It had wheelchair access shower and tub. Loved that you didn’t have to wait in elevators if needed to go to the room. Would stay again in this rental.

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo with easy access. It’s literally 50 steps away from the upper deck of the parking garage. No need to wait for the elevator to go to the pool, beach, golf cart or your car because this unit is on the ground floor. Condo is very clean and has everything that you will need for your stay. The bed is comfortable with good linens and pillows. The only drawback to the condo is the fact that the view of the gulf is obstructed by the palm trees. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit because it’s awesome!!!!

The golf cart provides easy access to all of the amenities offered by the sandestin resort. Easy furniture and comfortable bedding. Clean and well maintained unit. Excellent customer service from the staff at MVH. Would recommend this unit to everyone. Resort provides excellent shopping, restaurants and activities.

Perfect location

This Westwinds unit is such a great location! 1st floor, 1st unit when you enter the building with gulf view and near pool and walkability directly to the beach. The unit is clean and has everything you need. We are current homeowners in Sandestin already bayside and booked this unit for our family as a landing pad beachside. It worked out perfectly. Outdoor porch overlooks gulf and cute landscaped and waterfall grounds. Thank you for making our Labor Day extra fun! **only request is provide a blanket as well as sheet and pillow for pullout couch.

Nice rental

The unit was immaculate and ground floor access to pools and beach in a gated community. This is really about as good as it gets for a nice, relaxing beach getaway.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed this property. The property was very close to the pool and beach access area. Also, very close to local restaurants and outlet shopping malls.Instructions sent with access codes were very specific. Just read these, and everything is explained to you. We would stay here again.

Sandestin property

The grounds of the hotel complex were very nice and well kept. Entrance to the condo was easy. Customer service were polite and had maintenance address the air conditioning issue in the unit when we arrived. It was nice to have access to laundry inside the condo. The unit itself needs updated and could have been cleaned better. I dropped some detergent on the floor and when wiping it up, the paper towel was dirtier than it should have been. Although there was a handicap accessible shower, it would have been very difficult for a handicap person to maneuver around the furniture.

The location of this property is excellent. We were unhappy that the chairs and umbrella were all broken and it took me 3 calls to the management company to get replacements.

clothes dryer did not work during our stay

Perfect other than the clothes dryer wasn't working. Property manager promptly sent repairman but he was unable to fix it due to needing to order a part. Property manager was non responsive to update the status after repeated texts. A simple offer of another option to dry our clothes would have been helpful.

The property was beautiful, loved that everything was within a 5-10 min drive.

A little disappointed and an inconvenience that the dryer didn’t work. We only took so many clothes because it said the unit had a washer/dryer I called to let them know someone can but was unable to fix it so we had to find a laundry mat which was a big inconvenience. Other than that we had a great stay.
