Emme salli minkäänlaista puoluetta tässä talossa. Olemme erittäin tiukkoja melun kanssa. Vakuusmaksu ei palautu, jos meluohjetta rikotaan. Sopimus on yksi varoitus melusta, toinen rikkominen johtaa siihen, että mökki poistetaan.
Ei ole tupakointia tässä kiinteistössä tai siellä.

1. Maakohtaisia sä��ntöjä: Häät eivät ole sallittuja minkäänlaista tai kokoa, omaisuutta tai taloa. Sinut suljetaan välittömästi ja menetät vakuusmaksun, ja siihen sovelletaan enemmän sakkoja.
2. Sinulla on vain 14 henkilöä milloin tahansa talossa. Tähän kuuluvat kaikki mahdolliset illalliset tai kokoukset.

5. Vakuusmaksua ei palauteta, jos meluohjetta rikotaan. Sopimus on yksi varoitus melusta, toinen rikkominen johtaa siihen, että mökki poistetaan.

Alakerrassa on perhehuone, jossa on iso tv ja blu-ray-DVD-soitin, upea biljardipöytä, kuiva sauna, suuri sisäpysäköinti ja sisäänrakennettu baari, joka ei ole mikään muu! Makuuhuoneessa on seinään asennetut televisiot ja kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta sekä televisiot yläkerran olohuoneessa ja keittiö / ruokailutila. Makuuhuone ja yläkerran olohuone on varustettu myös blu-ray-DVD-soittimilla. Kauniisti sisustettu mukavilla patjoilla kaikissa viidessä makuuhuoneessa. 3 takkaa (kaasu, sähkö ja puu). On 2 kannet nauttia, BBQ pohjakerroksessa. Olet muutaman minuutin päässä kasinoalueelta ja Heavenly Ski Resortin laskettelurinteiltä. Retkeilyreitit naapurustossa ... monia polkuja metsä ja Cave Rock. Käy Amerikan suurimmalla alppitalolla ja tutustu Tahoe-järven safiiri-sinisiin vesiin.

The hot water would get cooler several times. And someone came to look at the heater. But it still it later. But everyone was quick to respond.

Excellent for Family Reunion/ Retreat

We had the most amazing time at this property. It was our first time booking a rental and World Class Property management made it extremely easy and a pleasant experience. -The property is large and beautiful -There is all you would need and more for cooking and baking. - It was sparkling clean - the bottom floor is like a game room equipped with poker table, pool table, sauna, Jacuzzi, bar, living room space, and deck super fun. -We did not have any issues with having our requests met. -Jeren and Stuart were extremely responsive. kind, and respectful. ****We were extremely please and will definitely consider coming again. We recommend this property for large groups, you will not regret it!

Spacious but...

The house was spacious which is what we wanted. There was plenty of living area for entertainment. However, the pictures were much nicer than the actual property. We were fooled. The house was not well taken care of. It is outdated and old. The beds need replacing and were uncomfortable. The towels were badly stained and were nasty. If you stay here, bring your own sheets and towels.

Not that great

The property is in an excellent location and very close to the beach but that’s about it. From the day we arrived our WiFi was touch and go. It was really bad and some of us were supposed to work from home and weren’t able to. Then we all took cold showers. The following day the water shut off at the house which delayed our boat reservation. Then property management company promptly responded and turned it back on. The following day on check out it turned off again and delayed our check out. All of these things just dampened our experience we got a discount on the puppetry but I think our whole stay should have been refunded after 2 days of waking up with no water. Also the property felt dusty overall and needed a nice deep clean

Dirty and Dusty

The house was dirty. The kitchen sink was dirty, coffee pot was dirty, outside of kitchen garbage can was filthy. There was a pan in the cupboard that still had food stuck to it. No kitchen towels, had to use bathroom towels which left us short in bathrooms. The whole place was dusty and just not clean. Someone needs to check up on the cleaning crew cause it was not good.

Great Place to stay! Lots of room

There was 6 of us and the house was more than big enough for us.The house comes equipped with everything you need. There is enough silverware, plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc to start a restaurant!The house was clean, with plenty of towels to go around. I noticed others commenting on the 10AM check-out. We were able to get a noon check out since no one was checking in the same day. We had no issue getting UBER rides to the casinos that are only about 10 minutes away.My only constructive comment is that there was a huge amount of pollen on the decks and outside furniture. (Obviously not the managers fault) I would suggest that in the early summer months, the cleaning crew wash down the patio area before guests check in.Bottom Line: I was very happy with the rental and would stay here again.

Old House with Nice upgrades

It took over two months to get my deposit back which was sent to Karen, the property manager, in January 2012 for my stay in July. I sent numerous emails asking where my deposit was and finally got a nasty email back from the property manager's husband after I filed a complaint with VRBO and BBB. The situation with the deposit could have been easily avoided with a simple email response to one of my emails. This is older home which was advertised as handicapped accessible, it is NOT. Beds were good, nice kitchen(s), stove and big house with lots of room. But old bedroom and bathroom doors stick and need to be realigned. Shower doors don't shut tight and leak. Exhaust fan in hot tub room is very noisy, especially at night. Policy requires it be left on 24 hrs per day. Several sinks run very slow and need attention. House gets very hot in afternoon, 85 degrees, due to large glass windows. We tried windows open and closed but had no effect. You can hear noise from highway 50 below. This house is listed on other vacation websites, who state they are the property manager(s).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful place to make memories. We had a total of eleven people, two families and 7 children. The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The beds also had sensor hearing pads on them which was very nice. I’ve never been so warm in the snow. The house maintained a very comfortable temperature through your stay despite non of the fireplaces functioning. We stayed in February and the huge windows were absolutely stunning to watch the snowfall. Also the house is 2 steps from a small national forest that provided the best place to sled and play in the snow. It was so convenient to walk outside and play, especially with kids. That would be my main highlight! So much fun. The hot tub was fully functional and got nice and hot. The sauna as well. The lights on the hot tub were not functioning one hundred percent of the time. They were very outdated. The house itself was big, offered plenty of entertainment. We never had to leave. The children all had something to do at all times.You might want to bring your own spray to clean the counters throughout the stay, we did as children get messy sometimes. There were sleds in the garage which was nice although we brought our own.I already messaged the owner but the upstairs dishwasher or double ovens didn’t work throughout the entire stay which was very inconvenient moving things out of the oven upstairs for cooking and having to wash many dishes instead of utilizing the dishwasher. You can tell this house is highly used and lakes some integrity but other than that I wouldn’t mind staying again. Add to your winter wishlist for large groups.

A Lovely House with "Room to Roam!"

We are 8 women who have spent a weekend a year away together for the past 34 years. COVID shut down our annual trips together for the past 6 years. This was our reunion trip. I want to begin this review about our host/property manager, Dylan! He was "OUTSTANDING!" Our first night, we contacted him with so many questions about the house. Dylan responded to every single question within minutes. He was also quick to respond to our concerns re: the gas fireplace not working. He came out to fix it within "OUR" time frame. He is a gem and World Class Property Mgmt is LUCKY to have him on board! Re: the house, cleanliness was near perfect.That said, some of the towels had a few stains. The kitchen towels were a bit worn but clean. A few (very few) dishes needed a bit rewashing. Otherwise, the house was "super clean". The check in instructions were great, but I suggest to World Class a 48 hour notice. My travel time to get there began before the 24 hour email arrived. My only other concern is that I did not receive the "check out" instructions 24 hours before. They came in 12 hours before. Us ladies always like to get everything done that we can get done the night before check out. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay! We remained at this beautiful house for the "ENTIRE" stay (mostly outside on the top deck). We only left the house once to go out to dinner Friday. Simply said, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house to anyone heading to Tahoe!

Would Not Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While there were some positives to the home, overall our family was disappointed in what we experienced during our stay.The pros were that the main living room was spacious, the views were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable.The cons were the mold, mildew, smoke, and sewer smell that overtook the entire home. The house was not very clean upon arrival, thick dust covering several surfaces. The kitchen was lacking basic necessities that required us to make multiple trips to the store to cook and clean up. The heating and AC was lacking which during the day had us over heating and at night we were cold. The main issue came half way during our stay there was a sewage backup downstairs which came up through the shower while a guest was using it. We then noticed all the showers started backing up and not draining. After reporting the issue management sent a plumbing team out and they told us the downstairs was unusable and to not run any water downstairs. This meant not having access to the bathroom or hot tub. Overall the home is outdated and has several issues that should be attended to before this home is livable. Managements reply to our concerns was to offer us a free nights stay for a future booking but we do not see ourselves doing that. It's unprofessional to not reimburse part of our payment due to these issues.It's important to note half our family became very ill on this trip during and post. We are concerned there are greater issues going on beyond what we could see.While we made the most of it, overall we would not recommend a stay at this property.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room to accommodate our extended family. The living room was a bit warm in the afternoons, but with the windows open, there was generally a nice breeze. The mattresses need to be updated and the jacuzzi did not work. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area and plenty of room to all eat together. Parking was great too and the location was very convenient.

A Mixed Bag

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location if you’re looking to be out of the hustle bustle yet still close to Stateline. The house is amazing as far as accommodating large families, and has so much to offer on the lower level. Full kitchen, TV/family room, full bar area/ poker table, pool table, indoor spa, sauna and shower. However, the entire downstairs has a very musty/moldy odor, that hits you like a ton of bricks when you enter through the garage (the easiest access to the home). Upstairs has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows (with shades that do not block the sun or heat), connected to a dining room with a greenhouse type glass ceiling and walls. It was in the 80’s the week we were there and the heat made the 2 rooms unbearable/ unusable even with the 3 fans they provide going full blast. Everyone’s main complaint was the poor condition of the furniture (chairs with loose back and broken arms, torn upholstery) and the beds. I did mention to the property manager after the stay that the sheets were ill-fitting, yellowed and stained, and that the beds were very broken down. He said he would look into it. Most beds had some type of topper on them to disguise the saggy mattresses but they too were old and bunched up. Reviews from several years ago made the same complaints but the more recent reviews were pretty good so I booked this home, thinking that they had addressed to bed issues. This is a nice house but it definitely needs some TLC.

Beautiful Home!

Great location and that’s about it

The house was dirty. You can tell it hadn’t been dusted in an a very long time. The downstairs bathroom floor had dirt and hair in the corners, kitchen was full of finger prints and crumbs on the counter. Carpets were also full of crumbs not vacuumed. The house needs some attention. Carpets and furniture is stained, walls are scuffed, and the water pipes make a. Wet loud banging noise everytime a toilet flushed. When I say loud, I mean it wakes you up. Wi-Fi didn’t work downstairs at all. We tried to contact the property manager but received no response yet. The checkout instructions weren’t sent to us until 10:30 pm the night before. With the bad internet, we didn’t get them until after we left. Overall, this property is poor. I know they make enough money off of it that some of these issues could be taken care of if someone would simply pay attention to them. I’m seeing a review from four months ago with the same complaint on cleanliness but apparently management doesn’t care to improve.

Breathe Taking Views

Our family ages 60 all the way down to 6 enjoyed every aspect of this home. Our family of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids loved playing pool and hanging in the hot tub! Kitchen is fully stocked, we had a full Christmas dinner! The views are absolutely amazing and so close to Tahoe! We will definitely be booking next year!!
