Tämä kolmas kerros 1 makuuhuone 1 1/2 kylpyhuone osakehuoneisto sijaitsee Persianlahden puolella meidän omaisuutta. Avuksesi on tilava hissi. Keskeisen sijaintinsa ansiosta se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä valkoisesta hiekkarannastamme, tenniskentistä, uima-altaasta ja hiiligrillijöistä. Sarasotan läänin palokoodin noudattamiseksi meidän yhden makuuhuoneen huoneissa on korkeintaan neljä henkeä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on 32 "taulutelevisio. Olohuoneessa on 42 tuuman taulutelevisio ja täysikokoinen ulosvedettävä sohva. Kylpyhuoneessa on amme / suihku yhdistelmä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla ruoanvalmistukseen tarvittavilla tavoilla - kattilat / pannut, astiat, astiat, leivänpaahdin ja kahvinkeitin. Huoneisto on täysin kaakeloitu kaikkialle. First Resort Back in Business After Hurricanes

All the resorts on the Florida Gulf were hit hard by several storms last year with high water. The ground floor of this resort was flooded with three feet of water. Those units are stripped to the studs up to four feet. They are working hard to get them refurbished. That said, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature, and the resort has its own section of Siesta Beach. We had a lovely stay (on the third floor!)

We loved our stay in Unit 147! The condo unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and adequately furnished with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool! The grounds and beach were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

Amazing location

Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy and convenient. The location was wonderful. Security and maintenance on staff were very helpful when office was closed. Property was clean and comforting.

Perfect beach getaway

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

One thing that I wish we had known is that the elevators were out. I would have requested a change if another unit was available. Stairs are can be challenging for me and we were on the 3rd floor. BUT that was the ONLY concern. We love SK and Palm Bay and hope to return in the future!

Everything was very clean & comfortable. More spacious than expected so even though only 1 bedroom we had plenty of room for 2 teens to keep their things and spread out. The beach staff was great and would bring chairs out for us. Security (Charlie?) was very helpful when we lost set of car keys! Much appreciated!

Peaceful Stay

This unit and property were beautiful, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed this location and the beautiful sunset on the beach. Our only complaint was that the tub would not drain one night. No problem on any other day.
