The Space

Inside, a spacious living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stylish tumbled marble backsplash with custom inlay. Food prep is a breeze with a 5-burner KitchenAid cooktop, a large pantry, and additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Custom details like tile floors and plantation shutters throughout enhance the coastal charm of this beach retreat.

First Level:
• A full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle and a full bathroom.

Second Level:
• The primary suite features a luxurious private bath with a double vanity, freestanding tub, and stall shower. Enjoy private balcony access and gorgeous Gulf views. This room also includes two child-friendly sleeper chairs.
• A queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a single sleeper chair.
• A convenient workstation nook with a desk, perfect for catching up on work or school.

Beach Stay at Tranquility

This house has plenty of room and was very comfortable for our group of 9. The beds are really comfy. We love the location and Morgantown. It is a very short walk to the beach. The view from the decks is lovely. The house overall was clean. It could benefit from some deep cleaning in the kitchen and some household maintenance inside and out . We had a great stay in spite of those things.

Fall Beach Trip

The property was well maintained and clean. Check in was easy and the property manage was attentive. She even came by after we checked in to see if we needed anything. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the furniture and beds were comfortable. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and so quiet this time of year. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house close to the beach

We were very happy with our stay here at the Tranquility of the Shores. The house was clean and well kept. It's steps to the beach which is fantastic! The family room/kitchen is large and open with plenty of room to put all of your things. The property management team was great and promptly answered all of our questions and made sure we had what we needed. Definitely stay here again

Even better than described!

This place was so clean, people so friendly, and the views and distance to the beach even better than I thought. The house was lovely! I only used the master Suite upstairs as far as bedrooms, but the bed was amazing. It's hard to find a place that has such comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Reading selection was great too! 12/10 rating!

Great House in our favorite Morgantown beach community!

We have been staying in Morgantown the last 10 years we love this little beach development because the beach is dog friendly. we have stayed at a variety of different homes. This home however was our favorite. It was very close to the beach, the beds were so comfortable, it was stocked with a great deal of utensils, and cooking supplies. The condition was pristine and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We are hopeful to stay here again for our future visits. The property manager was amazing checked in with texts and stopped by to make sure we were good and if needed anything.

Location is pretty good to beach but if you enjoy swimming in pools would recommend renting beach cart or driving to the large pool....but it is walkable.
