Private Waterfront Retreat Center, New Reno on 18 Acres

Summary:
Our newly renovated 25 bedroom waterfront property is ideal for your next retreat. The house overlooks the beautiful eastern shore and includes a bar, fully-equipped kitchen, screened-in porch and private dock access. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing equipment, our ice cream shop and more! Enjoy a gorgeous sunset by the firepit overlooking the water. Quiet and remote but very close to both Easton and Saint Michaels for a perfect private retreat.

The Space:
The main lodge is located on a beautiful waterfront private retreat that shares the grounds with 3 of our other small cottages on the property. Guests have access to the swimming pool, private dock, tennis court, fishing equipment, bikes, gym, the library, fire pit and the complimentary ice cream shop on the property! You can also walk through our gardens, visit the petting zoo and art barn on the property as well. The main lodge has 25 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms. There is a pub room that includes a bar, lounge area and pool table. There is also has a large living room with a TV for guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. Aside from the living room, there are two additional den areas for guests to gather. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and tableware/cutlery for guests. The screened-in porch is perfect to watch the gorgeous sunsets and view of the bay. Please check out our map of the property in the photos section for everything we have to offer on the grounds. Our peak season is from April 1- November 31st. The main lodge is private to the group that is booking. The maximum occupancy for the main lodge is 50 and the guest count is confirmed and agreed upon booking the reservation. During the off season of December- March, the $3500/night rate only includes 10 rooms. We offer flexibility of renting a minimum of 10 rooms during the winter season instead of the full 25 rooms.

Guest Access:
The caretaker will show the guests around the grounds and how to access the amenities on the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the waterfront, tucked away for a remote and peaceful private retreat. The property is only 10-15 minutes from Easton and St. Michaels for a quick trip into town for shopping and dining. The Oxford ferry is also 10 minutes away for a fun trip across the water for more local dining and shopping in Oxford. You can also take our bikes to the ferry for a fun bike trip instead of driving! Getting Around:
Easy to get around. We have free parking on the property. It's best to have a car to get around if you are leaving the property. St. Michaels, Easton and the Oxford ferry are a short car ride away!

We have a caretaker who lives on the property and can help with whatever you need for your stay.
