Olet täysin kotona tällä rauhallisella alueella, lähellä Baytownen toimintaa, mutta silti vastapäätä kadua vastapäätä upeaa, yksityistä Sandestinin rantaa. Ympäröi itsesi ylellisyydellä travertiinilaattalattialla, korkeilla kattoilla, kruunupäällysteillä ja graniittisillä.
Paljon tilaa koko perheellesi, 3 makuuhuonetta, ulosvedettävä sohva ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Nukkuu mukavasti 8 (korkeintaan 6 aikuista). Nauti hienosti varustetuista ruokailuvälineistä ruostumattomasta teräksestä ja erillisestä ruokailutilasta. Yhdessä ruokapöytä ja aamiaisbaari mahtuu 9. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode kaikilla uusilla lakanoilla ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhuus, iso kylpyamme ja erillinen iso suihku. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar ja täysi sänky uusilla lakanoilla.
Rentoudu suojatulla takakuistilla, joka tukee palkittua Baytowne-golfkenttää. Magnolia Bay Ln / Turnberry -alue tarjoaa yksityisen uima-altaan ja kylpyhuonekaabanan askeleen päässä etuovesta.
Olohuone ja jokainen makuuhuone on varustettu omalla HD-TV: llä. Sinun ei tarvitse pakata liikaa vaatteita - sinulla on oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu! Aivan uusia pyyhkeitä ja liinavaatteita tarjotaan. Jos päätät olla nauttimasta alueen uskomattomista ravintoloista ja haluat rentouttavan illan syödä, keittiö on täysin varustettu tarvikkeilla. Sisältää kahvinkeittimen, Keurigin, leivänpaahdin, kattilat ja pannut, astioita ja kaikki tarvittavat ruokia loman aikana. Siellä on myös astianpesukone, joten lomallasi ei ole käsinpesua!
Sinun ei tarvitse ajaa tai löytää pysäköintialuetta - Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretken tiellä löydät aina jännittävän Baytowne-laiturin, joka on täynnä kauppoja, ravintoloita, musiikkia, viihdettä ja paljon muuta! Hauskaa kaiken ikäisille! Hieman kauempana tieltä löydät Sandestinin Grand Boulevardin, jossa on enemmän ravintoloita, kauppoja, putiikkeja ja ruokakauppa. On jopa Grand Boulevard -viljelijämarkkinat joka lauantai klo 9–13. Olet niin lähellä kaikkea!

Best Place to Stay!

As we first entered the residence, my first impression was that the place was extremely clean. Everything was great from the kitchen to the comfort of the beds. Awesome location, close to everything and the beat part was the access to the 6 person golf cart. There wasnt a bad thing that i can say. Thank you so much

Awesome stay for our family of 5!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough room. We used the kitchen to make whatever meals we didn't want to eat out for and we had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves! We loved the golf cart and it got us around the resort everywhere we needed - grocery store, pools, beach, Baytowne Wharf and many different dining options. We also enjoyed being close to the tennis and pickle ball center and utilized that during our stay. The neighborhood the property is located in was very nice and the neighbors we talked to were very friendly. If there was one thing about the listing that didn't hold true as advertised is there wasn't a hot tub nearby. The pool was very warm but it wasn't a hot tub like we were hoping! Thanks Michelle and if we ever visit the area again we will be back!

Beautiful property near the Wharf of Sandestin

This place is stunning, with a pool, wharf, and marina just a short walk away, and we made the most of it. Before we made our reservation, I went through the reviews and didn't anticipate finding beach toys or much to use upon our arrival. However, the property was well-stocked with chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend taking full advantage of the complimentary facilities! We went kayaking, and I'd have done it daily if the kids had enjoyed it as much as I did. We plan to use the free bikes next time. Our only complaint was about the cleanliness. The bedrooms were covered in dust around the vents, which turned out to be the AC filter the cleaning crew had overlooked (once we informed the owner, they fixed the issue). There was sand in the drawers, so I didn't unpack all our clothes, and the house just needed a thorough dusting, which was due to the AC filter not being changed. We encountered a few minor problems, like not being able to use the patio chairs and the daily annoyance of a painting crew, but the hosts did their best to make up for these inconveniences. The fireworks at the wharf were spectacular from the patio, and the patio itself was open, not enclosed as the listing suggested. I want to make it clear that these minor issues don't detract from the beauty of the place, which is within walking distance of what appears to be the best fishing spot in the resort.

Great spot for our vacation!

We had a great experience! Check in was smooth, communication was clear, and the house was clean! My kids enjoyed riding the golf cart to the pool and beach. Highly recommend! We will be back!

A Perfect Beach Week

We found the location and the neighborhood of Magnolia Bay to be perfect for our trip. We had so much fun cruising in the golf cart to the pool or beach, dining in Baytown, and enjoying the fireworks from the screened in back porch. Michelle was so communicative leading up to our trip and quickly answered any questions we had.

Wonderful family vacation!

We appreciated the location of this beautiful home as well as the golf cart which made getting around Sandestin fun and easy. The house is comfortable, well stocked with necessities and the owner is friendly and easy contact. I researched a lot of different homes to consider for our summer getaway and I am so glad that we went with this one. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect!!

The place was very spacious and very well decored. Golf cart was very useful to do anything and everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were really nice and showed us key places to go which was such a relief and saved us the headache and loss of time trying to figure things out. Our family wants to plan on making this our go to spot every summer for yrs to come. My daughter is only one but as yrs go by she will be able to fully take part In all the activities at the wharf and the beach. Your place will always be the first one I look to for summer vacation from now on. Thank you so much for the experience.

Family vacation

The property was a close walk to baytowne wharf and the swimming pool. The golf cart made the trip to the beach an easy and fun trip. First time to stay on Sandestin property. We really enjoyed our trip hope to stay there again.

Loved It!!

My family and I were so pleased with the property that we intend to stay here again the next time we come. We enjoyed everything from the comfy beds, to the kitchen that had everything we needed. The golf cart was so very useful for getting around the property but the absolute best thing was the private Sandestin beach! Michelle the property owner was also the best she answered any and all my questions with prompt responses.

Beautiful home, plenty of room, and great location near Baytown Wharf for a family of 5

This was our first trip to Destin. I waffled back and forth on whether to stay on the beach side or the bay side. We opted for the bay side because it was near Baytown Wharf. I heard there were many fun things to do with kids at night. We loved the Magnolia Lane house. Having a golf cart is a MUST if you are staying on the Bay side . The beach is not close. So- very thankful for the golf cart provided with the home. We felt right at home. The part of the beach that you have access to -is quite busy! So be prepared for lots of people! I We went to the beach everyday. Two- minor things not in the house- but necessary. A cutting knife and a wine opener. :) Had I known, we would have packed them. But, it was not a problem to go and purchase some of our own. We utilized the kitchen and cooked several times to save a little on our spending. Other than that- this house is a perfect place for your family, and Michelle was readily available for all of my questions.

Clean, spacious, short drive from everywhere

We are so thankful we found this property. It was clean, spacious and accommodated our large group easily. We loved that it was a short drive from everywhere that we wanted to go and that the wharf is in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and riding the golf cart around the resort. We look forward to booking again next summer!
