Grand Towerin ulkopinnan remontit tehdään tänä syksynä. Soita toimistoon saadaksesi lisätietoja. Tämä kaunis yhden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto on kunnostettu ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu rentoihin nykyaikaisiin sisustusmenetelmiin, joissa on avoin pohjaratkaisu. Se sijaitsee Grand Tower -rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa valkoisen kvartsirannan ja Meksikonlahden kanssa kotiovellesi.
LVR: ssä on 55 tuuman taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja kuningatar-kokoinen, nahkaa, geelipehmustettua sänkyä. Sarasota Countyn palokoodin noudattamiseksi tässä yksikössä saa nukkua enintään neljä henkilöä.
Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kuningatar-kokoista Tempurpedic-vuodetta ja 40 "taulutelevisio. Kylpyhuoneessa on täysin räätäl��ity laattalaite, jossa on sisäänrakennettu penkki ja saippua / shampoo -rako.
Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on hyväpalkkaiset ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, kvartsi työtasot ja äskettäin lisätty noutopöytä ja laskuri lisävarastointia / tarjoilua varten. Oheinen Lanai tarjoaa hiljaisen perääntymisalueen istutusikkunoilla, jotka tarjoavat yksityisyyttä ja tarjoavat silti upean näkymän.
Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on hyväpalkkaiset ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kvartsitiskit ja äskettäin lisätty buffet ja laskuri lisävarastointia / tarjoilua varten. Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here! Beach access was just perfect, our condo was amazing, and we loved being able to reserve the cabanas for the beach! We would love to bring our daughter back next year!

I wish directions and instructions were emailed in lieu of all information in a lockbox. We arrived late and had to review all this paperwork in the car. The parking "owner reserved" signs we could not see and took someone's spot accidentally. Maybe putting signs higher would help.

I would give any unit I have been in a 10 of 10 rating in terms of quality, cleanliness, and perfect working order. This unit exceeded my high expectations. It was very fresh in terms of decorating style, furniture, and class. It felt much more like it could be a residence than a rental unit. The Front Office Staff if very helpful and efficient.I would highly recommend The Palm Bay Club to anyone.

A Bit Disappointed

(1) We stayed in apartment 026 in the tower. The apartment had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the carpets were filthy and stained. (2) Parking is a major problem, especially if handicapped. If you enter later in the evening, there are no parking spots available. That should not be. Each apartment should have an assigned spot ... Palm Bay Club should not be similar to finding parking in NYC.

Seista bliss

It was our 20th anniversary and for a while talked about Palm Bay club due to raving reviews from friends and family. Seista Keys is one of our favorite vacation spots and found being in the Tower to be convenient for beach access and club amenities. The room was clean, but lacked certain household goods, like ice packs, water containers, limited kitchenware etc. There was an unfortunate “cricket like sound” coming from the vents and were told by management that it’s coming from the boiler room echoing up the pipes and nothing could be done. Nothing was offered to remedy the issue. This was frustrating for quality sleep, so bring ear plugs! However overall it was a pleasant experience and would book again at the Palm Bay club.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

The living area was much better than expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils, pots, and pans for food preparation and cooking. The beds we very comfortable too. The only negative thing to note is having to make sure all trash is entirely cleared from the unit before exiting. I believe this should be included under the cleaning fee. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so next year.

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect and condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was also very convenient that the lounge chairs were provided as part of the condo amenities. We had no issues with finding parking near the tower, even when returning late in the evenings. The front office staff was very friendly as well and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Pros;Pool nice, beach had a lot of seaweed the 1st. couple of days Cons:Resort fee- this is just an additional expense, no service Sunday-had to drag my own chairs down-do I get a resort fee credit, toilet ran for 4 nights- maintenance claimed working as it should which is BS. Bre read me the notes ... so a toilet is supposed to keep my family up for 4 nights before it is fixed. The thermostat would only go down to 69 degrees- the room was so hot and had to close all blinds all day- not fun to stay in the dark. Half the people on the beach did NOT have wrist bands-this should be enforced as there are many people who show up for the weekends only.
