Tervetuloa Salt Life Beach -kotiin! Hiljattain rakennettu ylellinen rannikkokodimme on suunniteltu "Old Florida Architecture" -tyyliin ja siinä on upea yksityinen uima-allas! Salt Life sijaitsee kätevästi muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä omalta yksityiseltä rannalta, jossa voit nauttia uskomattomasta ja tungosta osasta rantaa hiekkapalloilla ja kilpikonnilla!

Tilavassa kaksikerroksisessa kodissamme on 5 makuuhuonetta, 4 1/2 kylpyhuonetta, 2 katettua kuistia ja lasten alkovi. Nauti uusimmasta gourmet-keittiöstä ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja kaikella, mitä tarvitset suosikkiaterioidesi valmistamiseen. Yksityisessä, lomakeskuksen tyylisessä uima-altaassamme on vesiputouksia, ja sitä voidaan lämmittää kylmempinä kuukausina! Takapihan keitaaseemme kuuluu myös pöytiä tuolilla, kiesituoleja, taulutelevisio ja kaasugrilli suosikkiläisiin aterioihisi. Jokainen makuuhuone on varustettu taulu-HDTV: llä ja jokaisessa Master-sviitissä (lukuun ottamatta kerrossänkyä) on oma kylpyhuone. Kerrossänky-huoneessa on täysin yli täydet kerrossängyt, joissa on kaksi vyöryä. Olohuoneesta löydät suuren poikkipinta-sohvan, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutua taulutelevision edessä. Lasten alkovi on perheen suosikki pienimmille, ja se on täydellisesti perimmäinen mini-leikkihuone! Nauti ateriasi hienossa ruokasalissa, jonka upea teollisuus kattokruunu valaisee täydellisesti, tai astu ulkona rentouttavampaan ruokailukokemukseen uima-altaan äärellä. Sinulla todella on molemmista maailmoista parhaat puolet täällä Suola-elämässä!

Salt Life on myös kävelyetäisyydellä monista suosituista ravintoloista, kuten "Whale's Tail" ja "Pompano Joe's" rannalla. Kotimme on alle 2 mailin päässä luksushotellista "Silver Sands", joka on yksi suurimmista suunnittelijamyymälöistä valtiossa. Voit myös nauttia useiden ruokakauppojen, apteekkien, sairaalan läheisyydestä ja tietysti vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan hiekalle!

Tämän Emerald Waters Villages -hotellin arvostetun, aidatulla rantayhteisön sisällä on kaksi uima-allasta uima-altaan vieressä. Tämä upea yksityinen yhteisö sijaitsee Holiday Roadin itäpuolella Miramar Beachillä lähellä Scenic Gulf Drive -sivuston ja Frangistan rannan kulmaa. Olemme lähellä tonneja ostosmahdollisuuksia, ruokailua, golfia ja viihdettä. Destin Commons on Destinin suosikki ostosalue sekä Silver Sands. Ankkurikauppoja Destin Commonsissa ovat mm. Bass Pro Shop, H&M Store, Belk ja Uncle Bucks. Silvers Sands tarjoaa suunnittelijakauppoja, kuten Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein ja Coach. Great location and nice property

Location was fantastic being only a block from the beach. Property was very nice in most ways and is reflected well in listing. Only thing of note was the bikes could have used some maintenance and had to request beach access code (was given prior month) but received a response quickly.

We enjoyed the pool and the living space. Having multiple rooms with an en suite is an added bonus. Just a short walk to the beach!

Wonderful family friendly home close to Miramar Beach

Home was exactly as described. Clean, well equipped, great location, close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to grocery store and shopping! Outdoor heated pool and backyard area were amazing! We highly recommend this home!

Great location

The location of the property is great. A family oriented neighborhood and close to main strip and beach. The sofa in the family room is deceiving. It is large but not comfortable. Mattresses were a bit lumpy. I guess some of this is to be expected due to different people occupying the house.

Family fun

There were 16 of us. 9 adults and 7 kids. Short walk and easy access to the beach. The pool at the house was utilized daily as well. Enough room for us all without being in each other’s way. This was a fabulous bucket list dream come true for me!! We did not use the free passes…maybe several free to one thing would have been more utilized.

Great location and amenities

The house is laid out well and accommodated our crew perfectly. The pool was amazing, the under stairway retreat was a perfect hideaway for kids and the house was in a great location with nice and new amenities. It was just a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to any Destin Destination. Having the bathrooms in each bedroom offered privacy. The kitchen had all the tools needed for keeping folks fed on the go or a place to sit and hang out. The island in the kitchen was a little big for the space, so it limited having too many cooks in the kitchen. Overall a wonderful place to relax or minutes away from any fun in the sun activity!

Best Salty Stay in Destin

We had an unforgettable family vacation at Salty Shores. This home was exactly as stated and more. It was clean and beautiful. Comfortable sectional couch plenty of space. A great little play area for little ones. The bunk room actually has 2 full bunk beds with trundles under each one. A pack and play, potty seat and booster seat for the dining room. The pool was so fun with the fountains and beautiful landscaping. There is a sweet little coffee shop we rode bikes to called Badass Coffee. Best strawberry smoothie I’ve ever had. It was a short walk to the private beach but we like to use a canopy which was prohibited so we walked a little further to the public beach which wasn’t a problem just keep that in mind before lugging all your beach day fun items to the private beach. This place was a gem and I didn’t want to leave!!

Beautiful Home and Location!

We just returned from our stay at Salt Life. It is a beautiful home - staged perfectly. The pool is really the thing that sold us on this house. Most homes in this area did not have pools because the beach is so close but it really helped after a day at the beach, to come back and jump in the pool! Pros: everything in the home is new, nice large bedrooms, plenty of space for kids and adults! SUPER short walk to the public beach. Cons: no beach towels (bring your own), there's a lot of construction going on but it was not a big deal, took a bit to get the bikes. Golf Cart only seats 4 people, not 6 as shown in pic. No where to park the golf cart at the beach. Kids room needed some better lighting, so we moved the lamps around. Also the entrance to the beach was busy and you better remember the code or you can't get in or out!! couldn't work the fireplace. Maybe plan to offer some games/cards etc All in all, loved our stay - thank you!!

Great house, close to beach, awesome pool, needs a deep clean

We loved a lot of things about this property but as others have said it desperately needs a deep clean (dust built up on baseboards, light fixtures, under furniture, base of cabinets, hair on window sills, etc). The house layout and flow was very comfortable for our group of 14 (8 adults, 6 kids ages 1.5-11). Good room size, personal bathroom for each bedroom. Good location, easy walk to the beach. But the “private” beach was so crowded. We ended up doing the beach service, but were in the third row of beach goers until our last day, after many discussions with the service (La Dolce Vita). Maybe it would help if the house came with one service included so we had a better location on the beach near the water (important to us with small children).

Great place!

Overall we really enjoyed this house. The kid cove was wonderful for my 2 year old. They also already had a pack b play setup for us and a little booster seat in the kitchen closet. It’s within walking distance to the beach! We did have an issue with the pool heater constantly going out on us but maintenance was very responsive. Unfortunately, it didn’t stay heated the whole time but we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for large groups and groups with kids! Just pack a baby gate for the stairs!

Perfect location!

This home was such a great location to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The home was the perfect size for our family offering enough beds and rooms. The only thing that could have been different was more attention to dusting of lights and furniture as well as a few added kitchen utensils to make it even easier for out of state guests to feel like everything they need is right in the home. Would recommend this home to others!

House nice but not without problems

Premium price should receive premium service and cleanliness with everything in working order. Not so. Disappointing issues. - Freezer not working (ice cream was too soft); food not freezing properly; food safety concerns. - Dirty kitchen (crumbs on counters in multiple places and grime built up all around faucet and sink). - Need more wash cloths. One per person is ridiculous. - Kids room with balcony is a BIG safety hazard. - Broken oven (should have been fixed BEFORE we arrived). - BBQ grill was dirty. - No bbq wire brush to clean grill. - No light bulb in lamp by bed on main floor (hazard). Should have been replaced BEFORE arrival. - Pool alarm was not working upon arrival … BIG HAZARD FOR CHILDREN! - Trash should have been gone upon arrival not left for US to deal with! - Pool hose was not working upon arrival. - Broken top drawer in the dresser of bedroom on main floor. It fell out and hit my hand giving me bruises and a mark (I have a picture of it). Very upsetting. This caused me to have an injury that should not have happened and now I have to live with the pain and healing because of the owners negligence

We loved this house and the location. Beach was an easy walk with a gate access and the neighborhood was great. House was great for a big family and has everything you could possibly need. I also loved the parking and garage for this house it was much bigger than most other properties we have stayed at in Florida.

Nice home.. need to pay closer attention to detail

This was a nice home with a few exceptions. The kitchen was spacious although the one of the ovens went out the second day. The repair guy was out the next day to work in it. We also had a little issue with the pool, but they were responsive In order to correct the problem quickly. The house cleanliness is a 3. There was cobwebs in a number of the bedrooms and on the lamps where more attention was necessary. Additionally, the floor and throw rugs needed to be cleaned. Rugs had spots on it and walking across the floor after 10 mins the bottom of our feet were dark from dirt. I paid a premium price and I expected the property to be prestine. Overall we had a good stay.

This place gave us everything. A swimming pool and space for everyone. We were able to ride bikes do different activities. The neighborhood was nice very close to the beach. A wonderful experience.

Great space and location

The pool is what really sets this place apart. With the hurricane that just came through, the beach wasn’t allowing people to get in the water. So having our own pool and not having to share with other guests like a condo was really nice. Rooms are spacious, updated decor, great kitchen, Loved having bikes to ride to the beach which is very close, and it’s close to just about everything else. We will definitely book this house again!!

Bright side of 2020

This house was a perfect fit for our families. The location was close enough to walk, bike, or take a golf cart ride to the beach. The house looked like it was recently renovated and was pristine upon arrival. The pool was great for sun bathing or swimming for the kids and the sleeping arrangements were great except the bunk room has to share a bathroom with another room. Overall, with COVID going around, this house was truly a home away from home and a great, clean, well kept and well maintained place to spend our 2020 family vacation.

Family vacation 2019

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Located close to Miramar beach, just a short walk away. The gated community was beautiful and very private. The house had everything you need. Absolutely no complaints. The best!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee).

We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
