TÀmÀ kiinteistö sijaitsee yksityisellÀ paikalla 22 hehtaarin turmeltumatonta ja koskematonta Chesapeaken rantaomistusta, joka sijaitsee Little Choptank -joella. Estate sisÀltÀÀ 5 koteja, kauniisti sisustettu meripeninkulman teemalla. Jokainen koti on kunnostettu huolellisesti ja suunnittelija on sisustettu tÀllÀ hetkellÀ vuoteen 2016 mennessÀ. Kolmella ranta-asuntojamme Charthouse, Mariner ja Spinakerilla on 5 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, uima-allas, leikkipaikka, palo kuoppaan, kajakkeja ja yksityinen laituri.
