Ylimmän kerroksen valtameri / vuoristomaisema suurella Lanaillä

Äskettäin uusittu, tämä yksikkö on päivittänyt keittiön ja kylpyammeet. Uudet bambulattiat, graniitti työtasot ja laitteet. Yläkerran parvella on king-vuode, uusi lipasto ja yöpöydät sekä täydellinen kylpyhuone. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on uusi queen-vuode sekä erillinen ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Voit käyttää myös laitteen sisällä olevia pesulaitteita ja kuivaimia (ei tarvitse mennä ulos). Lisäksi meillä on portacrib ja kiddie-portti pienimmille ja ilmapatja, jota tarkistamme usein.

Olemme myös äskettäin asentaneet VOIP-puhelimen, jonka avulla vieraamme voivat soittaa kaukopuheluita Kanadaan ja Yhdysvaltoihin veloituksetta tätä puhelinta käytettäessä.

Upea ranta (Kamaole 3) kadun toisella puolella valaiden tarkkailua, snorklaus, uinti ja boogie-levyt. Suuri pienille lapsille.

Meillä on kaikki mitä tarvitset loistavaan päivään rannalla; tuolit, sateenvarjot, boogie-levyt, hiekkalelut, pyyhkeet jne.

Kamaole Sands on hyvin hoidettu kompleksi ja ympäristö on rehevä ja trooppinen. Hissi sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä. Kihei on saaren kuiva puoli, sade on epätavallista. Nauti näkymistä merelle ja vuorille tästä korkean tarinan yksiköstä suurelta Lanailtä. Lanai on pöytä, kuusi tuolia ja runsaasti lisätilaa syömiseen, viihdyttämiseen ja nauttimiseen upeasta säästä. Top floor Kama’Ole Sands

Very nice and roomy Condo, large Lanai, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. A plus to have everything for hanging out in the Beach. Wonderful stay, definitely would go back there again.

Kamaole getaway

We enjoyed our stay in paradise and our unit was very nice. The spiral stair case was gorgeous. Unfortunately we did find this building a bit far from the beach. And the 1 pool for such a large space wasn’t ideal.

Robin's place is perfection. Location is walkable to the beach and shops. Quiet, relaxing and literally everything you need for the whole family. We are so lucky we found this place and will definitely be returning. Host is wonderful, communicative and generous.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked our meals for the family so the well-stocked kitchen was helpful. All needed kitchenware was there. The lanai was perfect. We will stay at this property again with pleasure.

Amazing location!

Spent 8 nights in Kihei with my family for our first trip to Maui! This condo was amazing. Location was perfect, large lanai ideal for catching glimpses of the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset over the beach. The most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. Everything Was Perfect!

We absolutely loved everything about our condo. It was well equipped and spotless. Our much needed vacation in paradise was just what we needed and the accommodations were perfect. Our hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating and we would not hesitate to return should we be fortunate for another Maui getaway! Highly recommend to all our family and friends.

Exceptional experience

The room was clean and well maintained. Robin was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when I lost my information for the room. She responded within minutes. Great place and wonderful amenities

We are a family of four, with two kids ages 7-11. The complex is great. The pool was very well maintained. I watched the Kamaole Sands crew clean it every morning while I worked out at the gym. We went to the Turtle Talk on site, which was nice. We used what seemed to be a brand new grill for the occupants of bldg four. The grounds are great. Location is great and is right across the street from a spot where we saw dozens of sea turtles. The condo is lovely. Having a kitchen was such a money saver. The closet on the lanai was stocked with great beach toys. The boogie boards were the highlight of my kids’ time in HI!

Great locations, great setup for kids

We had a great vacation in maui at this property. the Unit itself had everything we needed, and was particularly well suited to our family with little kids. they had a pack and play, booster chair, baby gate, toys/chairs/umbrella/cooler for the beach. Very large porch with table for 6 that we made use of for meals. Kamaole sands itself has nice bbq areas you can reserve by calling the office, and a great pool area. right across the street from Kamaole III beach. Centrally located in Kihei near tons of great beaches and restaurants, easy access to all parts of the island. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again

Wonderful!

My family had a wonderful time at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have laundry and AC in the unit, and my family enjoyed eating dinner while watching the sunset on the spacious lanai. Kamaole beach 3 was just across the street and there were many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Also, the property had a beautiful landscape and there were many facilities such as the barbecues, a pool, tennis courts, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. The location was only a short drive to many of the beaches on Maui. Our family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back!

The Towels and wash cloths had a musty smell and no matter how many times we wash them and used fabric softener. We think the washing machine needed cleaning. The timer on the air conditioner was a bummer you go to sleep and its cool and wake up hot. Other than that it was very nice. Thank You

Lovely condo, lovely owners, great location right next to the beach.

We very much lucked into staying at this property after our original rental home in Maui turned out to be a disaster. I reached out to the owners, and Robin responded quickly and went out of her way to accommodate our family at the last minute. My interactions with her were friendly and timely. She definitely helped turn around our experience in Maui:) The Kamole Sands complex itself is well-kept and easy to find. The beach across the street is quite nice and we enjoyed spending one of our days there (watch out for the high tides!). This condo was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Everything we needed for cooking and beach day we were able to find in the condo. We liked the large tables in the dining area and lanai. You also have a good sunset view from the lanai (and an excellent view from the beach). My parents slept in the back bedroom and said the portable AC unit made it very pleasant. We mostly kept the lanai and front doors open (there is a locked screen door) and didn’t have problems with the heat. I think we had one particularly humid day that we used the unit AC but only for a few hours. The location is very central and we were able to drive to most things in less than an hour. Airport was 15-20 mins away. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and I appreciate the communication with the owners.

Great Location-spacious unit!

My family of four stayed in this unit for four nights, 3/16- 3/20 . We stayed in a condominium complex in Wailea for the first seven nights of our trip and then moved into this complex in Kihei. The condo is very large and spacious. My son, age 10 and my daughter, age 12 loved having their own bedroom and bathroom . It was located down a long hallway separate from the main living space so they had lots of privacy. The master bedroom and bathroom are located up a set of spiral stairs in an open loft area. The high ceilings are beautiful! The condo complex is located right across the street from one of my favorite beaches, Kamoale III. It was a seven minute walk from the door of our condo to the soft sand of the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a couple of meals instead of going out to eat. The lanai is very spacious and has a great view of the water. We enjoyed lots of relaxation time out there! Kihei is much busier than Wailea so it was way more fun for my kids! We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the beach! The pool is very big but it gets very crowded. I’m not a pool person so it wasn’t a main concern of mine. The staff at the complex were all very personable and friendly. The owner, Robin was great at communicating and was easy to get in touch with. We really appreciated the fact that she let us do a late check out at 2pm on our last day because our flight back to Alaska wasn’t until 9 PM that evening. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our 6 week stay!!

A huge thank you to Steve and Robin for renting out this great unit! My husband and I were blessed to be able to stay in this awesome condo for 6 weeks. It really felt like home to us. We had 3 of our kids join us, at different times, with their spouses and our grand daughter who's first birthday was celebrated on Maui. The pack and play, high chair and baby gate were very much appreciated! There was plenty of bedding and towels and the unit was clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay and many memories were made. The kitchen is fully equipped and was well used by our family. I baked several banana loaves, thank you for suppling a baking pan and mixer! The blender was used daily and works great to crush ice! All the spices were appreciated and used as we ate pretty much all of our meals at the condo. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai which is almost always shaded and very comfortable. Because this is a north facing condo the sun never heats the unit and therefore the cross breeze with the doors open is enough to keep the condo cool. Kamaole Sands is very well maintained and definitely the nicest resort on South Kihei road. Beautiful gardens and a great family pool in the middle. The beach is right across the road and with all the beach toys, chairs and an umbrella in the lanai closet, we enjoyed many hours of play in the sand and water!! Thank you Robin for your getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had. You are a pleasure to chat with, thankfully we had no problems or issues during our stay. Mahalo! God bless!

Great location!

Kamaole Sands is a beautiful property, near several beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. NAt the south end of Kihei it is almost to Wailea. Also not too far from the airport, Ma'alea harbor and many other attractions. It was quiet, and we appreciated the assigned parking space. There is a pool and 2 Jacuzzi's on site, just a short walk from the unit. It was odd you had to sign in at the pool area - not sure what that was about. The unit itself is like being in a treehouse, on the top floor. The unit is spacious with a large kitchen and dining tables and chairs both inside and out that can accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. The view is only from the lanai, but is a nice distant ocean and west maui mtn view. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs - thank you! The cons with this unit were: -No AC upstairs and despite fans running and doors open to allow the breeze to blow through was very hot. -The AC downstairs is on a timer, for one hour max - so unable to run throughout the night as it has to be reset each hour. This was very annoying. I understand electric prices are high in Hawaii...but we are all coming from much cooler temperatures and this was a challenge while we acclimated. -The dishes all had a strange fish smell. We finally realized the dishwasher itself wasn't doing the greatest job and likely needs a cleaner run through it. Also some of the dishes ( pots and pans ) in the cabinet were dirty. -The kitchen cabinets while very full, didn't have the greatest tools for cooking. Most of the pans were so warped they wouldn't make contact with the electric cooktop. Cooking here was a challenge, and the pans really need replacing. -The outside furniture was very uncomfortable. Hard metal chairs and the pads ( which per signage need to be kept inside when not using) were so thin they were more like placemats. We really wanted to take advantage of the lanai for our breakfasts and some dinners...but found we couldn't sit out there for too long. -There were many signs with rules, suggestions etc inside the unit. I understand the owner concerns ( reg trying to not use the AC, chair cushions, don't sit on the inside couch if wet or having recently applied sunscreen) - but we felt like our Mother lived there and this did detract somewhat from our enjoyment of the unit.

Beautiful Property

Our stay was so wonderful, the host was so great and was always available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place, it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

We first came to Maui for a family reunion and quickly recognized this was the best vacation destination. We enjoy the tropical climate, casual Hawaiian atmosphere of Kihei/Wailea, and all the ocean related activities (snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, walks on the beach, or relaxing with a good book). The Kamaole Sands resort has everything we need, including on-site reservations for various island activities. Our last trip included the 'zip line' tour and sailboat ride to Molokini and 'Turtle Town' for snorkeling. Hope you also can enjoy our place on Maui.

Kam Sands is centrally located to everything that you may want to do on Maui. The grounds are beautiful and the staff on site is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We love that!
