For those that don't want to wander out and check the area out, we have great wifi and are SUPER close to other areas of town like The Gulch, Downtown, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Music Row, and East Nashville!
The Layout:
This charming historic house is brimming with character and personality, with features like original floor in the dining and living rooms, European type furnishings, and beautiful large windows. This space is one story and sleeps a total of 8. There are two bedrooms, one of which has two queen beds while the other has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional two guests. Guests will have 100% private access to the first floor. Please note, that the homeowner lives part-time in the upstairs apartment. The two sections of the home are completely separate so your rental is 100% private.
Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking. However, this is in a location where you don't even need a car -- Lyft and Uber can get you where you need for a pretty low price!
Getting Around:
For those of you not bringing a car, don't sweat it! You'll only spend around $7-$10 using Uber or Lyft to get to downtown and just about any other location in Nashville you'll need!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
