Tervetuloa Chateau Lumiereen!

Tämä tahrattoman yksityinen luksusvuokraus sijaitsee vain yhden talon päässä sokerinvalkoisista hiekkarannoista ja smaragdin vesistä Meksikonlahdella. Tämä 5 370 neliöjalkaa ylellinen koti tarjoaa viihtyisää majoitusta jopa 20 vieraalle. Se on uskomaton valinta perheenyhdistämiseen tai ryhmäretkelle ystävien kanssa.

Kodin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kerrossänky, jossa on kolme kuningatar kerrossänkyä. Pelihuoneessa on biljardipöytä, iso taulu-HDTV ja märkä baari täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, astianpesukoneella ja mikroaaltouunilla. Kodin toisessa kerroksessa on 3 4 king-master-sviitistä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on olohuone, ruokailutila ja täydellinen keittiö, jossa on graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kaasulämmitteiset laitteet, mutta ei hätää, koska tarvikkeidesi hankkiminen ei voisi olla helpompaa yksityisen hissin avulla! Kolmannessa kerroksessa on myös neljäs king-sviitti, jossa on toinen iso kylpyhuone, jossa on poreallas ja suihkukaappi. Nauti rentoutumisesta omalla katetulla, ranta näkymällä parvekkeella pitkän hauskuuden jälkeen auringon alla.

Chateau Lumiere tarjoaa laajan valikoiman hyväpalkkaisia mukavuuksia, mukaan lukien erillinen jääpalakone, baarikeittiö ja yksityinen uima-allas vesiputoustynnyrillä, josta voit nauttia loman aikana. Overall this place was amazing! The inside was beautiful, the neighborhood was great, the private beach was a lot less crowded than the other beaches nearby and had plenty of space not covered by rented chairs, and we LOVED the pool. We did have some plumbing issues, a clogged toilet and no hot water on the 3rd floor but they sent a plumber the next day to take care of it and were very quick with communication. My main complaint about the listing accuracy is the "Beach View" from balconies. You could see a bit of the ocean through the houses across the street, but definitely not what I'd call a great beach view. We truly enjoyed our time there though, the elevator worked great, the decor was beautiful, all rooms had tvs, and one of the suites on the 2nd floor has a big beautiful bath and shower as nice as the upstairs master, while the other two just have showers. The first pic I included is from the 3rd floor balcony to give an idea of the view, 2nd is from 2nd balcony, 3rd is the beautiful pool lights. Tons of towels available for large groups and we liked that all the doors to outside had alarms on them to help with small children and the pool, the grill had plenty of propane and is on the top balcony, the kitchen was well stocked though the knives have definitely seen better days. Would definitely recommend, just want to give some extra details for anyone trying to make the best decision for their group. Thanks for an awesome family vacation we will all remember!

Great property and great location! Plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Short walk to a private part of the beach - noticeably less crowded than other areas! Quiet neighborhood.

Location location location

Property was as described and location is perfect. Literally directly across from the beach and our family's favorite part was the private beach for Avalon estates. The other beaches were packed, but the Avalon private beach was much more relaxing and enjoyable. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Also, in close walking or driving distance from many restaurants, etc. Overall, great family vacation.

Beautiful House - Great Location!

It was spring break so a busy time. We brought a group of adults and girls. This property is amazing! Would highly recommend for multi-family trip with kids. bottom floor bunk room w 3 queez sized bunks opens to game room with its own kitchen - ideal for older kids to hang out while adults each have their own king suite rooms w/balconies. Quick walk to beach, reponsive management staff. Enjoyed our stay!

Great for family gathering.

We had a great vacation! It was a beautiful spacious house. It has everything you need plus an elevator! It is close to the beach so walking with small children was possible. The hot water takes a while which made us feel no hot water at first. We called maintenance on arrival and didn’t hear until next morning. The hurricane doors are tricky but we got on to them after maintenance came on second day. The oven door does not close tightly and caused us to need to increase the temperature and time baking. We needed to manually hold the door to preheat. We could not pull our van into garage because not wide enough. We put packaged food out first night and massive amount of sugar ants covered everything! Maintenance sprayed next afternoon but we continued to have some in one area. The house is beautiful but the tile floors and steps are hazardous for small children.

Amazing!

Location is perfect don’t even need to rent a golf cart. House has plenty of space and set up perfectly to give families their own space. Needs a couple things updated that I wish we knew such as the jacuzzi doesn’t turn on until 6pm and does not get very hot at all. Water pressure is super low in showers. Some minor things like handles falling off in the shower or chairs needing repair. It was perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

The property is spacious and clean overall. The pool was not cleaned until the last day we were there. The rooms were all big and everyone had their own area. The property promoted togetherness with the open floorplan on the living area. The property location was great because it was very close to the beach, shopping and various restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked and even stay there again.

Fantastic location, House ok

The location of this house was fantastic. Could not be closer to the beach and loved the dedicated access and beach. Home was spacious and overall in line with what I expected. Problems with pool heater/hot tub , air conditioning, wifi, dog poop in yard and pool area, pool never cleaned from previous tenants, and doors not closing well so ants/roaches/other bugs got into the house. Property manager also has had poor response time via text and sometimes phone (better but not great). For a high end property, we were disappointed that is wasn’t better prepared or maintained for us.

Girls Trip

This property is in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach and the great Pompano Joes's. My daughter and her friends all loved the ability to stay at the pool, walk to the beach, or take a quick vrbo to the Destin boardwalk. The area is also extremely safe and welcoming to both large groups and families.

Nice place and location with a few issues

On the day we were heading down to the rental, we did not get check-in instructions until 330pm. No where after booking did we get any instructions or anything saying we won't get the door code until that time. I had to message and call them for the answer. When we got there we got there we notice the stove hood was not working so whenever we cooked the food smell would go all over the house because the fan did not work. I messaged the host that day and did not get a reply, I called the next day and got a couple missed calls back but no voicemail or messages from them. I tried calling back as well but there was no pick up. Nobody ever came to fix the hood vent during our stay. Also, we noticed the house already had some broken stuff such as the double doors. Most of them had a sign on one of the doors to say not to open which we thought was strange. But the biggest let down was communication from the owner. For all the money we spent, I expected a bit more help/service.

Great location and great home!

Very short walk to the beach! We loved that there is a vacant lot on one side of the home so therefore feels more spacious. The neighbors who own their home across the street are awesome and welcomed us! The house was great, one minor question and the maintenance guy answered immediately.

Great location - close to the beach!

Overall, it was a good place and location! Enough room for big families. Here are a few pros and cons. Pros: -great location, close walk to beach -had great amenities for families including propane grills, beach folding chairs and boogie boards although we did not use -host was responsive Cons: -for a group of 20, there were basic amenities that were lacking. Only one roll of tp in each bathroom and we had to constantly request more which was a major inconvenience. Host stated she could not provide more tp due to “limited Sams Club quantities” and told us we needed to go purchase more. -most bathrooms did not have any hand soap, we had to request that -showers were equipped with tiny tubes of shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Did not request more but fortunately we brought some of our own -home is listed as a luxury rental but was a bit run down and looked different than photos. Could def use fresh coat of paint and some basic upkeep to improve
