Spacious, yet cozy home situated on 3 acres of private ground with surrounding farmland. Peaceful and private, this property offers a large backyard with playground, fire pit, and picnic area for your entertainment. Experience amazing sunset views and starlit night skies. This vacation home is 3 miles from the Markleton GAP trailhead and 10 miles from Youghiogheny Lake. Other nearby attractions include Ohiopyle, Falling Water, Kentuck Knob, and The Flight 93 Memorial. This home is in close proximity to many of the local wedding venues, Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Ski Resorts & Laurel Hill and Kooser State Parks. Travel 14 miles to Mt. Davis, the highest point in PA to experience the outlook and firetower and visit High Point Lake.
This ranch home includes a dining area, seating at the kitchen island, and a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, and Kerig coffee maker. The living room offers a pellet stove to get extra cozy in the winter months and enough seating for everyone to gather.
