Situated on Cedar Creek Lake in Mabank, Texas with stunning open-water views.  Updates include a completely remodeled kitchen, new wooden floors, all new windows, new custom bunk beds and three updated full baths.  The custom designed bunk room sleeps 8 plus a hangout area to chill by the TV after a long day on the water.

The kitchen is filled with updated stainless steel appliances including brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice-maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, crock-pot, blender, dishes, a Keurig, toaster oven, and anything else you would need to make wonderful meals. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with a drying rack.  

There is plenty of room for the whole group in the large and welcoming living area and dining spaces. The living area includes 2 couches, 2 chairs with a 70" smart TV for all to enjoy. Wood burning fire place will keep you warm if it is chilly outside.  

But don’t get too comfortable in the house or you will miss out on the beauty and enjoyment of being at the lake. The sunrises are glorious, the fishing is abundant with a catfish feeder system feeding morning and night, and the fun on the water is spectacular. The sandy bottom is perfect to play water volleyball, swim, enjoy the lily pad, or take a leisurely ride on one of the two paddle boards and two canoes. For extra fun, bring your own watercraft or rent one at a nearby marina.

For the competitive ones in your group, enjoy playing games, corn-hole, washes, cards, or check out one of the local golf courses. After dinner on the grill, wind down the evening by sitting around a firepit and roast marshmallows.  The massive outdoor patio is fully covered, spans the width of the house and is equipped with outdoor seating which includes a love seat, two chairs, 2 egg chairs with ottomans, 65” Smart TV and a table to set your drinks on. The patio also includes a ping pong table. Outside on the patio is a propane gas grill for burgers and steaks and much more.  There are also 8 Adirondack chairs to sit back and relax by the water.

This home sleeps 14-16 comfortably with lots of lake views.
