Get swept up in the relaxing beauty of Sun Swept, a gulf-front beach house located in Gulf Shores. The house was built with relaxation and convenience in mind. When you're in the living room, relax as you gaze onto your private pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit by the pool and relax to the rhythm of the waves rolling onto the shore. This gulf-front beauty was equipped with the finest of luxuries, including Toto toilets in the powder room and primary baths, memory foam mattresses, two full-sized stackable washers and dryers, Bose Bluetooth soundbars in the primary suite and living room, and stand-alone icemakers in the kitchen and in the living area upstairs. A mini-fridge is also available upstairs.
Inside, you can enjoy a spacious living room that overlooks the pool and the Gulf with plenty of comfortable seating and a flatscreen Smart TV on the wall (one of eight in the house). The roomy living and dining area opens onto a gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and an island for extra meal prep space and seating. Six bedrooms, including three gulf-front primary suites, will comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. Four bedrooms face the gulf and three feature lagoon views. There are six-and-a-half baths, including two primary baths with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. Outside, you will find a covered deck and a sundeck leading to a wooden walkway to the beach. An outdoor shower on the walkway helps keep the sand and salt at bay. A gas grill downstairs invites you to enjoy family cookouts as you listen to the sounds of the surf and the seagulls overhead. At Sun Swept, you'll find yourself swept up in a classic combination of luxury and coastal comfort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
