From the time we got there till checkout, walked in room was clean the views are Stunning in this unit!! Communication with the host, excellent!!!Hope to see October 2027!!!!

Property was excellent! Beautiful ocean views, clean as can be, beautifully appointed. Host was exceptional in communication, especially regarding the hurricane and the status of potential damages. We had the best time! Crystal at the bar downstairs was a great time!! Shaunda is a great host and the property is just divine!! Looking forward to our next trip! Also…elevators were NO TROUBLE AT ALL!!

Tidewater is an awesome place and our unit was great! Amazing view. It was super clean and had the extras that saved me a little money! She is a great host, easily accessible and her communication was great! I will definitely reach out to her for future trips!!

The View was AMAZING. As soon as you walk into the condo its just breath taking.Shaunda was AMAZING! Wish we could've stayed longer.Both Daughters happy and excited about the place!

Wonderful stay!

My family & I enjoyed our stay! The decor was modern and welcoming. The condo was exceptionally clean. Felt like home away from home plus awesome amenities! We hope to visit again!

Freaking Great

All I can say is I will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect close to pier park and easy to get in and out without having to go through all the traffic.

Clean & Comfortable!

Property looks just like the pictures, very clean & stocked with everything needed to feel like home! I would definitely stay here again. I loved the view of the beach from the balcony.

Awesome Stay

I’ve been staying at condos on the beach for over 20 years this stay is by far our best stay from communication with the owner to every detail you can think you need from beach chairs down to the games that was supplied I would give 10 stars if they would let me 15 out of 10 I really enjoyed

Florida Jeep Jam

My husband and I came down for the Florida Jeep Jam. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Had amazing views of the ocean, beach chairs included…We will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for 30th birthday.

I’ve always loved the location of the TideWater. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve stayed in a room at the TideWater and it won’t be my last.

Amazing condo!!

Perfect condo!! Beautifully decorated, amazingly spotless, and a perfect view!! We could not have been happier with our stay. Shaunda replies immediately and is so helpful! Would stay again!

Wonderful Getaway for Two Grandmothers

The condo was very, very clean. Decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Only problem was the internet would go on and off all the time.
