Nauti henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä vedestä jokaisesta huoneesta tässä kauniissa, täysin remontoidussa 4 makuuhuoneen 3. 5 kylpyhuoneessa aivan Suurella lampilla. Pääsy veneeseen ja hiekkarannalle, kävellä tai aja polkupyöriä luonnonkauniilla polulla Bristolin rannalle, minuutin päässä upeista ostosmahdollisuuksista. Tässä tilavassa talossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, laaja keittiö suurella saarella, avoinna olohuoneeseen, ruokasaliin ja aurinkohuoneeseen. Kaksi täydellistä master-sviittiä (yksi 1. kerroksessa ja 1 2. kerroksessa), toisessa kerroksessa on täysi perhehuone, jossa on kaasutakka, osittainen keittiö, iso näyttö-TV ja upea kannella korkea yläpöytä ja liukueste Adirondack-tuolit. Cape Summer Wedding/Family Vacation

Awesome Cape home conveniently located close to most everything in Falmouth, MA yet at the end of a quiet street with gorgeous views! This home comfortably accommodated six guests and had all of the amenities we needed to truly feel at home. Gracious and caring host was a pleasure to work and communicate with before and after our rental. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional Property and Owners!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Joanna, the owner was extremely helpful, kind, and very communicative. The house is even better than the pictures! Beautiful spot with so many bonus add-ons (bikes, kayaks, and a very stocked kitchen with everything you need.) We were amazed at this house and would most definitely rent again. We had 8 of us staying here (two families) and there was more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Five Star Stay on Great Pond!

This property is a delight to visit, as it has been thoughtfully renovated and maintained. Each year the owner upgrades the home and furnishings to keep it looking spectacular. The waterfront vista beckons from three nicely appointed decks. Cozy details such as pretty table settings and fun board games make it a relaxing retreat. The owner makes us feel most welcome and comfortable each time we return for a summer visit. Much appreciated! This is a 5 star experience!

Five stars for waterfront oasis!

We enjoyed magical waterviews from three decks and all living/dining/kitchen areas in this beautifully renovated home. The walking path in front of house is perfect for waterfront strolls along Great Bay. The owner of this property is so professional and responsive, and her attention to detail shows throughout the house. It is thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to relax! This was our third visit in as many years, and we will be back in 2024. Looking forward!

Waterfront living at its best!

This gem of a waterfront property is a perfect spot for relaxing. Two beautifully appointed decks provide a front-row seat to take in the beauty of the cove. The home is thoughtfully designed and the homeowner is super friendly and responsive. This is a retreat for all ages! My elderly Mom loves to watch the waterfront and appreciates the first-floor bedroom with ensuite bath. Path in front of house is great for younger visitors, who can walk along the water and head down to the beach for seaside fun. Good times!

Great Pond vacation

Property was excellent. Great location on the shores of Great Pond, easy to get downtown. The 2 master suites worked out great, and the other bedrooms made it easy to hold the whole family. The rest of the house was really nice, great views of the pond, three large decks, one covered with a retractable awning. There were 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and multiple water floats. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and just about anything you’d need. We had a great week there. The hosts was very responsive throughout the process

Absolutely Amazing!

This home was fantastic...every amenity you could imagine...wide open and plenty for space witharge bedrooms, 3 decks, 2 large living rooms and views of Great Pond that are unrivaled! Joanna was so sweet and was a great host! We will definitely be coming back!

Relaxing, week-long stay

The property was the perfect place for our vacation. The house was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had such an amazing view and the nearby lake. Joanna was also very lovely — she met us on the first day and gave us a tour of the house and would respond to our text messages punctually throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again 100%!

Best VRBO experience ever!

This beautifully renovated home was set on a salt water protected inlet, perfect for the kayaks provided. We also brought a 17’ Whaler which we launched one block from the house at the public launch. Bicycling on the area bike paths was beautifully scenic. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the features of this home including two fire pits, indoor fireplace, gas grill, bikes, kayaks, gorgeous sunrises and moonrise’s over the water. This is an idyllic piece of paradise. Oh, did I mention the homeowner was wonderful too? Joanna walked us through the home on arrival and even checked in on us by text during our stay to be sure everything was perfect! I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing modern house, with great views

We stayed here for a Covid-safe Christmas and loved everything about the property. The views were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was sparkling clean. Would highly recommend!

Falmouth waterfront living is at its best in this newly built seaside gem. The owner has thought through every detail and welcomes guests personally, much appreciated! The outdoor living spaces are spectacular, and every interior space is maximized for comfortable chic living on the Cape Cod coast. Five stars!

couldn't have been better

The location, the house itself, and the host were all spot on. The house has a wonderful layout and great views of the water from all rooms that matter - the TWO sitting areas, the THREE decks, the kitchen, and the dining area. The house was very well-appointed and impeccably clean. Joanna was wonderful to work with. This house would be great for a family (large or small) or two small families/groups traveling together. The house has two master suites. I can't recommend this house enough...

Best Friends. Best Accomodations, Best Vacation

Our group of 8, 4 couples, friends for 40+ years, vacation together for a week every summer we can. The house on Great Pond is hands down the best vacation home. The host, Joanna, was waiting for us when we arrived, gave us the tour, told us about all the amenities. And then checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The house is in pristine condition, equipped with everything you need, comfort plus from sitting to sleeping, the views of Great Pond set the tone for the day, even the foggy days and the location is convenient to stores, restaurants center of Falmouth. Than you, Joanna for creating a beautiful home for others to enjoy. We will be back!

Excellent Vacation

Best Cape Getaway!

We had a great time at Joanna’s property on the water at Great Pond! She was so nice an accommodating, which we really appreciated. The house was perfect, a great location, it was beautiful, and stocked well. Enjoyed the kitchen, fire outside in the evenings on the patio, bike rides, and the kayaking was beautiful. We couldn’t ask for anything more, we will definitely be back soon!!

Effortless Comfort

Vacation during a pandemic felt like a challenge, but Joanna's home made it a BREEZE. The property was spotless when we arrived, and Joanna was there to take us through the property and share all the details. The beach at the pond was steps away, and we felt really lucky to have (what felt like) a private beach at our fingertips. Especially with a toddler in tow, it was so nice to be able to walk him back up for a nap without disrupting everyone's beach day. There were so many details that made the stay just so effortless - shades and curtains in every bedroom (huge for nap-time and sensitive sleepers); fans in every room; a smart TV with every app imaginable, kayaks and bikes, beach chairs, great bathrooms with TONS of towels and linens, and outdoor shower with an area to change and lots of hooks for your towel/bathing suit...you can really tell that Joanna spent time thinking of what people would need to feel comfortable in her home - we totally did. At Joanna's recommendation, we woke up to watch the sunrise on our last morning. It was such a beautiful way to end a wonderful week. We will definitely be back!

Magical vacation

Just spent an absolutely awesome week at this beautiful home. The views are spectacular and the home offers every amenity you would want. A great outdoor shower with a separate changing area, two master bedrooms( one on each floor), a really nice grill, a fire pit on the lower deck, an electronic awning on the upper deck to shield you from the sun but does not obstruct your view of the water, an 80 inch tv screen in the upstairs family room, 2 refrigerators, 2 kayaks and 3 bicycles just to name a few. I was there with my adult children and their spouses and they all agreed that the home exceeded their expectations. The owner Joanna is extremely nice and very helpful. She told us how to get to all the stores we wanted to go to without ever having to go on route 28 which is always congested. We were lucky to have great weather but we all agreed that even if it rained the views would make us happy. Would love to rent this place again!

Amazing views, super clean house, friendly and thoughtful host

We had an amazing stay! The house has beautiful views and the inside is stunning! Newly renovated with all the amenities and appliances you could ask for. We were a party of 8 adults and a 2 year old, everyone slept great and enjoyed the space. We enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks that were at the house and in great shape. There is also a walking path along the pond that was perfect for an after meal stroll. Joanna was so friendly, welcoming and great at communicating. I would highly recommend Joanna's house! Looking forward to coming back and visiting again!
