Upea sijainti Ajax Peakilla

Tämä avoin konsepti, jolla on sisäinen portaikkohuvila, jossa on oma uima-allas, sijaitsee korkealla Ajaxin huipputiellä, on avoin konsepti, tilava ja näkymä Coral Baylle, Bordeaux-vuorelle ja Brittiläisiin Neitsytsaaret. Huvilassa on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät, ihanteellinen keskeinen sijainti ja kaikki mukavuudet täydelliselle lomalle.

Tässä huvilassa on hyvin varustettu keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, aamiaisbaari jakkarat ja ruokapöytä. Oheisessa oleskelutilassa on L-muotoinen sohva ja televisio, jolla voit katsella suosikkiohjelmasi Netflixissä tai Hulussa pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla. Yksityinen puoli kylpy täydentää tärkeimmät olohuone.

Keittiön liukusäätimien kautta uima-altaan kansi toivottaa vieraat tervetulleiksi entistä laajemmilla näkymillä. Kellua suolaisen veden uima-altaassa, tarkkaile veneiden tulevan ja lähtevän satamasta, grillaamaan tuoretta pyydettyä kalaa tai nauttimaan auringonnoususta siemailemalla kahvia kannelta.

Tämä Villa mukavasti nukkuu jopa kuusi vierasta kolmessa makuuhuoneessa. Ensimmäinen vierashuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode, sijaitsee samalla tasolla kuin keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali. Tästä makuuhuoneesta on samat laajat näkymät kuin uima-altaalta. Ilmastointi, Smart TV ja täysi kylpyamme yksityisellä ulkosuihkulla.

Päämakuuhuone ja toinen vierashuone sijaitsevat kodin alemmalla tasolla, ja niihin pääsee sisäportaikkojen kautta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ilmastointi, älykäs TV ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, jossa on sisäuihku. Massiiviset liukuovet kehystävät näkymän sängystä - varmasti näky herätäksesi aamuisin!

Toisessa vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, ilmastointi, älykäs TV ja täydellinen kylpyhuone ulkosuihkulla.
Toinen kannen alue, jossa on aulakalusteet, pääsee sekä makuuhuoneesta että toisesta vierashuoneesta.

Kun on runsaasti ulkotiloja, perheet tai ystäväryhmät voivat viettää aikaa yhdessä Villa-alueella tai vetäytyä viettämään iltapäivän yksin lukemiseen tai rentoutumiseen yksin.

Maho Bay, Francis Bay, Annabergin sokeritehtaan rauniot ja loputtomat retkeilyreitit sekä kävely- tai juoksualueet ovat kaikki viiden minuutin sisällä.

Coral Bayn kaupunki, jossa on useita ravintoloita (joista monissa on elävää musiikkia lukuisia päiviä viikossa), ruokakauppa, mini Mart ja kauppoja on lyhyen 10 minuutin päässä itään Villa Orendasta. Jos tunnet yöelämää kaupungissa tai Happy Hour -juomia täydellisellä auringonlaskunäkymällä, uskalla alle 20 minuutin matkan päässä Cruz Bayn pohjoisrannan kautta.

Trip To Paradise

The pictures of this property don't begin to do it justice. The layout for our group of 6 was fabulous. Having three bedrooms with each having it's own bathroom was awesome. The kitchen has everything any cook could possibly need. We found the entire house to be very spacious and comfortable. There is a ton of space both interior and exterior. And the view is second to none!

Perfection in paradise

Eco Vida was perfection in paradise! The location was easy to access all locations of the island. The view was great! The home was spacious and extremely clean! The owners communicated clearly and were so kind! Lastly, the amenities… lots of extras that made our stay even better. Incredible stay!

Eco Vida is a simply stunning property, which was perfect for our family of four. The house is even lovelier than the pictures, and Carley had lots of small touches and conveniences to make it a luxurious experience in itself, in addition to a the lovely beaches of St. John. The views and breezes in the patios were fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked for days we preferred eating in and the house had some great beach gear. Also Carley was super- responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing house and views!!

We loved this villa!!! The views are amazing!!! We felt lucky to see that view every day. The house was spacious, the balcony was great, the pool was really nice, and the beds were comfortable. It took some getting used to the road and driveway leading to the house. My only complaint is that there was barely enough hot water for 3 quick showers. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Carley was great at communicating. We would definitely return!

Amazing stay in Paradise!

The home was perfect! It’s closer to coral bay then Cruz bay, which we really enjoyed. You can’t beat the view and there are so many great beaches and restaurants close by. The bedrooms are cool and the beds are so comfortable. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and the WiFi worked great. We also really appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, beach towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Just as a FYI, but not a complaint at all because we are early risers, but bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep later because 2 out of the 3 bedrooms get very bright early in the morning. Thanks to Carley for being a great host.

An Amazing Experience

Eco Vida is a great place to stay in St John!. The location provides easy access to the north shore beaches, and when you come back from an outing you can enjoy the view and breezes from the pool! We enjoyed hiking, swimming, and snorkeling all over the island from our central home base. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and the laundry is an added bonus. The check-in process was informative and welcoming - and the owners are friendly and responsive. We will never forget swimming with turtles at Maho Bay, seeing stingrays and octopus at Francis Bay, the gorgeous beach at Trunk Bay, the beautiful coral gardens and colorful fish at Hawksnest and Saltpond, and the breathtaking views from Ram Head.

Taste of Paradise

I can not say enough good things about Eco Vida. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children (10 & 7) Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made life easy. The kids enjoyed the amazing pool every day after the beach and even the late evenings. We cooked on the grill 2 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Carley the host was beyond helpful even during the booking stages. We kept in contact the entire trip, and she even made restaurant suggestions and tips and tricks to get the best ouf of St. John. The house is so secluded and certainly an adventure getting to it, which we all loved. You definitely need a jeep, and not doable by taxi. The house was meticulously cleaned and met all our expectations and some. Overall the house was a 10 out of 10 and we will be back.

Breathtaking views and peaceful location

I echo the sentiments of previous reviewers. This property is in a great location and we preferred this more peaceful side on the island, yet it had easy access to all of the beaches and main hikes on St. John. Carley is a wonderful host with thoughtful suggestions for making your stay the best it can be. The tour with Steve was very helpful. We loved the layout of the house, the cooling breezes, and wonderful views on the large decks. Our children enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons and we all enjoyed time out on the patio every day. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking or packing lunches for the day (lots of coolers, ice packs, ziploc bags, etc.). We enjoyed the games and books as well. Highly recommend this property!

The most incredible view ever!

Views for days! I don’t have the words to properly describe the views from this home. It’s almost surreal and you can see the views from almost every room in the house. The house itself was clean, spacious and well laid out. Perfect for spending time relaxing with family. The grill was in excellent condition which is rare in our experience with rental homes. The beach gear was in pristine condition and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day at the beach or for a quick dip in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the cooking essentials. Beds were super comfortable and linens provided were excellent quality. The beach towels were also a nice touch. I wish I could remember the brand because they repelled sand and water! We can’t wait to return!

The BEST way to experience STJ

Five stars and two thumbs WAY UP for Eco Vida! This was our first visit to St. John, and our family loves adventure and exploration and being off the beaten path... If that is you- then you will not go wrong with a stay at this spectacular home. The host was fantastic and kept us informed with excellent communication each step of the journey. We packed so much fun into one week... Maho Bay morning swimming / snorkeling with the turtles, multiple Trunk Bay sunsets with an empty beach, Four wheeling fun to Lameshur Beach, Skinny Legs, Salty Mongoose, Johnny Lime, Day trip to Cruz Bay, Ram Head hike, and so much more!!! The house was equipped with everything that we needed including beach chairs, towels, packable coolers, an amazing kitchen inside and gas grill outside... and... the most spectacular view that you will ever see!!! Thank you Eco Vida!!!!

Amazing Retreat in Paradise

My family and I stayed at Eco Vida for a week in mid-December. As St. Johnians living on the mainland, it was important for us to feel as though we were having an authentic visit at home on St. John while enjoying the conveniences of stateside life. Eco Vida offered us just that. From initial contact, Carley was kind and responsive. She provided us with valuable information about some of the many ways our island had grown since we'd last been there. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, and Steve provided a courteous and friendly greeting. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The pool was a welcomed amenity, and after spending hours of our days at the beach, my kids were happy to spend some of their evenings relaxing in it. The solar panels were very appreciated, as our family members on island lost electricity several times during our week's visits and we had no interruption at the villa. The home comes equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your St. John vacation at Eco Vida. It will definitely be our go-to rental when we return home to St. John.

Fabulous location and house

We loved Eco Vida! The kids loved the pool, the living area was perfect for our family, we were able to see amazing rainbows from the deck, and get to all the beaches very easily. Communication was great! We would love to go again.

We had a wonderful time at Eco Vida. The views, wow! The house, beautiful and so comfortable. The property is set above Coral Bay, so it's on the quieter side of the island but also just a few minutes from Maho Bay. Coral Bay is a little rough itself, but it's trying to revitalize and has several great restaurants and grocery stores. You didn't have to go to Cruz Bay at all if you didn't want to. The house was clean and stayed cool with the island breezes. The pool was big enough for my 3 kids to have a wonderful time. And the bedrooms stayed perfectly air conditioned for an even more comfortable night. The entire house is bright and the marble and tile keeps everything cool and clean feeling. The outdoor showers were great too! Carly was quick to respond to any questions and Steve , the check-in manager, was super polite and helpful. This place was absolutely wonderful.
