Kalenterimme pÀivitetÀÀn reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat nÀkyvÀt oikein. SyötÀ vain haluamasi pÀivÀmÀÀrÀt ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

* Splash-rakennusilmoitus * Michael hurrikaanin seurauksena syntyneistÀ vaurioista Splash-lomakeskuksen rakennus alkaa elokuussa 2019, ja sen odotetaan valmistuvan kevÀÀllÀ 2020. TÀmÀn yksikön parveke on suljettu 2/20 - 4/16. Vierailla ei ole pÀÀsyÀ parvekkeelle tÀnÀ aikana ja kaikki parvekekalusteet sijoitetaan yksikön sisÀÀn. Sammakotyyny suljetaan 9 / 3-11 / 1. Laiska joki suljetaan 9 / 3-1 / 3. ItÀisen tornin uima-allas on suljettu 10/29 - 1/3. ItÀpuolen grillialue on suljettu kello 8/26 - 10/25. LÀnsipuolella oleva grillialue on suljettu 12/25 - 2/28. Jos joudumme sulkemaan jonkin lÀnsitornin uima-altaan, itÀisen torni-altaat ovat auki tuona aikana. Toisinaan myös tiettyjen kerrosten kÀvelytiet suljetaan uusien ikkunoiden asentamisen ja kÀytÀvien uusimisen vuoksi, mikÀ estÀÀ yksiköiden kÀyttöÀ nÀissÀ kerroksissa jopa viiden pÀivÀn ajan. Kun meillÀ on parempi aikataulu tÀstÀ projektin osasta, otamme sinuun yhteyttÀ keskustellaksesi yksiköiden tai tornien vaihtoehdoista.

Overall, it’s a great family place. The wait for the elevators is a nightmare though. There’s only 2 for 21 floors and sometimes the wait to get on was almost 20 minutes! The room itself was decent and clean but the pullout couch was terrible. It was barely functioning and extremely uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel again but I would pick a different room.

My family and I loved Splash. It had a variety of things for kids to do. The pools were shaded. The lazy river is small, but my kids enjoyed it. It has a very short walk to the beach. The room was very modern. We will definitely be back!

Don't book this unit.

The photos are deceiving and have to be a few years old. This unit is dirty, dingy, the paint is peeling be the door, blinds are broken, robot decor at the beach, and those things mentioned in other reviews that Vacasa would be addressed? Sofa bed still the same thin and dingy one. We called customer service about an issue when we arrived and th3 guy asked "what do you want us to do about it?" My friends booked the same week from VRBO and they got a beautifully decorated, twice as big unit, with chair rentals included,for less than we paid!

Second time in this room!

We visited back in 2021 and it was amazing. This time around I was disappointed as the mattress needed to be replaced as well as the flat couch. The cleanliness this time around wasn’t as great either. The shower door does not latch and they just pushed the dishwasher into the counter. It’s not bolted in any way. It really needs some work. But thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room. Furniture was a deal breaker. The views are amazing!

Filthy facilities

Let me start by saying the room was clean and the staff did a good job. But the furniture was completely wore out. The couch was absolutely filthy as well as all the furniture. The unit has not been painted in years all the trim, as well as the walls were black with filth. As Was the entire From the moment I pulled up, you could see a black film on everything at the entire place. Swimming pool and hot tub as well as all the facilities were just nasty. There was only one small hot tub for the entire place and I was never able to get in because it was completely filled with as well as the swimming pool and they were no chairs available to sit in. The water was nasty. I would not get it if it had not been in it. I would not recommend anyone going to this place because it needs some major upgrades.

Awesome 2023 fall break for our family

Great place to stay. We loved the pools, water slides, everything and that these apartments are right by the beach. And the cleanness of the apartment, and very quite for the most part. Our three kids loved everything and enjoyed every bit of our time here.

Great Location but not as clean as expected

Everything was great only except for a few cleaning and maintenance issues. There was a lot of debris under the couch and chairs where I slept. The main bathroom toilet had rust water running down the toilet and the drain to the shower was clogged.

Beautiful Condo

So, what i loved the most was that it was a direct view to the ocean. Breath taking views. I also loved that the condo had ample seating for the evenings when we had friends over. I would've given them 5 stars except for the fixtures in the bathrooms were outdated and some of the dishes in the kitchen weren't cleaned properly. Also, the beds had very thin blankets on them as a comforter. I would book here again though because Vacasa checked in with us daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Be prepared for the wait at the elevators during check in time because the line was long.

Great family getaway

Clean, comfortable and beautiful views. Kids loved playing in the splash pad when needing a break from the beach. It’s not a long walk to the waters edge either like some condo buildings are. You can rent 2 chairs and umbrella for $40 plus the have other rental options like jet skis. Hope to visit again!

Good Overall and would stay again...

Overall = Would stay again... The photos of the colorful walls should be updated as now it is painted in a much calmer neutral shade which I prefer. The pictures show a table on the balcony that was not there. The bunkbeds need some adjusting to make them more stabile. There were no extras sheets or blankets available. Other than these few minor negatives, we would stay in this condo again. As far as the Splash Resort is concerned...this is a great place for kids. The negatives would be that there were only about 6 inflatable tubes for the lazy river and the non-alcoholic drinks are the same prices as alcoholic drinks. Personally, I think the non-alcoholic drinks should be priced lower. Elevator wait time can be hard for kids if you go at peak season or if it rains and everyone wants to return to their condo so be aware of this. Again...great place for kids and would stay here again.

Just OK

This condo will get the job done but definitely not worth the price you pay for it. To begin with, the condo could use a good deep cleaning. The floors had so much sand on them it was always stuck to your feet from the first time we entered the condo. The floors were dirty.... really bad around the edges. The can opener was rusty. All in all like I said, it condo is a place to stay and would suffice. The worst part are the elevators at Splash Resort. The elevators are super slow. Sometimes we had to wait 20 minutes for an open elevator. Then when one did finally come people were packed in like sardines.

Great condo!

Our only wish was that this floor plan had the bedroom on the Oceanside. We had a great stay at the Splash Resort.

Ok but not fantastic

There was some initial frustration dealing with Vacasa. Just days before our trip I got a text that our reservation was pending cancellation, but no reason why or how to resolve it. I replied to the text and replied to a previous email and got no response. I called their main ph #, waited on hold for over 30 min and eventually hung up. I found another ph # and finally connected with someone who simply said “yep everything looks fine you’re now confirmed”. Ironically our most recent trip prior to this was also managed by Vacasa and also had problems...so this will be the last time we ever book a place managed by them. Once we arrived, the check-in was fine and the room initially seemed great. We were a family of 4 and the layout and location were just fine. We were quite nervous to learn our room was right beside the elevator, but we didn’t notice any add’l noise. After a few days of staying we started to notice many things: the place was really not that clean (many stains on the furniture, curtains, walls) and many maintenance/other items; multiple light bulbs out, master shower “still” doesn’t drain...see previous reviews...master toilet often continues to run, broken/old patio furniture, main bath vanity coming off the wall, cheap blinds means bright master bedroom when the sun rises, poor quality mattress, dishwasher soap dispenser not working properly... I stay at numerous short-term rental properties and I’ll gladly report the odd item that needs attention, but, based on my experience, I made a very intentional assumption that some/all of these items have been unresolved for a long time and it was unlikely Vacasa was going to care about resolving them while we were there...so no, I didn’t waste my time even attempting to report the long list of issues. The beach was great! The splash park and pools would get a 2 thumbs up from the kids. If you come with relatively low expectations, you will most likely have a wonderful time and give it a higher rating than I am.
