Great laid back get away

Marc and Patsy were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. It really helped to have them recommend tour guides, places to eat and points of interest on the island. Absolutely recommend a golf cart for a day or two and a trip to Governor’s Beach

We'd Do It All Over Again!

Five Stars across the board!Our hosts were very kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The most accommodating hosts we've ever experienced! We were surprised by the kitchen "starter pack" they provided!!It is a beautiful, well-cared for property in a great location which made it easy to walk to beach, restaurants and sights. Having bikes available was a bonus.Grocery Store around the corner was a huge plus.Advice, suggestions and recommendations were always eagerly provided and on point.We were able to unwind, relax and enjoy Beautiful Grand Turk!Thank You Marc & Patsy!!!

We stayed 3 weeks. Our first time with a owner occupied rental. Weather perfect along with accommodations. Pool, grill area in private yard in back, just perfect. Beach across the street and walk to restaurants. Marc and Patsy couldn't be more helpful. Loved our stay here!

Wonderful Villa on Quiet Little Island

Grand Turk was amazing! Marc and Patsy were wonderful hosts. The villa was amazing, new and modern. My cousin and I were close to everything. All the villa amenities exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time in Grand Turk.

They helped us with places to go, reservations, rentals, things to do,etc. The location is only steps away from a very pretty beach with no many on it even during cruise days. Drift Villas a home away from home

We had a fantastic 12 days at Drift Villas on Grand Turk. Marc and Patsy were our wonderful hosts, we wanted for nothing. From the clean, modern villa, ocean and sunset views (we saw the green flash three times!) to fresh bread and local conch salad from the neighbors to the friendly and frolicking potcake pups, we had a memorable stay. Thank you, Marc, Patsy, Dale, Mackey and Stumpy from Oasis Divers for a great time on Grand Turk.

Amazing hospitality!!

Our first trip to Grand Turk, this did not disappoint! Everything from booking, flight & pre-arrival information, and any questions during our stay was so easy and thorough. Marc and Patsy are fantastic hosts. They think of everything to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The unit is perfectly appointed and stocked with essentials upon arrival- so appreciated after a long day of travel! The location is superb- right along the beach and main route yet it’s incredibly quiet (save for the odd donkey!) and the backyard oasys is perfect. Steps to the beach, grocery, and restaurant. Bikes are provided to explore, and Marc & Patsy’s recommendations are spot-on. They have a few dogs and their presence adds a special energy to the stay. Would highly recommend, would return, and hope to stay there again someday!

Winter getaway

Our stay at Drift Villa was fantastic right from the start. Marc had a taxi waiting for us at airport when we arrived after a long travel day and three flights. He was there to greet us when we got dropped off at the cutest villa ever. We were so grateful to see that the fridge was stocked with some beer, some eggs and butter, water coffee, milk and sugar and the most delicious loaf of sourdough bread. They arranged for a golf cart to be dropped off for us to tour around the island in. We were directed to fabulous beaches and amazing restaurants. We met some wonderful locals. All in all it was a nice relaxing trip. Our hosts made it even better with all their help. And the ride back to the airport was also appreciated. Thanks Patsy!

The Best of the Best!

Without a doubt, Drift Villa on Grand Turk is one of the nicest VRBO places we've stayed. The owners, Marc & Patsy, are incredible! They go above and beyond and made our stay so easy and relaxing. The apartment is brand new with high end everything. The pool is a super nice & refreshing add-on. If you love outdoor grilling, there is a lovely dining gazebo next to the pool with a table for 8 and a gas Weber grill. If you want to explore the Island, they even provide you with bikes! As divers, we loved that the apartment had a gear rinsing station and out-door shower. The gorgeous turquoise beaches of Grand Turk are just steps away from the apartment. We absolutely loved our time here and can't thank Marc & Patsy enough. We can't wait to stay with them at Drift Villa on our next visit to Turks & Caicos.

We miss it already!

Marc and Patsy made the Drift Villa our home away from home for five days. Marc and Patsy (and all of the pups) are superhosts! Not only did they help us with recommendations leading up to the trip, but we’re attentive throughout our time there and always willing to connect us with locals for activities or recommendations. They are truly some of the kindest and most interesting people – it was such a pleasure getting to know them a bit during our stay. The villa itself is clean, spacious and has everything you would want. We loved waking up, sitting on the front patio with the dogs and a cup of coffee and spent many afternoon’s lounging near the pool if we needed a change of scenery from the beaches (tough life😊) Drift’s central location on Grand Turk makes it easy to walk or bike to many local spots on the island. There is a grocery store conveniently one minute walk away, and many restaurants and bars within 5-10 minute walk or bike ride. The island itself was exactly what we had hoped for: no frills, laid back island vibe – stunning beaches, friendly locals, and the ocean! We truly couldn’t have had a more enjoyable trip – thanks to Marc and Patsy. Can’t wait to come back!

Off the beaten path pristine accommodations

This place was one of the most updated and gorgeous vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed. All newly done, clean and modern but with the island decor and flair you want in a beach getaway. We don’t really long for busy resorts & value more secluded adventure and that’s what you get in Grand Turk. It’s not fancy at all but the secluded views are well worth it. The little plane flight over was cheap and easy and a food idea if you want to escape the traffic and hustle of Provincales. The few restaurants around were great and Marc & Patsy really help with all the Information and recommendations you could need. They even stocked us with starter food and drink in the fridge! So kind. The grocery store is a block away and with the use of a golf cart (60 bucks a day) or the included bikes, you can get to any food and the bigger grocery store easily. The beach is right across the street no more than 10 barefoot steps, the back yard pool is beautiful for morning sun. The condo is stocked with literally everything you need. Do not over pack, don’t bring any hair or makeup supplies beacuse this is truly a beach & pool vaca. My husband had a bit of a hard time sleeping with the island donkeys & dogs up at night but that adds to the charm of this secluded island getaway. Bring ear plugs if donkeys braying could keep you up. 🤣. As former owners of a vrbo we were just so impressed by the condo. Truly top notch. Thanks for having us!!!

This place is a gem!

We loved our week at Drift Villa on Grand Turk. Our hosts, Marc and Patsy took very good care of us. They communicated ahead of time, and were there to greet us when we arrived after a very long day of travel. We were pleasantly surprised to see we had everything we needed for our first night, w/out having to make a quick run to the store. They even had a fresh loaf of sourdough ready for a quick snack before bed. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We were within walking distance of stores, restaurants and had the beach right across the street. The backyard pool area was private and refreshing. While the island is safe, the property was fenced in and private, adding to the overall feel of security we had. Our hosts were available for questions or referrals for restaurants, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book this Villa for our next trip to Grand Turk.

Wonderful Place and Great Hosts

This was a great experience. The condo is very clean and modern. The view from the front porch is amazing and the backyard is an awesome spot too. Nice pool and gazebo with cooking grill and fresh water. The hosts do it right. Contacted us prior to arrival, met us on arrival and answered any questions and even offered to arrange transportation to the airport. We would return!!!!

Grand Turk Vacation

Great time in Grand Turk exploring the island and enjoying the weather. Property was awesome, just like the pic's and Marc and Patsy were great. They arranged for transportation from the airport, took us to the store and had some bread and refreshments for our first few days. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Excellent stay with Marc and Patsy at Drift in the Turtle suite

We had an amazing stay in the Turtle suite at the Drift on Grand Turk. Marc and Patsy are amazing hosts. They arranged a ride for us from the airport. Gave us their contact information ahead of time in case our flight arrived late. When we arrived they personally greeted us, in our suite there was a loaf of fresh sourdough bread, cold adult beverages and a supply of groceries to get us through the first day or two. The suite is beautiful and well stocked with anything you would need. Marc and Patsy checked on us often to see if we needed anything additional. They offered to arranged any excursions or bookings for us. We had use of bikes for the duration of our stay which was amazing. We were able to bike most anywhere we needed to go. If we needed to get supplies or go somewhere with a car they graciously offered to drive us. We fell in love with their beautiful dogs. They have four full time pot cake rescues and welcome two others daily for visits. Bruiser stole our hearts and visited us in our suite every day, often hanging around to keep us company. Mamma, Chicken, Luna and Toner stopped by often as well. Old Guy likes to chill and came near to check us out on a couple of occasions. Twinky, the adorable neighbour dog greeted us often on the beach and would join us for a walk. If we could rate our stay higher, we sure would. We had an amazing time at the Drift and highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed. We loved Drift, Marc, Patsy, all the Pot Cakes and Grand Turk. We hope to visit again soon❤️

Fabulous!

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Patsy and Marc were great, wonderful people, knowledgeable of the island, restaurants, covid protocols and things to do. We did our first scuba dive and snorkeled with humpbacks. Patsy and Marc knew which way to direct us for all our needs and interests. The property was perfect, clean, comfortable, well located and felt like home after a matter of minutes. The views spectacular! We’ll be back !

Drifted Out Too Soon

We drifted in on a Thursday and out on a Monday. So sad we couldn’t have stayed a week or so longer. This trip was impromptu, a birthday surprise for the hubby. The place is beautiful and immaculate from the inside out. The gardens are gorgeous, the grounds are decorated with thoughtfulness and I’d guess…. Gifts from the sea and previous visitors, which I was happy to contribute to also from snorkeling. The back yard is nothing short of a Shangri la, the pool is perfect. Two bicycles were lent to us by Marc and Patsy and we peddled all over the island. We loved finding the North end beach and then the light house even though the beach is right at our door step. So many donkey’s, a high light for me. Such good food. Bohío, Osprey, and our favorite which was closest to the house although the name escapes me. Tell T we wished we could have said goodbye. His mom is an amazing cook. Time slowed down for us. We feel blessed. Thank you for letting us share your tranquility albeit it was not long enough ❤️🙏

Perfect vacation getaway

Everything about this rental is perfect. Clean, good location with a good view of the beach, air conditioning. The hosts had the kitchen stocked with some essentials and was very accessible for questions and information about the island! I would highly recommend and will be back for another stay !

Absolutely amazing, don't pass this place up!

Patsy and Marc were absolutely amazing hosts. They gracefully handled my million questions before we got there, as well as gave us info on all the best restaurants and excursion companies. They invited us in for dinner and drinks and were so amazing. They even messaged us the before we came to let us know the day we arrived there would be no alcohol sales and offered to pick us up some to have in the unit. They also had homemade sourdough from a local restaurant in our unit, which we devoured. They helped us set up our golf cart rental as well, which was great.

Best.Hosts.Ever and an awesome villa, too!

I was visiting Grand Turk with a dear friend, and decided to extend my stay since I’ve been working from home and could work from anywhere. Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better spot! Patsy and Marc responded to my inquiry right away, were totally open to me checking in early, (which kept me from being “homeless” for a bit after checking out w my friend) and as the Covid regulations were changing quickly, both for US and T&C, they were unrelenting in their pursuit of options for testing- keeping me informed every step of the way. The Villa was spotless and exactly as described- except the description doesn’t do it justice - it doesn’t mention how KIND and welcoming Marc and Patsy are - they made me feel like family, invited me up for drinks, dinner, introduced me to their friends.... they turned what could have been a lonely 10 days in paradise by myself into an amazing extended vacation w new friends! Honestly- this place should come with a warning label- you WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE and their sweet pups will steal a piece of your heart, too (they are all rescues, so good tempered and had such sweet personalities)! Have I mentioned that the view is AMAZING? My colleagues were extremely jealous of my WFH office. Everything I needed was there: beach towels, laundry detergent, beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen (even had some pasta & sauce in the cabinet and a 6pack of beer in the fridge), a comfy bed with crisp, clean IRONED sheets, and a strong WiFi signal - what more could you want? As an added bonus there’s a pool and outdoor kitchen! How about the location? A few steps from the beach, grocery store not even a 5 min walk away and across the street from the fish market! Seriously, look no further...you’ve found the perfect home away from home! I’m already trying to figure out when I can get back and I haven’t been gone 24 hours!

Drift Villa is AMAZING!!

Marc and Patsy have an amazing Villa! Drift Villa is beatifully appointed and has everything you need. Marc and Patsy are the ultimate hosts. They were always available to provide suggestions and directions for places to go, help to schedule museum tours, and anything else we needed. They provided a car during our stay which was so much better than renting a golf cart. Drift Villa is an amazing property and we will definitely stay there again.

Majoittaja: Marc Harris

Marc Harris and Patsy Comella moved to Grand Turk from Chicago. Marc is a professional photographer who was well known in Chicago adapting a photo journalism approach to commercial photography. Patsy spent her career in advertising directing marketing investments for media spending. They are part owners of a farm in Ohio.

They share a love of the ocean and are avid scuba divers. They moved to Grand Turk because of that love of the ocean, the wonderful people and old time Caribbean vibe found on Grand Turk.

Marc is one of the few people seen on roller blades on Grand Turk. He has honed his construction skills working on projects for Drift Villas. Patsy loves to cook and enjoys the access to fresh fish from the local fish market. She is a volunteer for the Turks and Caicos SPCA. They have adopted 3 "Potcake" pups into their family,

Drift Villas is a passion project with all design and finishes painstakingly selected by the owners. From the wall colors to the decor everything has been done to ensure a comfortable and high end experience for their guests

We have been traveling to Grand Turk for nearly twenty years and always dreamt of someday living here. When the time was right, we started looking at property on Grand Turk and fell in love with this location because of the fabulous ocean views and proximity, the easy access to restaurants and grocery stores and the neighborhood. We were lucky enough to pick a building site that allowed us to build the home of our dreams with unobstructed views of the ocean and the island.
