Pysy Lucky Savannahilla: Bright Broughton Street Home, jossa on oma pysäköinti!

Asiakkaat, jotka etsivät todella paikallista kokemusta, rakastavat sinistä Broughtonin historiallista charmia. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen talo, joka on rakennettu vuonna 1862, on upea ja tuleva Broughton Streetin itäpää. Sisällä on kauniisti sisustettu loma-asunto, jossa on kaikki modernit mukavuudet, jotka tekevät vierailustasi mukavan.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on muunnettu olohuone, jossa on queen-vuode, ja vieressä oleva olohuone, jossa on ulosvedettävä queen-vuodesohva kahdelle ylimääräiselle vieraalle. Nämä vieraat voivat käyttää läheistä puolihoitoa, mikä tekee siitä helppoa. Täysin varustettu keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikilla olennaisilla tarpeillasi kotitekoista ateriaa varten, on aivan nurkan takana ja siinä on runsaasti säilytystilaa laajennettuja oleskeluita varten. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu ovat myös kodin sisällä - suuret nuorille perheille!

Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on omat pukuhuoneet, taulutelevisiot ja kylpyhuoneet.

Pysäköi autosi yksityiseen erään kodin takana ja tutustu Savannahiin jalkaasi jäljellä olevaksi. Blue on Broughton sijaitsee Broughton Streetin itäpäässä: Savannahin "tärkein" katu, jossa on joitakin parhaista ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksista kaupungissa. Erityisesti vieraita kehotetaan lopettamaan paikalliset suosikit: Capital Bee Co., Hygge Savannah, East Endin säännökset ja Leopold's Ice Cream.

Asiakkaat saavat yksityisen pysäköintimahdollisuuden kolmelle ajoneuvolle, jotka sijaitsevat kodin takana, kadulla ja turvallisesti. Muita ajoneuvoja löytyy lähellä mitatusta pysäköintitilasta Broughton Streetillä, jota Savannahin kaupunki toteuttaa maanantaista lauantaihin klo 8-20. Savannah Stay

They area was wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance. We found a wonderful Italian restaurant 800 feet away also the cafe down the street 400 feet from the house was wonderful. Parking is tight. We found it better to back in (need to watch out for the black poles) I would recommend management doing few upgrades kitchen and bathroom out dated. The vanities are from the 80's with only be 30 inch high instead of todays standard of kitchen height- also kitchen needs updated countertops are tiled(so outdated) and cabinets need fixing. However everything was overall fine. Could be a real cute getting way with a few updates

Beautiful Home to Stay in Savannah

I travelled with a group of 5. The home was perfect for us, with parking (warning the drive in/out of the back parking area is pretty tight, we had a 4 door jeep wrangler for size comparison), and just enough space we didn't feel on top of each other. Location was super convenient and we could walk most places. I would definitely recommend staying here

Not what we thought

My family hoped to have a great space in the right location for our trip to Savannah. We were expecting the home to match the description and images from the listing. When we arrived, it felt that this wasn't the same place we had rented online. It had been painted stark white and "redecorated" for the worse- wasn't inviting or relaxing. The home is old- what we wanted and expected. It was everything else that is extremely run-down. The appliances in the kitchen are really old and not what you'd expect after paying a pretty good price. The chairs in the living room had brown wear on the arms and legs from long-term use. The bathrooms are noticeably absent from the listing, and for good reason. Those spaces are "clean" but hardly feel like it due to their age and neglect. Surely this rental company could invest some money into a little updating and refining of this high-potential home. The location was great-quiet and close to a lot. You could only enter/exit through the back door because the front door lock didn't work. On our last day, we came back from a trip to several people standing in the private drive. They were apparently staying on the property next door. They were using the garage directly behind our home, and kept moving throughout the drive. We were extremely confused, as we were not made aware of the garage being used by the neighboring home. We asked for more towels, to which they responded quickly. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

Comfortable and Clean

Very nice home and very comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that you should bring a sleep mask if you need a dark room to sleep in. The flood lights pour through every window in the house and the venetian blinds are just not significant enough for nlock.it out.

Our stay at the blue house

The blue house is beautifully decorated and having 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for filled our ladies of 4 perfectly. I did discover as I was packing my toiletries under the lavatory in the master suite, there was a water leak under the sink. It would have been nice if we had a chair in the bedroom, to sit and put shoes on. There was traffic noise, but that is to be expected on a main thoroughfare. There could have been a shelve or chest in the bathrooms to give more space for toiletries. Overall, we had an excellent time in Savannah and thank you.

It with that came noise and bright lights through the windows all night. Blackouts would be helpful. But you half to make a choice. I would still choose the confident location. We bought sleep masks which helped a lot and wore ear plugs. Not the kind of place so would expect so much noise. But we made due and loved it. The parking area is extremely tight, once in only finally care can get in and out. Very tight getting down drive without compact car. But we managed it.

Loved It!

Accurate Photos, clean, well appointed and in a safe central area. All 5 in our group were extremely satisfied with our 4 evening stay and would come back in a heartbeat. For the area the pricing was fair and we felt super safe. Never needed a car to enjoy all that the city offered. EZ check in! We would highly recommend. Do keep in mind that you will hear some road noise but understand where you are

Fun time visiting family

Was great for visiting and sharing time with family. Sleeps six but needs more coffee cups and dishes. Great location for walking to restaurants. Traffic noise added to the excitement of being in the city.

Reviewer Comments: Our daughter was participating in an event at the Savannah convention center and we chose Blue on Broughton for our family of 5 to stay while there. It was a convenient walk to so many things in the Historic District. We took the ferry a couple of times to and from the convention center with an easy walk back to the rental. Our stay was great and we enjoyed our time at the Blue on Broughton and we would definitely choose to stay there again if we come back to Savannah. Booking, Check-in & Check-out were all a breeze too. We didn't have to contact Lucky Savannah while we were there but I feel confident they would have taken care of things quickly if we had.

Charming with Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I came to Savannah for a little friend getaway. We had a great time and the location of Bright Savannah was very good. Very easy to walk to the river and to the main shopping and dining areas. When we arrived (after 10:00 pm) we had a few challenges but Lucky Savannah (the management company) was extremely accessible and responsive. They are great to work with! A few experiences with the house that are good to know. Savannah is a colonial town so the homes in the historic district are, let’s face it, old. That’s part of the charm. Blue Brighton is well maintained (and very clean!!) but the windows don’t provide much of a sound barrier to the street, so you can easily hear cars and people talking. The only other note is the bedroom on the main floor has a window facing the back “courtyard” (driveway). There is a street lamp in the back alley that, at night, shines into the room. While there are curtains on the window the light still comes through. Not a problem, but worth the awareness if you have light sensitivities. Overall we had a fantastic weekend, the house worked out really well for us and Lucky Savannah was great to work with. We’d recommend the house and renting from this management company again!

BLUE ON BROUGHTON

The Kitchen is a galley so keep that in mind and the stairs are very very narrow to the upstairs. The kitchen is not stocked but does have essentials for coffee making as it is a drip coffee maker. Had no teaspoons which I thought was unique in silverware drawer. Would be nice to have a more updated coffeemachine to use Kpods,etc instead of having to make a whole pot of coffee. The counter tops in kitchen are easy to get dirty with tile tops that are unique and not smooth but grouted~~ a bit odd counter tops.

The bathrooms (mainly upstairs toilets) could use some upgrading but honestly we barely noticed because everything was so clean. They provided plenty of towels since there was 6 of us staying there.
