Astu tähän kauniisti sisustettuun 1 makuuhuoneen huoneistoon Westwindsissa kokeaksesi parin parin vetäytymisen tai pienen perhelomailun. Upeat itään päin olevat näkymät Meksikonlahden sokerirannoista toivottaa sinut yksikön parvekkeelta bistro-pöydällä, joka on täydellinen aamukahvin nauttimiseen.

Tässä huoneistossa on 4-paikkainen golfkärry, jonka avulla voit matkustaa lomakohteen tyylikkäästi. Voit myös käyttää tätä ostoskoria Grand Blvdiin ja Market Shopiin, jotka ovat kaksi suurta ostospaikkaa, jotka on yhdistetty lomakeskukseen päivittäistavaroiden, vähittäiskaupan, ruokailun ja elokuvien kanssa!

Avoin elintilaa kulkee saumattomasti ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista kodinkoneista päivitetyllä keittiöllä, ruokailutilaan, joka istuu 4: llä, aina olohuoneeseen, jossa on vuodesohva ja parveke. Perfect Vacation!

The only thing we noticed this year were the hallways they always smelled so good but not this year. It’s not really a big deal but it just smelled so clean. The beach was different this year with the new rules, but it was ok. We did notice people coming into Westwinds area at the beach and wasn’t staying there but no one monitors it like ones do on each side . No one checks the bracelets like they use to.

Three Star Condo Report

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the condo. The furniture is way oversized and heavy, especially on the small balcony and dining area. Actually, the balcony is very small. The fridge blocked one of the two kitchen drawers. Worst of all, the shower had no hot water. It was barely lukewarm. The toilet was leaking water due to the flapper valve. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. The pool is fabulous. The golf cart was definitely an asset (even though it was glitchy at first and needed running).

It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but it worked out perfectly for my husband, son and myself. Kitchen was well stocked with proper pots, pans, and dishes. Loved that it came with a golf cart as well which worked great for getting around the resort. The resort itself has great restaurants, shopping and stuff for the kids to do. Will definitely visit again in the near future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Westwinds property is immaculately clean and well-maintained. Every time we came through the lobby - either from the beach or elsewhere - someone was always mopping the floor or cleaning the rugs. We never saw so much as any trace of sand anywhere. The unit is located on the 13th floor with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach. The balcony has some sturdy but comfortable chairs and a high top table where you can enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Unfortunately the weather while we were there did not allow us to enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. The unit is small but perfect for two people. It was spotlessly clean but is in need of some improvements/upgrades. For instance, the dishwasher is not attached to the counter so when you open the door, it tips forward and appears as though the dishes are going to fall out. The sheets on the bed are cheap and do not fit properly. Every morning we had to pull the fitted sheet back into place over the corners of the mattress. While it’s nice the unit offers both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, the Mr. Coffee maker in the unit is cheap and takes quite some time (10+ minutes) to brew a pot of coffee. And oddly, there was no paper towel holder in the kitchen. While some of these things may seem trivial, they are minor inconveniences/annoyances that when you are spending extra money to stay right on the beach, you do not want to detract from the overall experience.

Great Location and Grounds

Sheets didn't really fit so they were all over the place and the mattress really, really needs to be replaced. Kitchen-ware was not good but overall everything else was very good.

Wonderful location with great ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental looked the same in person as in the photos. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. However we arrived about 35 min after check in and the cleaning crew was still in the condo. It stunk horrible and I figured there was trash left behind and when we came back up after giving them another 30 minutes it would smell better. Unfortunately it did not. We aired the condo out only for the smell to return. After looking we decided it was coming from the garbage disposal. We cleaned it with soap and ran it with hot water. Still the same so we had to keep the stopper in that side of the sink. The golf cart also wouldn’t charge so we called and someone was sent immediately. The gentleman was very nice and explained that the cord needed switched out and plugged into a GFI outlet that worked. He said he did those and that all should be good. It wasn’t. We went to Baytown to watch the fireworks and the battery was almost dead and we made it back right before the battery died completely. There were also dirty rugs left in the closet by the washer and dryer. The room def could have been cleaned a lot better. We found a half drank bottle of root beer under the bed too. We still had a wonderful time but the cleanliness lacked and the maintenance for the golf cart did as well.

Condo on Miramar Beach

Reviewer Comments: The condo had an awesome view of the ocean and fireworks. It was very clean; unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the king size bed.. They had two full size beds put together to create a king size bed. The mattress was old and squeaky. The condo did not have any clocks on the wall nor in the bedroom. The toilet was very low to the floor. The toilet would not of been able to accommodate a tall person properly. Sorry I cannot rate the property management, since I did not see any. Everything was done via website.

Great Location! REALLY terrible bed!!!!

This condo has a great location and the golf cart made it so easy to get around the resort. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The condo was clean and the size was ok for our family of 4. We have an 8 yr old and a 10 yr old so the couch bed was big enough for them but children older than that would not fit. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and there wasn't a blanket for it...just sheets. Luckily, we were able to borrow one from my mom in a different condo (we returned it after use). The reason for my 3 star review is because the bed in the master is the WORST!!!!!! There have been many reviews stating this and the owner still hasn't replaced it. One response to this statement was "this is a personal preference". I am telling you there isn't any adult that would say that thing is comfortable. It was super lumpy, not even and LOUD with any movement. The pillows are really big and fluffy too. It definitely needs to be replaced ASAP. We won't stay in this condo again simply because of the bed. The only other issue we had was locating the "owners closet" with beach items. We found it outside of the garage doors but it isn't labeled and it is not clear that is where the beach items are. There is a code on the door but the code wasn't shared with us so I had to call MVH to get the code. The code should be shared with guests ahead of time like the gate and door codes are. Once found, the beach closet was super convenient and an added bonus.

Nice condo. Very nice Westwinds resort. Golf cart lots of fun. Bed in condo very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. This is the only thing that would keep us from renting this condo in the future.
