Tämä toinen kerros 1 makuuhuone 1 1/2 kylpyhuone osakehuoneisto sijaitsee Persianlahden puolella meidän omaisuutta. Keskeisen sijaintinsa ansiosta se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä valkoisesta hiekkarannastamme, tenniskentistä, uima-altaasta ja hiiligrillijöistä. Sarasotan läänin palokoodin noudattamiseksi meidän yhden makuuhuoneen huoneissa on korkeintaan neljä henkeä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on 32 "taulutelevisio. On myös queen vuodesohva olohuoneessa sisäänrakennettu sähköinen puhallettava patja, joka on myös varustettu 42 "taulutelevisio. Kylpyhuone on äskettäin uusittu graniitti työtasolla ja suihkukaappi. Kaunis tilava keittiö on graniitti työtasot ja runsaasti kaappeja. Se on täysin varustettu kaikilla ruoanvalmistukseen tarvittavilla tavoilla - kattilat, astiat, astiat, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin ja Keurig-kahvinkeitin. Koko yksikössä on kaunis laatta. Nice 1 bedroom. Short walk to the beach.

Pool area and condo were clean. Pickle ball courts were a plus. Security guys were friendly. No cable, as listed. The cable cord did not reach the tv. Patio door lock was broken. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic choice!

Had an excellent stay at this location. The trolly offers a hands-off option to get into town, the beach was prestine, the unit was clean, and the amenities (pool/gym) were great. The only reason we didnt give it 5 stars was due to the window being stuck open in the bedroom, and the absense of a few kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, and wine openers. Overall, a great place to stay at!

We’ve been vacationing at SK for many years and although this year’s trip was 1 week after the reopening after 2 back-to-back hurricanes, it did not disappoint! The staff at Palm Bay obviously had worked very hard to get the property cleaned & repaired and the beach was just as fun & beautiful as always. Unit 172 Is our favorite. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

A great beach side getaway

Loved the spaciousness interior. Bed was very comfortable which is often not the case in rentals/hotels in my experience. Especially liked the screened in porch. Had breakfast each morning with the company of the birds outside and left the patio door open most of the time for the fresh breeze to come though. Will stay again if I have the chance!

Palm Bay Club condo rental

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club and the unit was very clean and nice. The TV was not user-friendly but we made do.The only problem was the elevator not working when we were leaving so we had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs.

Outstanding Condo!

I loved this condo and would stay here again. The condo had everything I needed and the location on Siesta Key beach was spectacular! The check- in and check-out process went very smooth. While the condo was generally very clean, some extra attention should be paid to dusting. Places like the top of the headboard and lamp bases had not been dusted in sometime.

Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!
