.
We also want to assure future guests that the driveway is professionally plowed after every significant snowfall. However, during 'freeze-thaw' cycles with warmer weather like we've had this season, mountain roads can become slick, and we appreciate the reminder to be cautious.
Regarding radiant heat, it is a wonderful feature for keeping the home cozy, but because it can occasionally produce noise, we include a sound machine in the unit to ensure a quiet night's sleep.

Ski Weekend
Had a nice three day ski trip. Easy access to the snowflake lift and easy walk to town. Great location.

Breckenridge Condo
We had a great stay at the condo! There was great communication from the owners prior to us arriving with area info, directions, etc. The condo was clean and just like the pictures and the location was great. We'd stay again for sure!!

Great location and amenities. Love the condo complex as well.
Great communication and detailed instructions when we arrived.
Easy walk to downtown. Great access to bike trails and plenty of room for our bikes and gear in the garage. Easy hot tub access after a long day on the trails.

Great Place to Stay!
Within walking distance to downtown. The hosts were very helpful. Comfortable and homey. Nice pool but a short walk from condo. Close to free bus stop. Highly recommend!

Great spot for skiing/exploring!
We loved this place! Seamless checkin/checkout process, very clean and had a lot of supplies/cooking stuff to use. Loved the hot tub and had it to ourselves most of the night! Not quite ski in/ski out but a short walk to the bus and to town, so overall great location! Thanks for having us :)

Had a great time.
Everything was just as described in the listing. The heated garage for ski equipment is great. Owner was very responsive and ski out is a breeze. Ski in not quite as easy as ski out but still only a short walk off the trail and into the condo. Would absolutely book this place again.

The condo is perfect for people who ski. We will book again for our summer hiking trip. Access to Snowflake trail/lift is a short walk across the street. Due to the condition of the trail down the mountain (low snowbase), we took the shuttle home. The shuttle stops in front of the condo. The condo was recently updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the little things like quality soap and 2ply toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. You can also walk to town as it is only about 1/2 mile away. Mike and Abbey were very friendly and easy to work with. We didn't have any issues, but they were helpful about local information and questions I had about the condo.
