Tartu pyyhesi, räpylöitä, aurinkovoidetta ja viivaa rannalle! Loma alkaa siitä hetkestä, kun tuijotat tämän upean kolmen tarinan kotiin sen ylellisellä tunnelmalla, mutta rauhallisella paikalla. Yli 3000 s. f. on tilaa ystäville ja perheelle rentoutua parvekkeella, kokoontua suuren saaren ympäröimään keittiössä tai vetäytyä johonkin neljästä makuuhuoneesta, joihin kuuluu oma kylpyhuone. Kolme neljästä huoneesta on king-size-vuoteita, on yksi queen-vuode ja uusi lisätty yksi yhden hengen vuode sänkyyn yhdellä twin vyöryä sängyn korkeintaan 11 henkeä. Tämä koti on täydellinen pyhäkkö rannalle!

Pompano Palace istuu hiljaisella umpikujalla, joka on jaettu vain muutamaan koteihin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on suuri sisäänkäynti, hissi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, hissi pääsy 2. ja 3. kerroksessa ja ensimmäinen makuuhuone omalla kylpyhuoneella. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaunis, moderni keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, joita ympäröi upea saarta. Keittiöllä on näkymä olohuoneeseen ja ruokasaliin, joka on täydellinen perheen kokoontumiselle. Family vacation 2025

Amazing House and Location

We had an incredible stay! House is perfect and just a short walk from the beach access. We had 4 adult couples and the house had more than enough space for all of us! I would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great location! Our family loved this vacation rental! This house has large rooms and lots of space for families to gather and hang out. More outdoor furniture would have been a great addition, but overall a great vacation rental!

First of all, the rental agency is extremely professional and attentive to any question we had. The home was well cleaned for our arrival. The home is just a minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we did buy needed pot holders). Great stay and great location.

Home away from home

The home was exactly like what was pictured. It was able to accommodate our entire family of 7 with enough beds and baths. When we had an issue we were able to contact management quickly.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Amazing property just a few minutes walk to beautiful 30A beach. Clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Close to the local hotspots of Rosemary and Seaside Beach shopping and restaurants or a short drive to the more tourist hotspots of Panama City Beach. Don't miss out on this home which is family friendly and has an elevator if walking up stairs is difficult.

Good experience @ Pompano Palace

The stay we had was excellent - our house was clean, new amenities, pool was nice as well. A suggestion our vacationers mentioned was more furniture on the 3rd floor. The 4 seated high top table was nice but another one or other similar furniture would be a nice added touch. Also, more seating furniture on the 2nd floor as well. Thank you and we would stay at this location again.

Highly recommend this house

The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

Relaxing Vacation at Inlet beach

I highly recommend Pompano Palace. We had such a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach access, and is very comfortable. We had plenty of room for several large family dinners and then we could do a 3D puzzle at the table. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Just watch the trash pick up days the Garbage didn't run Friday morning. Excellent time!

Above Average

Convenient walk to beach and we were the only ones using the neighborhood pool. Parking is tight for more than 2 vehicles and if you cook know the knives need sharpening and they have a small, medium and giant pot so a large handled pot would be helpful. We had plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 11.

Beautiful home near the beach and pool

My family stayed here over spring break 2017. The home is simply beautiful with every needed amenity. The well stocked kitchen is gorgeous and functional. The rear upper deck was a great place to see the ocean as well as play cards or eat a snack. The elevator was an added bonus to move luggage around in a house this size. The pool is across the street and we had it all to ourselves. The beach is one block away and an easy walk. Family area but also close enough to everything you need.

Great house!

Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and short bike ride to town (walkable as well). The house was great for entertaining. We were with other families who rented other houses within walking distance to ours, and this house was definitely the best to accommodate families for dinner. Rooms were spacious with thick walls. Everyone slept peacefully and comfortably, and you could not hear other people in the house when trying to sleep. Would definitely return. Elevator was great for luggage. Everyone loved their stay here!

Great stay

We love this location. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Currently, there is construction in the cul de sac at Pompano Pl. it was not too distracting and we had the pool to ourselves. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture in the dining and living area was a bit worn and the w/d combo is small and there’s no trash can in the laundry. Overall, great vacation! The layout of the house is good for multiple families.

Pompano Place

Really enjoyed the house. Overall it had many positives including a good working AC unit! Liked the layout of all the rooms. Really only a couple complaints, parking is inadequate for house size and the tiny washer and dryer are not adequate for the size of the home. Also, the coffee table is hanging together by a thread, it needs to be replaced immediately. Those were very minor things! Great location to the beach.

Great Location to Beach - Lots of Room

We had a wonderful family vacation. House is close to beach and the pool was great. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday (we were at pool a few days due to Red Flag days and small children). The upper deck has a great view, had morning coffee there every day. We ate in almost every meal and found that there were some missing items in Kitchen. Bring a griddle if you want pancakes the one there is burnt up. The ice maker on the fridge made ice but it would not dispense the ice. We would return to this home again.

Great house and rental management team

We had 2 families for Spring Break. Easy access to beach and walk/bike to square. Rental team was responsive and helped when needed. Beds were comfortable and had all the cooking tools that we needed. Would recommend additional seating for patios is the only thing. Thanks for your attentiveness! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Kami! Pros and cons

Pros: Clean Parking for 2 cars Bedrooms on each level Short walk to beach For the price, about what you would expect as far as location/amenities Not high end but adequate Kitchen as all the basic necessities Cons: Pervasive Old house/musty odor Only 1 block off 98 so lots traffic noise Advertised as "beach view" but that's a no Bathroom on top floor "master " small will Only one vanity Overall, I probably would not stay here again but that's because I usually rent right on the beach on Winston. We were only here for a couple of days so it was fine not to hear the waves or really see the ocean from the balcony's.

Awesome

From NC, four of us senior couples rented this house for 3 weeks in February to play golf and tour the sights and play golf in the panhandle for the first time. We have rented in the Orlando area the previous 4 years but decided to change our venue . Although the golf courses were very busy and difficult to obtain tee times, the area was beautiful. This house was set up perfectly for 4 couples and the elevator perfect for seniors. The only issue was parking for four vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home for a long term stay!. Big house - good for a large group

We enjoyed our stay at Pampano Palace. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The elevator was nice to use for getting heavy items (ice chests, luggage) up and down. Had a great view from the top balcony. The pool was just across the street which was nice, but you can’t see it from the house because it’s hidden behind trees and bushes. It was a good size pool, but there were lots of gnats! We did see a cleaning guy there one day though, so I think it’s maintained well. The only issues in the house were the shower door didn’t close well in the master bathroom, and the coffee table in the living room was not stable at all. I believe both of these could be easily fixed. As far as location, the house is just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The closest boardwalk was a long ramp, which worked well for us because we could pull our wagon down to the beach and didn’t have to carry it down a lot of stairs. The only downside to the location was that it’s just right off the highway, which makes it pretty loud (especially at the pool), and not ideal for security purposes.
