Great Stay for the 3 of us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to town to visit family who live in the area and stay at Palm Bay. The unit was perfect for our needs but please for the love of god get rid of the verticle blinds! Some are broken and we had to close and open by had daily. Beach access was great and having chairs we didn't have to pay for was a bonus too! We did tip the chair guy daily since he helped us get set up.

Kitchen was Very well stocked with any kind of dish, pan, tool you would need. We didn't have a view, but still used the screen porch a little. Because there was red tide the beach was not ideal, so the location was also good for walking to the bay side pool.

Bedspread and pillow shams were not clean. Please wash them after each guest or better yet use white duvet covers like all the nice hotels. Pans and skillets were in bad condition. Please replace.

The unit was very clean and the resort is very nice. Two suggestions: Clearer instructions on the QR laundry machines (we drove our dirty clothes back to Michigan) and several of the electrical outlets are very loose and hard to keep things plugged into them. We had a very pleasant stay and so pleased we found you on line :)

There were 3-4” dust balls under the bed, there was a 1.5” chunk of MOLD in the coffee pot tray. That was disgusting.2. The refrigerator was very noisy, sounds like it’s getting ready to break down.3. Sheets, towels, etc. were good. Floor plan was great, but wished we had 2 full baths.Beach chair service was excellent!Furniture was nice and clean.We had a great time there, other than the cleaning ...we never received any bracelets, but by the time we were stopped by security and we found out, we only had 2 days left.

Nice Place to Stay

The property is well kept, the staff polite and accommodating. The unit was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with a bathroom tap that was fixed within an hour of our request. Enjoy the easy access to the beautiful beach and having a large amount of beach recliners to make use of. Also enjoyed the pool. My husband played tennis pretty much every day and courts are available on a sign up basis. Look forward to coming again! If you want to go to a nice place for dinner on the Key, try Summer House Steak and Seafood!
