Uuden omistajana olen innostunut tarjoamaan sinulle tämän kauniin huoneiston. Maulin elintason nousu. Tämä suora Oceanfront yksikkö on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät, kaudella voit nähdä valaat huoneisto. Ihanteellisella paikalla 4. kerroksessa hyödyntää kauniita auringonlaskunäkymiä ja Lanai & Molokai -saaret sekä kaupan tuulen tuulet. Sisustettu tuomaan merelle värit ja tunnelma. Äskettäin päivitetty keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Täysin varusteltu keittiö kulinaarisiin tarpeisiisi. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on Cal King -vuoteet ja oma kylpyhuone; jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa oli suihkukaappi (ei kylpyammeita). Makuuhuone on valtameren edessä. Vastaanotossa sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä kaikille vieraille on kerrottu yhden kerran 75 dollarin lomamaksu.

The place was amazing! Loved the view the accommodations the beach captain jack’s pretty much everything. I would highly recommend this condo 345! It’s beautifully decorated comfortable and my family loved it! I stayed in many VRBOs - family traveling and coaching and this was the best place I have ever stayed!

Awesome ocean views!

Someone knows how to decorate. The condominium looks recently updated with new paint and furnishings. Excellent condition. Quiet efficient air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the condominium to other’s seeking a first class experience. The new Captain Jacks restaurant on-site is a real plus for dining.

Very Nice Relaxing Time

I've stayed in many properties over the years both in Hawaii and many other foreign lands. This is truly the best! Reason being, great ocean view, large unit with nice sized bedrooms and beds. Everything you could need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen. Nice TV's in all rooms. With all that being said than their is Joseph the host who is very accommodating. Great Vacation spot!

Great condo with lots of space. Mesmerizing views, great kitchen, well stocked. Joseph is very responsive and a great host. Beach is awesome with plenty of space no matter how busy. Definitely will be back.

Fabulous condo with a beautiful view!

We spent 10 days at this fabulous condo with amazing ocean and island views! The location was a perfect home base for daily excursions and dinners out in Lagains and Kapalua. We will definitely be back for another stay hopefully during whale watching season!

Absolutely loved this place!

What a perfect place to stay with your family! My husband and I brought my mom for her 60th birthday along with our 2 kids (8 month old and 6 year old). Not only is the place huge, it has every accommodation to entertain any age. The view was so gorgeous, we saw whales three of the days and many turtles on a daily basis. Definitely plan to book again. Thank you!!

Great location and lots of space

Overall the stay was wonderful and the property lived up to the listing. We had a few hiccups that were resolved reaching out to the host. Location was really wonderful and right between some of our favorite parts in Maui. Even for being in the middle of July, the condo stayed cool and cooled off easily at night, no one complained of being too hot at all. Condo was outfitted with everything we needed to stay for 8 nights and our kids had a lot of space to play and unwind from busy days.

Perfect stay

Location of the property was perfect. My kids loved that the beach was right outside the property and that there was a heated pool and jacuzzi. The hotel had a restaurant which was easy to go get food from. Amazing ocean view from balcony and living room. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again! The property is also a short walk to many coffee shops and restaurants.

Just what we wanted

We enjoyed our stay here at the Sands of Kahana and were especially pleased with the ease of communication with our host, Joe. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable for the entire stay. This was a really nice unit at a very reasonable price. Mahalo, Joe.

outstanding property

Stunning views, great bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen. we watched a lot of whale activity from the balcony for hours everyday. Joe, the host, was very responsive when we called. the condo was super clean and easy. the beds & showers were great. ate on the property at the Beach House a few lunches & dinners, which were enjoyable. close to snorkeling at Kapalua there is also a great hike there.

Winter getaway

We rented this unit with another couple. The place was so spacious it felt like home with two full master suites. The view from the 4th floor out to the ocean was amazing. We saw many whales playing around and even a few who breached. We also saw turtles swimming around along the shoreline. The beach access was incredible and the pool was inviting. We also enjoyed The Beach House restaurant and ate breakfast, dinner and happy hour there. I would recommend this to anyone in need of space along with comfort.

Sands of Kahana

Overall the sands of Kahana is a great place right on the water. We have stayed there many times. The condos are spacious and the hosts were terrific. They brought in a new TV when the old couldn’t get Prime. The only thing we did not like was the extreme heights of the bed in the master and all tables. The view from that condo is beautiful. You can see both lanai and Maliki from the windows.

20th Anniversary Extravaganza

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at the Sands of Kahana with our friends! The whole experience was just amazing. The accommodation were wonderful. The home was cleaned, we had all we needed. The only draw back, and it was a small one, there was no AC. We knew this before hand so it wasn’t a surprise. Leaving all of the doors open made a nice cross wind, no one was ever really uncomfortable. I would definitely rent this place again!

Absolutely Beautiful View

The view of the property is unbelievable gorgeous! Host Joe responded to our message very quickly. The condo has everything we needed, but didn’t equip with AC which was not a big of deal. Property is a little out of date but it was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

High bed, pigeons

Height of master bed was unexpected. Using a foot stool to get in bed was a pain. Pigeon spikes in outside flower bed not deterring pigeons. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Would do it again if master bed is lowered.

You really need to stay here!

The unit had a beautiful view - wonderful sunsets and awesome whale watching. The management was amazing to work with. Any question we had was answered or dealt with immediately. The kiddie pool made our vacation with a one grandchild 2 1/2 years old and one 7 months old. The unit had a pack and play, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys. The beds were very comfortable and the pantry was well stocked. It was a joy to cook in this kitchen. I sincerely hope we will be back!!

Unbeatable view, perfect beach for swimming

Some of the best sleep I’ve had in years — that comfortable bed looking out to the ocean. The sound of the waves was heavenly! We’ll equipped kitchen. No AC, but the breeze that passes right the unit kept the place plenty cool at night. Unit provided towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. I liked how this building had the amenities of a hotel but the vibe of a residence. Covered parking kept the car cool. Layout was a little funny!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Joe's place is the perfect vacation getaway The unit was just as clean and beautiful as it appeared on the VRBO listing, and the breathtaking views were even more impressive in person. The beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and my family and I enjoyed hours of fun in the crystal-clear water. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids, who loved splashing around and relaxing in the warm water. And to our surprise, the unit was much bigger than we had anticipated, providing plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely come back to this rental again in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and beautiful vacation rental with stunning views and easy access to a fantastic beach.
