You'll find this Spanish style home both inside and outside finished in excellence. Located close to CocoWalk, many restaurants, beautiful gardens and Coconut Grove waterfront. The well appointed kitchen provides every function one could wish for. Stainless appliances include 48" range and ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and more. Bedrooms have a TV and beds are new foam mattresses. 70" TV in the living room with a leather couch, loveseat and chair and wood dining table and chairs. The laundry room is stocked and provides a new washer and dryer. Street parking is free or onsite can be arranged in gated parking area. Electronic entry into unit.

University of Miami Visit

Our family stayed while visiting the University which is just a short drive away. This is a gorgeous property: exceptionally clean, thoroughly stocked, well-maintained and has the best Coffee supply! Beds are comfortable, parking is easy and the owners are next door and willing to answer all questions, even for those of us new to Miami. We will stay here again for all future trips to Miami!

Wonderful vacation house

Quaint, lovely home. (I got a bunch of home decorating ideas!). Maria was great, very helpful. (Very pretty view outside from the kitchen window). Everything we needed was thought of by our host. Disappointed that there was no cable tv. Also, the beds were kind of difficult to sit on because they were so high up off the floor. But all in all we had a really nice stay and maybe will visit again.
Lovely kitchen….coffee and espresso machines, lovely touches.
One of the many bedrooms! Love the four poster bed. Plus a nice closet and full bathroom.

Beautiful home! Super hosts!

The hosts have done a phenomenal job making this place feel like home. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The attention to detail is very impressive. It is close to the Grove but also very convenient to Key Biscayne and Coral Gables. We felt completely safe while staying here, also. Maria was super easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here and will be back when we visit Miami.

FANTASTIC place to stay!!

You can’t really do much better than this property! Our group had an amazing time here! Checking in was incredibly easy, the home is beautiful, and you have plenty of room to spread out. I’ve stayed in a few vacation homes over the years but having the owners on site gave me an extra bit of assurance just in case anything went wrong. You’re not too far away from any of the fun things to do in Miami and have the added benefit of being in a quiet neighborhood. This will definitely be on my list when I come back to the city :)

Great hosts!

My family was visiting for our children to participate in a youth sailing event. This space was spotless, comfortable, and was very well supplied. You can tell the owners are proud of this space, as they have taken great care to make sure that everything you might need is on hand. The proximity to Coconut Grove amenities was important to us, but the home is just on the edge of a transitioning area. Although, we didn’t have any problems, we made sure to properly secure our vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.

Coconut Grove Wedding

Beautiful home in walking distance to Main street and shopping district. Super comfortable accommodations and the hosts have the gift of hospitality so you don't have to worry if you forgot something as all essentials are there. Very clean and the kitchen has all you could need and more. We especially loved the espresso machine! The neighborhood is a typical Miami neighborhood with a mix of updated and older homes looking for a facelift. But it is quiet and convenient with plenty of street parking. The hosts were easily contacted and responded to any communication. We were there for a wedding and having two and a half baths made it easy for us to get ready for the events and the porch made for a lovely backdrop for our pre wedding photos!

We had to cancel our stay day of. Was going for son’s graduation and he hurt his back as was unable to fly. Owners gave us 50% back even though not obligated.Think that says a lot about them!So they get 5 stars in my book.

Cozy and Comfortable

The house is amazing! Huge beds, rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen is beautiful and everything was perfect. It is in a cute neighborhood and very close to University of Miami.

Great Place/Great People/Great Location

Host was super informative and made the entire process very easy. Home is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment, dishes and other utensils. Kitchen is fabulous! Also we loved the “homey” touch of the hosts remodeling the house.

The house was nice and clean. My fiance loved the kitchen especially the stove. He’s a cook so he really appreciated it. And Maria was quick at responding if we had any questions. She was very friendly and sweet. I would definitely stay here again and suggest others to as well.

Amazing place to stay to visit our son at UM coconut Grove is walkable. The couple that own it are the sweetest people. This will be our regular spot for the next 4 years. Highly recommend

The perfect place

We were down for my daughter’s graduation from UMiami and didn’t know who would join us when we booked. With her brother and girlfriend joining us, it ended being the perfect space! Very well decorated, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds and close to everything! As others said, it was well stocked with anything you’d need. The hosts were great, even let us borrow a cooler to head to the beach for a bit. Would highly recommend!

Nice property with a very responsive host

Great stay near Coconut Grove. About a 10 minute walk to the center of the restaurant scene. The coffee maker was worth the price of admission. We had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the host was very quick to offer a solution for our group. Would consider staying again if back in this area.
