Charming cottage on Lake Wylie waterfront. Beautiful shaded beach and brand new dock - enjoy a covered deck on the water or pull up a lounge chair onto the sunny dock area. Multiple access points to take a swim in the lake, relax on a float in the water, or take one of the paddleboards out. For nights, enjoy the screened in porch or have a bonfire at the lakeside fire pit. A perfect getaway!
The space
- Enjoy 2 bedrooms with queen-size mattresses each and a bunkbed with a twin, full, and twin trundle pull-out. Equipped with all your clean linens for your stay.

- The beautifully decorated living room has an amazing view of the lake and has a stereo sound and smart tv.

- The kitchen is basic stocked and has all your cooking needs including an outdoor Blackstone culinary grill.

- We provide K cups and Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware, and glassware, and basic cooking needs for the grill.

- Picture yourself relaxing overlooking Lake Wylie from the deck of a beautifully renovated Cottage. Plenty of swimming areas, a place to launch and tie up your boat, jet skis, or kayaks. Entertainment for the kids, young and old.

-Bring some wood to burn in the smoke free solo stove while watching the sunset.

Paradise on the water - a rare level lot situated on great water with approx 338' of shoreline. Grandfathered boat launch that can be used, new covered dock with trex decking, AND a sandy beach!

Sit on the screened porch & enjoy the views - or on the new deck with outdoor shower & ramp to the beach.
