Kaunis uusi ylellinen rantahotelli lähellä Punta Suria. 5 makuuhuonetta, lämmitetty uima-allas porealtaalla, gourmet-keittiö kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Pohjakerros on 100% vammainen. Rullaa suihkussa ja kylpyhuoneissa. Avoin pohjapiirros, jossa 20'-ovet avautuvat lämmitettyyn uima-altaaseen, jossa on lepäävä hylly, jakkarat äärettömyyden reunaa pitkin - jokainen jakkara on eri korkeus - valitse suosikkisi! Yli kokoinen kylpytynnyri! Runsaasti istuimia sisä- ja ulkotiloissa. Sisä- / ulkotiloissa katovat ovet, jotka kutsuvat ulkoa sisään. Gourmet-keittiö kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Beautiful, clean and comfortable!

The owner was very responsive in helping with trip planning and provided very helpful information prior to our arrival. Everything was as promised from the daily housekeeping, the chef, the onsite massages and the English speaking taxi driver who was easy to reach and responsive whenever we wanted to go anywhere. We were walking distance to local eats, as well. This place is spectacular and you will not be dissappointed!

Amazing home, location & staff

There were a group of 9 of us, ranging in age from 28 to 61. All of us were floored by how gorgeous the house and pool were and how fantastic all of the staff are. Maggie, the owner, was so helpful and communicative and the concierge, housekeepers, maintenance staff and especially Javi and his staff are just jaw-droppingly wonderful. The house is designed so thoughtfully for everything you could think of for vacation (foot showers in the showers for sand, outdoor speaker, overall design). I look forward to returning someday!

Hamaca Turquesa is a wonderful property

This property is beautiful, with ocean views and an awesome pool and jacuzzi. The private bedrooms and baths are spacious and the common areas upstairs and downstairs have room for everyone to congregate. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has all that is needed to cook and serve meals, the t.v. area includes a large supply of games, a game table and very comfortable recliner/couches. The decor in the house is beautiful. Our group had a great time and we would highly recommend this property. The owner, Maggie was extremely helpful in promptly answering all our questions about the property in advance of our stay as well as helping us with lining up a company for golf cart rental and chef services. She also provided a wealth of written information for all types of things to do and see on the island. She really cared that we were setup with all we needed and were prepared for our stay.

Relaxing Retreat

We went on a sisters vacation for one week. We wanted something on the ocean with a pool that was relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable. Boy, did we find the right home and location! The home was perfect for the 6 of us, everyone had their own room with bathrooms (one of the rooms shared). The pool was the star of the home, overlooking the ocean and the ruins on the property. This we enjoyed every day, even when the weather wasn't perfect. Located on the south side of the island was the perfect spot to be at. Great places to visit including Punta Sur which you can walk to from the house, great places to eat (also walkable) including The Joint, Ulan Eatery (best margarita) , Rancho Capricho (best tacos)..easy to order in when you don't want to go anywhere (Mr. Mikes Pizza..delicious). We rented golf carts for the week so we could explore up North and the rest of the island. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with hints and tips and the concierge and house manager were responsive on any issues and questions we had. Communication was excellent! Super friendly and spot on! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely return again! Some of the other folks that stayed spoke about bringing their own families back down to stay. This is truly a wonderful home and the views (ocean, sunrises, iguanas, birds) were magical. Run, don't walk to book a stay at Hamaca Turqueso. You will NOT be disappointed!

Exactly as Advertised!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The communication with the owner was amazing. This was our first trip to Isla Mujeres, and Maggie provided us with all of the information we needed to navigate the travel and feel right at home. I’ve been blessed with getting to travel and stay at some beautiful places, so I’m pretty picky. This house ranks up there with the very best. The outdoor area is fantastic with tons of room for large groups of people. We had a group of 10, and I never felt cramped inside or outside the house.

Family holiday week

We enjoyed our stay at Hamaca Turquesa. We had a chef cook for us for 5 meals and groceries delivered. The house was comfortable with lots to do, even with the rain. There is a cute coffee shop a short walk away with great WI-FI too!

Incredible property! Well appointed and good attention to detail. Everything we needed. Awesome location. The 4 master suites were perfect for 4 couples. Infinity pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Fantastic house!

Group of 10 stayed here and it was fantastic! Had snacks upon arrival and manager and owner were very attentive! House is beautiful, pool is perfect! Only thing I would not recommend is the company they recommend for golf cart rentals - horrible experience with the company of golf carts however manager and owner of house was made aware of the situation and they handled it. Great communication! Thank you for allowing all of us to enjoy your beautiful home!!!

Absolutely beautiful!

I rented Casa Hamaca Turquesa for my 60th. I could not have asked for a more perfect setting! Gorgeous home, awesome pool and hot tub, breathtaking views (be sure and get outside for the sunrise), access to the walking trail, close to Punta Sur, great staff, and Maggie was super helpful to work with. I looked at 3 other homes, but they just didn't grab me. I did one more search and Hamaca Turquesa popped up. I said, "That's the one"! It had everything I was looking for. Four of the 5 bedrooms have full ocean front views! Maggie and Chris have thought of every last detail. You will not be disappointed. Susan. Texas

Perfect Ocean Home

This property was even nicer than the photos. We travel about once a month and this was the nicest home we have ever rented. We had couples and had plenty of privacy. Highly recommend this home.

New favorite!

WOW! This was our first time bringing a large group to isla and Casa Hamaca Turquesa was the perfect fit for 5 couples, fully stocked and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and 4 out of 5 are king suites. The kitchen has everything you could need and the service is amazing. The chef service is also awesome, especially breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Never wanted to leave!

We absolutely loved Hamaca Turquesa!! Everything was perfect! The view was amazing! We had dinnertainment bring in snacks & margaritas, omelette station for breakfast & dinner with Javi singing and playing his guitar!! Absolutely the highlight of the trip! Slice of paradise

We are a group of friends who get together once a year and have stayed in many different resorts/houses. We all agreed that Hamaca Turquesa is hands down one of our favorites. As the person who plans the get together, working with Maggie and team could not have been easier. They have thought of everything so once you arrive on the island all you need to do is put on your swimsuit and enjoy the beautiful pool. We had David collect us at the airport and he could not have been more helpful. We had groups in different terminals with flight delays and he patiently waited for the whole group to transfer us to the ferry. The check in process was seem less. We used dinnertainment for 3 meals and I would highly recommend using Javi and the team. The food is delicious and the team provides great service. Julz helped arrange private snorkeling and sunset sailing excursion which we all enjoyed. We selected this house because of the pool/outdoor space and it is even better in person. As great as the outdoor space is, the inside is equally as nice. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Thank you again to Maggie and team! We can’t wait to come back.

Five stars!

The property is beautiful, has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location. Seven college friends came to celebrate a milestone birthday. There was plenty of space and the office with printer was a bonus! We did walks and runs along the ocean trail, toured the Mayan ruins, rented golf carts to drive us around the island and spent hours in the magnificent pool and hot tub. The concierge, Alex, was easily reachable and Alain, the house manager, was awesome. He answered all our questions, helped us with some kitchen questions and even checked on some food delivery that was delayed. We had a delicious breakfast at Cafe Mango, fabulous Greek dinner at Olivia’s, drinks at the The Joint and on the north side beach. There is an abundance of beach and bath towels, pool toys, speakers, games, and places to find some quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough. Christmas Trip

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Casa Hamaca Turquesa. When we arrived at the house, we were met with a delicious and welcomed surprise! The house is absolutely beautiful as is the yard, the pool, and the hot tub. The 4 master bedrooms (and bathrooms) were spacious and comfortable. If you have never traveled to Isla Mujeres, there is no need to worry. Maggie, our host, sent us detailed information on everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We highly recommend using the in-house chef. His food was wonderful, and he also entertained us with his guitar.

Spacious Ocean Front Property!

My family and I, a group of 7 plus our little dog Sparky stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house was very spacious and accommodated our group very well. We were concerned the house was going to be too small, but it was not! Everyone had their own large bedroom with large comfy king size bed and attached bathroom (with double sinks) for maximum space and privacy! We loved the open layout of the house, and enjoyed game nights in the living room! The house was VERY well equipped, plenty of towels, hair dryers, mirrors,toilet paper, hangers, safes, utensils, coffee, pool rafts, games, etc. We also liked that the upstairs had a private little office room with desk, we were able to get some work done remotely! The views from all the balconies and pool area were stunning and waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. Nothing beats that. This house was homey and sheer perfection! The owners did a exceptional job to the attention to detail from the layout of the house to all the little touches to make their guests feel comfortable and at home. We also frequented the trail behind the house for relaxing scenic morning walks with our dog Sparky and iguana spotting. The location of the house is also great, within walking distance to Punta Sur and only a quick 10-15 minute golf cart ride to the beaches and restaurants. Close enough to all the attractions, but far enough way from all the loud hustle and bustle. Last, but not least management was also very helpful and responsive. Everyone was very kind and informative of the house and travel process. We highly recommend this home away from home oasis!

Amazing views

This home is beautiful, you won't want to leave the backyard with an amazing pool and views. The 4 king size beds are nice for groups with couples. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing stay

This was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy time together. The set up was terrific - everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. But we spent most of the time outside enjoying the pool and stunning views. We highly recommend this home and location.

Beyond expectations

Maggie is super helpful and super responsive! This property is the most stocked we’ve ever stayed at and every detail is thought out . The decor is beautiful and has everything needed to make for a wonderful and comfortable stay .

A little slice of heaven with white glove service

From the moment we booked our dates Maggie was the most amazing host I have ever come across. She made sure every part of the trip from getting from the airport to the ferry and the ferry to the house a seamless process. Total white glove service. Moreover she sent an abundance of information for our stay on the island from the best places to eat, renting golf carts, the island history, things to do, how to get Covid-19 tests (yes a unfortunate part of our lives) and much much more. The home is just a little slice of heaven. It’s like you have mini resort all to yourself. Maggie must be in the hospitality business cause she thought every little detail when building this amazing home. Woke up every morning to the waves crashing on shore with a coffee in hand and just gazing out into the ocean watching the sunrise. The staff she has on hand is second to none. JJ the house manager is there to ensure your every need is met and that your stay is without any complaints. We had to call JJ a few times and he was Johnny on the spot to get us the help we needed. We made some lasting memories at Hamaca Turquesa and can’t wait to get back in a few years to this little slice of heaven.

We have lived in Houston most of our adult lives and have always loved the water. The turquoise blue of the Caribbean is so peaceful and relaxing. The minute you get on the ferry for the short 20 minute or so ride to Isla, you can feel your cares and worries melting away. By the time you hit the Island, the saying "changes in latitude, changes in attitude" never made more sense!! Whether you are from a hustling and bustling large city or a small town in the middle of nowhere, you can feel the "magic of Isla" and will want to never leave!
