Tervetuloa Rose Cottage, kodikas asuinpaikkaa vain sekuntien päässä sydämessä Rosemary Beach. Sijaitsee rannalla puolella luonnonkaunis Highway 30A, voit saada varpaat hiekkaan 2 minuutin kuluessa, tai ottaa jopa lyhyempi kävellä yli palkittu ravintola Paradis unohtumattoman illallisen. The house was only 250 steps from the Rosemary Beach and came with every amenity you could ask for: completely outfitted kitchen, 4 bikes to use, gas fired grill, big screen TV's and the list goes on. We especially enjoyed the private access to the beach with chair and umbrella service and the access four community pools. We were steps from Main Street and all the great shopping and dining. We could not have asked for a better location or rental!

The house is in a perfect location - just a minute walk to the beach and to the town. The house was so clean and impeccably decorated. Our flight landed very early in the day and they let us drop off our luggage to the office so we could go to the beach and enjoy our day while the house was getting cleaned/ready. They dropped our luggage at the house when it was available! Very responsive when the door code stopped working and had it fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend!!I would note if you are planning on cooking, there are no basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.

My only negative, & this is on me, is all the bedrooms r upstairs. My husband & I r both in our 60's & going up & down them many times a day proved difficult @ times. He has bad knees. I should've found a place w/ a bedroom on main level. The kitchen was great, & stocked w/ everything we could possibly need. Overall, a wonderful place.

Great Rosemary house

We loved the location of the house, so close to the beach and the town center. I have only one complaint and it's that the house only has one thermostat located upstairs. The issue was when you were cooking the downstairs became stifling hot and the cool air from upstairs was not circulating. It's really not acceptable in a house like that not having 2 thermostats. Please fix that issue.

Great property for long-time Rosemary vacationers

Communication is great and if you have an issue they will handle it quickly. There was a wind storm while we were there and it flipped the grill over. I texted property mgmt and maintenance came within 30 minutes. The location is perfect as it’s on a quiet culdesac and 2 min from South Barrett Square or 4 min from the beach. The decor is beautiful and recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Large closets, plenty of storage space, and sizable bathroom counters were also really nice.

Patio furniture and living room furniture is very worn and could use cushion replacement. Would have enjoyed having a Keurig for morning coffee - please consider adding! Mentioned in other reviews that I originally dismissed... Bathroom mirrors are hung too high to see yourself in if you are under 5'4". Stairs are steep and all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.Overall a lovely home that could use a little extra love. Property staff was very helpful and attentive with the two issues that we had and they were resolved quickly.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to 30A for our fall break for 8 years, staying in a different community/house each time and this house was by far, the best one we've stayed in. The rooms were spacious, the layout was very conducive to hanging out together to play games or to find quiet corners for reading and down time. We were indoors more than normal due to scattered storms each day, so we really appreciated this. The master bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was good. (we find these two things to be hard to find) The location was only two blocks from the Rosemary restaurants and shops and very close the a pool and beach. The mgmt company was on top of everything we needed and checked in to make sure things were going well. The 4 bikes were awesome - great condition and fit all sizes of our family of four. (youngest turned 12 during our stay) We will be back!
