Kodikas viehättävä Miami 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy Pool Home. Vain muutaman minuutin rannat, helpon julkisen liikenteen, kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, baareista. Eristäytynyt turvallisessa viehättävässä naapurustossa vanhojen espanjalaisten vaikutusvalmista bungalow kodeissa korttelin pois historiallisen kaunis Banyan Tree vuorattu Coral Way. Home on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 1 kylpyhuone päärakennuksessa ja 1 makuuhuone 1 kylpyhuone kodikas mökki kytketty ulkona elintilaa BBQ grilli.

Great location, relaxing house and super host

We were so happy with location, everything is really close and easy to get to. House is very nice and authentic, we really like that cosy relaxing feeling, we were reading books and trying to do some puzzles. Sabine is very nice host so helpful and always there to give you some good information.

Great location for U Miami graduation

Good house to stay and gather for the U Miami graduation. Quiet neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing too fancy, the house met our needs and gave us a place to gather instead of a hotel. Definitely recommend if someone wants a short stay close to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

This property was great for our family vacation! The host was top notch and very helpfully, best host we’ve had to date. We were able to experience Miami but also drove down to Key west. Great experience all around!

Great house in Coral Way, very convenient location to explore Miami. The owner really goes above and beyond in recommendations and communication. The house is just like the pictures - note that it is not a large house, but the outdoor spaces are generous and great for hanging out. We would recommend and stay again!

Little slice of paradise

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood just a five- ten min drive to coconut grove and coral gables. Pool / backyard was awesome with lots of privacy. Plus, a small guesthouse to boot. Sabin was extremely responsive and a great host

Very glad place to stay

We spent family vacations to refresh childhood memories in the old but still nice part of the Miami part of the city built by the Cubans. The house fits very well our family needs, including GrandMa (80+ limited mobility) and my son with special needs. Pool and back yard areas were very enjoyable, same the internal part of the house. Hunter will take care all your stay meet or exceed your expectations and makes all easy for you. Recommended to consider as strong option.

Exactly what we wanted

What a terrific experience. The host was perfect, very responsive. The house was so perfect for our family of 5. Such great access to so many parts of the city. Great place to cook, with a fully stocked kitchen. Relaxing spaces to simply sit and enjoy being on vacation. Beautiful pool. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Miami Charm

Great location in Coral Way. 20 minutes to downtown…5 minutes to the groovy Grove and the Gables. Great Cuban restaurants nearby. All the conveniences within walking distance or a short drive. Miami metro stop nearby too. Great house with a pool. Spotless and nicely appointed. Near instant communication with the owner. Would definitely return!

Relaxing week in Miami

I had a great time during my five days at Sabin’s home in Coral Way. The house is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to grocery stores and cafes. It was easy to grab a Lyft to/from the house, and I was able to rent a car nearby for part of my stay. Sabin is full of recommendations and is a responsive host. The pool area is just as fantastic as it looks in pictures—I spent a lot of time swimming, sunbathing, reading and relaxing in the private, fenced-in oasis.

Great property, great host!

Stayed for a week with my family. Being from Miami, I can testify that the location is ideal. Your close to everything. The space was perfect for us. Our kids loved the heated pool. Our host Sabin was beyond gracious and accommodating. Sabin was always quick to answer any questions or concerns while providing recommendations for food and entertainment. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to a future stay.

Great, as expected!

I alway read all reviews before scheduling a rental. The reviews here were excellent, and I got exactly what I was expecting! Location, location, location…even Miami Beach was easily accessible. Sabin was always available, though we had no problems with the property. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again.

Charming house with private pool

We rented it for the private pool to celebrate our 25th anniversary. And yes, the pool was awesome! Seemed like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Looked like a police officer lived five houses down. Homeowner was always easy to reach and communicate with. Sabin has a lot of knowledge of the area and plenty of suggestions for entertainment and dinning.

Winter in Miami

Exceptionally clean property, Sabin the owner is the ideal host. Attentive to all details and incredibly responsive, Sabin insures a wonderful stay. Our weather (early January) was not the best, so we couldn't use the pool and multiple seating areas (covered and uncovered) surrounding the pool. However, given Miami's usual fantastic weather--this is a great area for relaxation after enjoying a day in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove. Without hesitation or qualification, I give this property my highest recommendation. Stay there--you will love it!!!

Perfectly Peaceful

We spent a week at this lovely home and brought my MIL to see the ocean for the first time. The home was absolutely lovely and the addition of the casita was perfect. The neighborhood quiet with easy access to delicious restaurants/shopping. Pool was amazing and the extra outside seating was a bonus--to be able to work outside and take a dip between work meetings was a definite plus. We are so grateful to our host whom we peppered with questions early on to find activities to do and delicious places to eat! We too advantage of many of his suggestions all were superb! Excellent communication to include quick response to anything we asked during out stay, appreciated the detail of the house info--we plan to come back again! Highly recommend this home/host!

Fantastic home for a laid back vacation; wonderful experience

We were incredibly satisfied with the quality and comfort of this home, but more importantly we were well taken care of by Sabin and his team on the ground in Miami. The home itself is well-appointed, clean, comfortable and perfect for a small family. We took advantage of the thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, the pool and the casita which was perfect for our babysitter to have her own privacy. Sabin provided a ton of great recommendations, especially the beaches at Bill Baggs State Park and the local eatery at El Palacio de los Jugos. His house book and instructions on how to maintain the property during your visit are detailed and incredibly helpful. I have no hesitation about recommending this home to anybody looking for a vacation rental home.

As former guests of this house under the previous ownership, we fell in love with the place, and begged to buy it from the owner, who finally relented. Naturally we couldn't be happier! As a home-away-from home for us, we also want to share it with you. Since we are a family that loves eclectic, colorful communities and people, we have also fallen in love with Miami, which certainly matches these descriptions.

Though I am from the deep south (Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans), and my wife is from France, the pan-latin culture that permeates Miami is something with which I became familiar when I was a child when I lived in Merida, Mexico. In college I also lived in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and then later worked in Panama, Spain, etc, while also studying Cuba in graduate school in Washington, DC.

It is these experiences that have drawn us to get to know and love the Miami Mix of Cuban, Haitian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Salvadoran communities.

I will help you discover and appreciate all of this as well!

It is so well-located, just 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Key Biscayne Causeway, 5 minutes from Calle Ocho, 10 minutes from the center of Coconut Grove, and 10 minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami, that one can easily discover the real Miami in a very short period of time.

The house itself has original pre-war details, like hardwood floors, and original moldings, but is completely updated and modern, highly-functional and comfortable. The fact that the pool is only 3 feet from the house helps too! Hop in the outdoor shower, and right into the salt-water (heated in the winter) pool!
