SPECIAL NOTE:

Pool heat/hot tub is option at $35/day and BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation （ 2 bottles of 1 lb Coleman propane will be provided). The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival. If guests request pool heat after they arrive, $45 trip fee will be charged.

* PARKING:
HOA allows max 5 cars per home. Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.

* Trash pickup
Trash must be bagged (Loose trash will not be collected and will result in a fine of $75). Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.
