A spacious and secluded cabin that spans across 3 stories is the definition of luxury with decks on all levels, granite countertops plus fully stocked kitchen, and wood + tile flooring throughout. Cabina Rossa is the true log cabin you've been searching for with 12 foot ceilings on the lower level, 10 ft ceilings on the main level and vaulted ceilings on the upper level; all showcasing tongue and groove walls and ceilings and 7ft tall wooden doors.

• The lower level: features a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom; and private access to the deck. The bunk room features 2 sets of full size bunk beds + a 65" TV.

• The main level: features the dining room, kitchen, living room (with lots of board games!), fireplace, half bath, laundry room, and leads into the deck with outdoor dining. The front porch has a carbon outdoor grill with another dining option.

• The upper level: showcases a 2nd master bedroom with a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and vaulted ceilings. The game room has gorgeous windows to take in the view while housing a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, chess, and over-sized checkers. You'll find the hot tub on this porch as well... truly an entertainers paradise!

Far exceeding the typical in accommodations, Cabina Rossa is sure to become your favorite place to stay in the Smokies!


The red tape:

• All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

• No Frat parties

• 10 Person Max

• 3 Vehicle Max

• You will likely see and hear critters

• The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

• We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

• Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from a third party for coverage.

• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

• If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

• We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge, and K-cup pods. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided.

• We are not responsible for items left behind. Please make sure you take all your items before you exit the property on check out day.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

• No SMOKING. Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

• Roads: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

• Bears are dangerous. Please practice bear safety (guidelines will be posted on the refrigerator). Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car.

• Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1 hour drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin! The property offers safe and ample flat parking for several cars at a time.

Nestled in the established Chalet Village at one of the highest elevations (2350ft.), Cabina Rossa is just moments from both the Ober ski lodge, downtown Gatlinburg, the Skilyft, and Anakeesta.

Starting May 2023 you'll have access to the clubhouse within Chalet Village Owner's Club, which houses other great amenities such as a season outdoor pool and tennis courts.
