Tervetuloa Wave a Wandiin, upouusi moderni, tyylikäs yhden makuuhuoneen mökki Savannah Streetin ensimmäiseen kortteliin. Wave Wand on kaksi kertaa suurempi kuin useimmat mökit Seasidessa.

Wave Wandissa on nimetty yksityinen pysäköintipaikka, polkupyöräteline ja puinen kansi, joka kulkee rivin kukkivat atsaleat viehättävään kalustettuun eteiseen. Kun olet tullut sisään, huomaa tyylikäs viihtyisä olohuone, jossa on ylelliset kalusteet ja suuri näyttöasennus, jossa on TiVo-ominaisuus. Avoin olohuone on täysin nykyaikainen keittiö, jossa on keski-saari ja baari. Keittiön vieressä on ruokailutila, jota ympäröivät ikkunat ja jotka mahdollistavat luonnonvalon virran.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös erillinen ruokakomero, mittatilaustyönä valmistetut keittiönkaapit, räätälöityjä sisätiloja ja puolet kylpyamme vieraille. Toisessa kerroksessa on kuningatar makuuhuone, jossa on pariovet parvekkeelle ja oma yksityinen ylellinen master-kylpyamme. Upea kylpyhuoneessa on suljettu lasisuihku, marmoriseinät, ikkunat luonnonvalolla ja sadesuihku. Queen-parvekkeelta on näkymä puiden katolle ja se on täydellinen paikka aamukahvia tai paikkoja paeta iltapäivällä.

Pois eteinen kuisti on yksityinen uloskäynti hiekkarannalle, joka johtaa rannalle. Nykyaikaisesta rakentamisesta, tilavasta muotoilusta ja ylellisistä kalusteista Wave Wand on todella maaginen pakopaikka kahdelle. * Ei lapsia.

This place is perfect in every way. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. Lovely neighborhood and a great place to walk or ride bikes. The stay is just as good as shown in the pictures if not, better. Beautiful and clean inside with a lovely welcome package waiting for us.

I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.

The inside was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer plus it has a full size refrigerator. It had two small outdoor areas and was very close to the beach. The only problem we had was the WI-FI connection was poor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest cottage is newer construction and a large space. It was accommodating yet could be improved. For it to have a full kitchen the supply of kitchen tools was inadequate and the blender sub par. The bedroom linens were not the quality I would expect, maybe they were minimized due to covid precautions, but I have slept on better linens in a hospital. One of the things we look for when selecting a cottage is for amenities like a washer/dryer. The dryer stopped working on our 2nd day, the maintenance/repair folks continued to disturb our stay even after we asked to just be left alone. Homeowner's Collection did make arrangements for us to dry the wet clothes at another cottage, which was an okay solution. For it to be newer construction there could have been more thoughtful design and things like USB receptacles would have been a nice addition, along with some patio furniture on the upstairs patio.

But a cockroach encounter the first night was disturbing. We thought it was a onetime occurrence, but the next morning another appeared in a different location. And so it continued. They were both the small and large types and made their appearance upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully, it has been remedied as we had several discussions with the management company who seemed to think it was not a big deal. But, as beautiful as it is, we would not return.

We’ve rented other homes before and this one definitely provided the majority of what creates the comfort of home away from home. We stay in quite a bit for meals at the beach (don’t want to miss a minute of that gorgeous sand and ocean) and loved the kitchen and storage in the pantry. It has been our favorite rental so far! The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and we’d like to make sure it is before booking again. A washer/dryer while at the beach is a must for me.

Perfect couple's retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave A Wand is the cutest and overall nicest one bedroom cottage that we have stayed in! And we have stayed in several in Seaside. It was very clean and comfortable. In a great location. The management company responded quickly to any requests. You can't beat being at Great Southern for happy hour or dinner in minutes and having the Modica Market a few minutes away! This was our second stay in this cottage and we will certainly be back!
